Admission: I studied Math for my Bachelor's, so I decided to do my Master's in Math too. The faculty-to-student ratio is 2:1. All the teachers have their Ph.D. Exams are like any other college, not too hard to pass if you study well. Just make sure you understand your topics.

Placement: The job opportunities are pretty good for engineering students, but for other departments, it's tough to get placed. Most students who do get placed only land jobs with an average salary of 3.5 LPA. In my group of 30 classmates, only 2 of us got jobs with a salary of 4.6 LPA. I'm thinking of pursuing a Ph.D. after finishing my Master's degree.

Campus: The hostel here is okay. They have a boys' hostel on campus, which is run by the Department of Social Welfare. The cool thing is that EWS, OBC, and MBC students can stay there for free. There's also a women's hostel for working women and another one for SC/ST students close by.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and teach in a really practical and efficient way. They make sure we learn easily. The syllabus is updated with new stuff, and they give us practice exams to track our progress. Love learning here!

Placement: The college sets up lots of job opportunities for us students. Around 60-70% of students get placements based on what they like. Big companies come to campus for interviews. There's also an internship program to get real-world experience. It's cool!

Campus: The campus looks really nice with lots of trees, making it a peaceful place to study. They have good parking and a road inside campus. The classrooms have projectors for practical learning and they're air conditioned. The computer labs have up-to-date tech and Internet access. There's also a library for students who want to study more. And don't forget about the canteen on campus it's pretty good too!

Admission: The faculty at Ciem college are really supportive and helpful. They give good guidance and mentorship. However, they could focus more on improving the college and some of the classes. Exams take place on campus, including internal assessments.

Placement: Once you hit 5th semester, you can apply for campus placements at our college. Companies like Wipro and Infosys come for placements and they've offered jobs to a bunch of students. The salary offered is around 400000 LPA. About half of the students usually get job offers. After I graduate, I'm thinking of going to another college out of state for my master's degree.

Campus: The college organizes seminars every year and holds workshops monthly. The library has lots of books, journals, newspapers, and magazines. Students can join sports and extracurricular activities. Plus, there are social groups and research clubs for students to get involved in.

Admission: Most students get over 70% on their exams. It shows that the courses are effective and students are doing well.

Placement: The job scene here is okay. Not everyone gets placed, but about 20% of us did. Salaries vary from Rs. 4,000-10,000 monthly. Companies like Infosys and Instagram come for placements. Some M.Sc. students even landed jobs at Instagram, making Rs. 15,000-20,000 a month.

Campus: The facilities at our college are great, especially the hostel. It's really nice.

Admission: I picked Math because I want to be a researcher and learn more about it. We have 6 professors in our department - 5 are professors and 1 is an assistant professor. My class has around 100 students, so the ratio of teachers to students is 1:20. All the teachers are NET qualified and have Ph.D.s. They use good teaching methods and explain things clearly. We have 4 exams during the 2-year course, happening every 6 months. If you go to class and practice, the exams are not too hard to pass.

Placement: By the time you hit your 5th semester, you can start applying for jobs through the college campus. You gotta have at least 60% marks, show some leadership skills, and be smart. The college trains us well to land jobs in big companies. About half of us actually get placed, which is pretty cool.

Campus: The hostel situation is alright. Social Welfare handles a guys' hostel for EWS, OBC, and MBC students. There's also a hostel for working women and another one for SC/ST students close by.

Admission: The teachers were always there, so no classes were canceled. They were nice and helpful. My HOD, Saritha N. Pillai, was super supportive. I liked all the teachers. Exams happened often, and the course really helps.

Placement: Last semester, our college had placements. Big companies like Bluesteak, Jio, and Malayala Manorama came and offered around 15 jobs. Malayala Manorama gave the highest salary of 35,000 per month. On average, students were getting 20,000 rupees per month. Only 10% of us got placed. Now I'm thinking about what to do next for my studies.

Campus: The campus here is really nice and peaceful. Everyone just goes about their business without any issues. It's great because no one causes trouble or anything. I really like how safe and friendly it is here. The wifi could be better though, so I hope they work on improving it.

Admission: The best thing was doing lots of practical work. I also understood that everyone is different.

Placement: The campus selection had companies like Zifo, Accenture, Federal Bank, and ESAF Bank. They wanted students with no arrears. We had to do an aptitude test, group discussion, and interview. Out of 18 students in our class, 5 got picked by Zifo, 4 by Accenture, and 1 by Federal Bank. The selection for ESAF Bank was still happening.

Campus: The hostel was okay. There's a boys' hostel on campus managed by the Department of Social Welfare. The cool thing is that they offer free stay and food for EWS, OBC, and MBC students. Plus, there's a women's hostel and another one for SC/ST students close by.

Admission: I finished my M.Sc. in computer science at KMCPGs. The teachers at KMCPGs are really good. Our curriculum is up-to-date with all the latest stuff in the field. But honestly, I don't feel fully prepared for a job after this program. It's not that hard because the teachers are famous and most students pass with a 90% success rate.

Placement: At the Kanchi Mamunivar Center for Postgraduate Studies and Research, a lot of students got placed in the M.Sc. Computer Science course around 60 percent. The pay is pretty good too. The highest package is 16 lakhs, the lowest is 2 lakhs, and the average is 10 lakhs. Big companies like Wipro, TCS, and Infotech hire from here. Some students also land internships at Wipro and TCS like 30 percent in Wipro and 20 percent in TCS. They offer cool roles like software development, data scientist, and front-end developer.

Campus: The college has everything we need from smart boards in classrooms to well-equipped labs, libraries, and sports facilities. Even the hostels are nice. And the food? It's good quality and always well-maintained.
