Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements set forth by the Islamic University of Science and Technology in order to be admitted into any of the many programs offered at various levels. These programs come in a variety of fields, including IT & Software, Business & Management Studies, and Engineering. A range of courses is available for applicants to choose from, depending on their interests and prior qualifications.

At the time of admission, students are required to pay certain one-time and annual charges in addition to the tuition fee. These include:
Admission Fee: INR 1,000 (one-time at the time of joining)
Registration Fee: INR 500 per semester
Examination Fee: INR 1,000 per semester (approx., may vary by course)
Development / Infrastructure Fee: INR 2,000 per semester
Library & Laboratory Fee: INR 1,500 – INR 2,000 (as applicable)
Sports & Student Welfare Fee: INR 500 per semester
Caution Money (Refundable): INR 3,000 (one-time deposit)
Hostel accommodation, transportation, and mess facilities are optional and charged separately depending on room type and meal plan.
