JAGSoM follows a step-by-step process to train & prepare students for their dream job role or career in the corporate world. The step-by-step process are outlined below -

Step 1 : Self Discovery

To enable students to discover their strengths and weaknesses, they are given access to Outbound Leadership Lab (OLL) and Psychometric Assessments.

Step 2 : Preparation of Individual Development Plan

This plan helps students to decide on their targeted roles and related Career Track based on strengths.

Step 3 : Mentoring

Industry leaders and spokespersons provide mentorship & guidance to participating students in preparing for their targeted roles.

Step 4 : Learning by Solving

Students participate in group works to solve an industry-supported real-life business problem which is specifically mentored by a faculty member.

Step 5 : Long Industry Internship (IIP)

Students are also assigned with 16-week-long internships as a capstone intervention, in a role aligned to one's career aspirations.
