About KSGI

KS Institute of Technology (KSIT), Bangalore, was established on October 11, 1999, by the Kammavari Sangham, a non-profit, voluntary service organisation founded in 1952 to provide charitable services to society and the community. This autonomous institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), recognised by the Government of Karnataka and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A+' Grade.

 

KSIT is located on the Kanakpura Main Road, making it easily accessible by road and the Metro. It also offers bus services from various locations, allowing students and staff to reach the college conveniently. The campus is well-equipped with various facilities, including a sports complex, separate hostels for boys and girls, a cafeteria that provides a wide range of vegetarian, hygienic food and a library with a seating capacity of over 200.

 

Affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, KSIT offers Bachelor's degrees in AI & ML, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Communication, and Mechanical Engineering, as well as Postgraduate degrees in Computer Science, Machine Design, and Digital Electronics & Communication. Admissions are based on merit and entrance exams, such as COMEDK UGET, JEE Main, UGCET, Karnataka PGCET and GATE.

 

KS Institute of Technology also maintains a strong placement record, with the highest package reaching INR 19.75 LPA in 2024. KS Institute of Technology Courses and Fees 2025

KSIT offers Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), M.Tech and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) courses. The B.E. program is offered in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science & Design (CS&D), Computer & Communication Engineering (CCE), Computer Science & Engineering (IoT and Cybersecurity including Blockchain Technology), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Mechanical Engineering. The total fees for B.E range from INR 1.08 lakh to INR 10.65 lakh (4 years), while the 2-year M.Tech program has a total fee of INR 1.51 lakh. Admissions are based on 10+2 qualification for UG course and a relevant graduation degree for PG courses. Admissions are based on scores from entrance exams like COMEDK UGET, JEE Main, UGCET, Karnataka PGCET or GATE. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and fill out the application form.
