Jowai Polytechnic is a government technical institute located in Ladthadlaboh, Jowai, West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. Established in 2011, it is affiliated to the Meghalaya State Council for Technical Education and all its diploma programs are approved by the AICTE. Jowai Polytechnic UG Admission

Jowai Polytechnic offers three-year full-time diploma (polytechnic) programs at the undergraduate level. The total annual intake is 90 seats (30 per course). Admission is based on performance in the institute’s entrance test and interview, with eligibility requiring a pass in SSLC (Class 10) with at least 45% in Mathematics and Science (relaxable to 40% for SC/ST). Applicants must be not more than 21 years old as of July 1, with age relaxations for HSSLC pass and SC/ST candidates. The annual fee is approximately INR 1,500.
