Admission: The course content is good and matches what we need to learn. The teachers are nice and try to help, but some are not good at teaching. Most teachers know their stuff, but their teaching methods could be better. We spend all day in class just to get attendance, then we have to learn everything on our own.
Placement: The job placements at JD College are really bad. Companies don't come here to hire students. Most students end up with sales jobs. The computer science program is not great. The highest salary offered is 4 LPA. Not many students get placed.
Campus: There's no hostel in JD College, so we have to rent a room 8 kilometers away. The internet doesn't work in the college, and we can't even go to the library. We can only go during library lectures, but those never happen. The classrooms are okay with projectors, but the computers in the labs take forever to start. Plus, they're all in bad shape.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They don't even need books to teach us because they know so much. The curriculum is pretty good, with lots of tech stuff. Exams are not too hard, they're just right. And most students, like 90%, pass their exams.
Placement: I'm in my third year of civil engineering and currently, a lot of my classmates have internships at IIT Madras. Some seniors who were in the same internship as me have already been placed there. Besides that, seniors from the electronics and telecommunications department have also landed jobs in various companies, including CS and IT firms. It's great to see everyone getting placed in different places.
Campus: The labs here are awesome, they have everything you need. The washrooms are clean and there's a water cooler. You can grab good food at the canteens and find lots of books in the libraries. They even have sports lectures on Saturdays for a couple of hours where you can play games. Girls can enjoy indoor and outdoor games. There are medical facilities available too. And there are common rooms for both girls and boys when you need to chill out. Overall, it's a great place to be!
