Admission: I'm studying a 3-year B.Sc. course in Computer Application with a focus on Cyber Security. It's great for getting jobs in infosec firms, the National Information Centre, and government. The course is technical and has tough exams.
Placement: In my batch, most students got job offers from IT companies. They usually start with salaries from 2 to 4 LPA. The teachers were really supportive during placement time. Some startups even offer paid internships. The college has a special group to help with placements.
Campus: The college has a nice library, two computer labs, an incubation center, an IT lab, and air-conditioned classrooms with Wi-Fi. The classes are okay. There are volleyball and basketball courts too. Right now, the hostel isn't an option, so you'll have to find a room or PG nearby.

Admission: The teachers at the University are really helpful and good. They know their stuff, but not all of them are experts. The semester exams can be tough, especially if you don't study much every day.
Placement: Around half of the students from my course manage to get a job by the time they finish college. We have to find placements ourselves, but teachers are there to guide us. This year, almost everyone from my batch has already secured a job.
Campus: The college has good facilities. The classrooms are awesome with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available in classrooms, computer labs, and the library. The library isn't huge, but it has all the books you need. The campus is pretty small.

Admission: The teachers are really helpful and teach us stuff that we can actually use in the real world. The exams are okay, not too hard. You need to get at least 46% to pass. The final exams are scored out of 50 for practical subjects and 70 for the theory ones.
Placement: In our course, there aren't any job placements or big companies coming to hire students. We don't even have a placement office. About 30% of students did internships with CID and SFSL.
Campus: The campus is pretty small, but the classrooms are nice. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is only in the computer lab. The library is awesome, but there's no hostel or mess facilities. The sports and games scene is not that great.

Admission: The teachers and the courses at this college are awesome. We have guest teachers who work in law enforcement and know a lot about their job. They have a ton of experience. The regular teachers at our school are also really knowledgeable and friendly.
Placement: Our college has this cool program for helping students find jobs. They have courses on security and law. Around 10% of us actually got jobs through this program. Since we're a new college, we're the first group for all the courses.
Campus: The university I go to is all residential, but they haven't finished building the hostel yet. We do have a cool auditorium, a playground, and a really nice library though. It's a pretty nice campus overall.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really good and they support us a lot. They are well-qualified and help us prepare for jobs. The professors and assistant professors at the beginner level are especially helpful in preparing us for the workforce. They do a great job in guiding us.
Placement: The syllabus covers everything we need to know. In the first year, the starting salary is around 2.5 LPA, but some get even more. Big companies like Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, and SAP come for placements. About 60-70% of students do internships in different sectors.
Campus: The classrooms are clean and comfy, with seats arranged nicely. There are tons of books in the library that help with our studies. They just built a new fancy auditorium too. The library is quiet, which is nice for studying.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful. They really know their stuff and are experts in what they teach. The classes are interesting and I like that I can pick my favorite subject to focus on.
Placement: After finishing the course, we gotta look for jobs ourselves 'cause there's no placements here. Jobs are kinda scarce in this field, but we can find some in NGOs and private places. We all get to do internships in cool spots like cyber police stations, CBI, and NGOs. It really depends on what you're into. Some of us ended up with jobs like research assistant, research associate, and field investigator in a handful of companies.
Campus: Our campus has Wi-Fi everywhere, which is awesome. We've got libraries and labs for different courses. Unfortunately, there's no hostel right now. Our university is using the old judicial building as its campus, but they're working on a new main campus too. It's pretty cool to see it all coming together.

Admission: I found that around half of the professors really know their stuff and give great help to students. There are two kinds of professors: ones chosen by the government and others.
Placement: Most students here get placed every year, usually around 90%. They usually start with an average package of 3.5 LPA as freshers. Big companies like TCS, Wipro, L&T, etc., come to recruit students from here. The college offers a full practical suite, which is great for learning hands-on skills. If you're thinking about a college in Ranchi, this one is not a bad option. Just make sure to check out the syllabus first before deciding to join.
Campus: The resources in the classrooms are good, and the wifi is always available. The library has plenty of books for extra help, and you can borrow them for up to a month. If you're considering a college in Ranchi, this is a good choice.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really helpful. They know a lot and have good experience. The course curriculum follows the UGC guidelines. The teachers are good at teaching. The semester exams aren't super hard, but you do need to study to pass.
Placement: Based on the stats, this college doesn't guarantee placements. You gotta hustle for off-campus jobs, but some students land good gigs. One senior snagged a sweet 40 LPA offer! Internships? It's all about your effort and how far you're willing to go.
Campus: The classes are well-maintained with AC and Wi-Fi, plus they have a good library. Right now, the college is in a temporary building, so there are no hostel facilities, canteen, or mess. But we do have sports tournaments on the playground, and volleyball is the best one!

Admission: The teachers are awesome and super experienced. They really encourage us to explore research opportunities and support us every step of the way. The classes and lectures are well organized. The semester exams are challenging, so we need to put in a lot of effort to do well.
Placement: Students can start sitting for campus placements in the 6th semester. Before that, there's a test to see how well we understand things. Companies like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro visit our college. On average, they offer salaries between 3 to 4 lakhs per year.
Campus: The college classrooms and inside are super clean and nice. There are labs for each department and a really good library. But there's no hostel on campus yet.

Admission: The teachers at our college are awesome! They know their stuff and are super supportive. They're all qualified and really help us out. The exams can be tough, though.
Placement: The school hasn't arranged any job placements yet, but our placement team is always working hard to help us out. They share lots of useful tips and advice with us. We can sign up for career fairs and interviews easily. The university also helps us get ready for interviews so we feel prepared when we go.
Campus: I really like how our college organizes different activities for us. It's not just our own students who join in, but students from other colleges are invited too. We get to do things like NSS, NCC, sports day, alumni meet, freshers day, department farewell, and more. It keeps us all excited and having fun.
