Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff. They help us out a lot and give good advice. They support us all the way through college and let us grow our skills however we want. It's cool.
Placement: Around 10% of us from our batch landed jobs in different companies. The highest salary was 2.4 LPA, while the lowest was 1.5 LPA. Companies like ThoughtWorks, Skava, and Wipro hired most of us as programme developers. About 5% of us also did internships during the project and got hired by the same company later on.
Campus: The college campus is really big with different colleges like arts and nursing. There are also IT companies here. I like that there are 3 canteens and computer labs on every floor. The library is nice too. The hostel food is good too.

Admission: The teachers here aren't great, and even the staff seem clueless about the subjects. But the course content is spot-on for getting us ready for real-world jobs. The pass rate is around 60%, sometimes even better depending on the Anna University exams.
Placement: I'm currently in the B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science program for the 2022 batch. So far, some of the seniors ahead of me have gotten job offers, but not everyone. They say the highest salary package is around 8 LPA, while the lowest is about 12k per month. Companies like Dell and HP come for hiring, and a good chunk of students around 78% land internships at places like KGiS and startups. The main job roles you can expect after this program are Data Scientist and Software Engineer.
Campus: The college has all the important things like Wi-Fi and labs, but the classrooms are not in good condition. The hostel is where things go downhill. The food quality is bad, and there are insects like lizards, cockroaches, and worms around. It's not a great situation.

Admission: The teachers are super helpful. They use PowerPoint slides and sometimes bring their own notes to class. If we're stuck on tough questions, they explain with examples. The stuff we learn is really practical and helps with job placements. The teachers know their stuff and are really smart. The number of students in each class changes. How much real-world stuff we see depends on what we're into.
Placement: The college placements are pretty good. Companies like Valtech, HP, Ugam, Vernalis, BYJU'S, L&T, and GBOXZ come for placements. Over 60% of students get jobs. The salary can be anywhere from Rs. 2,00,000 to 5,00,000 per year. They offer roles like associate analyst, developer, tester, and technical consultant. Sadly, the college doesn't help with internships. But the placement cell is helpful.
Campus: The college has good facilities. Sometimes the systems are slow, but there are smart classrooms. The food is good, and we stay in rooms with four people. We can borrow books from the library, but we have to return them every 15 days. We can renew them three times only. I haven't had any problems with the college's facilities.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and are well qualified. Some of them teach in Tamil because most students are from Tamil medium. The teaching is good overall. Plus, there are companies on campus that collaborate with the college sometimes.
Placement: I studied computer science and engineering at KGISL Institute of Technology from 2017-2021. I want to share some real info about placements. Companies like Ugam Solutions partnered with our college to offer paid internships and part-time jobs in data analysis and network engineering. Around 5% of us got placed. Salaries ranged from 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters were Capgemini, Ugam Solutions, and Heptagon. Popular roles included developer, network engineer, data analyst, and Java, C, and Python developer. About 50%-60% of us landed internships too.
Campus: Our college has a big sports ground with cricket, football, volleyball, and handball courts. There's even basketball and volleyball courts on the other side. The library has over 6000 books and the hostel has Wi-Fi. The labs have fast internet and the classrooms have projectors. The hostel food is pretty good and they serve vegetarian meals with eggs. There's a medical shop on campus and an ambulance if you get sick or hurt.

Admission: The teachers here are super nice and always ready to help with any questions or doubts you have. They explain things well and make studying for exams a breeze. Plus, they give tests after each unit to make sure you really get the material.
Placement: At my college, they kick off training in the third year. Each year, we get training for placements. They teach us various programming languages based on what we like. You can pick a stream for placement and start training for it. We have plenty of hours just for placement prep. Over 90% of us got placed in our batch. The top salary is 9 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The cool thing is everyone lands their dream job with a nice salary.
Campus: The facilities here are great! Lots of labs and classrooms to use. Food in the mess and canteen is tasty. Each department has its own block. And there's even an elevator here. Sports are a big deal at this college. They really care about each student's skills.

Admission: The teachers here are really great and have a lot of experience. They explain things in a way that's easy to get. All the teachers here have at least three years of experience, some even have up to 12 years. The course material was easy to follow and helped me grasp the basics well.
Placement: The job placements at our college are pretty good. We had companies like Ugam, Valtech, and Hexaware coming in to hire students. Some of us even landed internships at places like Pepbill and KGFSL. There's a placement cell on campus that helps us find good opportunities. They offered roles like associate software engineer, sales & marketing, and data analyst to students.
Campus: The college has awesome facilities. The labs are top-notch with high-tech systems. Each department has its own lab. We've got 3 canteens with yummy food. The teachers really know their stuff. But the hostel rooms could use some work.

Admission: The faculty in our department isn't that great because our course, B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, is pretty new. It's understandable that it'll take time to improve. But we really need more teachers. Personally, I'm tired of feeling like I'm still in school.
Placement: Most students who look for jobs at our college end up getting placed, which is cool. But sometimes they end up in jobs that don't match their studies, like engineering students working at call centers. The pay varies a lot some get around 3 LPA while others score 11-12 LPA. On average, most students land jobs with a salary of about 7 LPA.
Campus: The college buildings are okay but nothing special. Each floor has bathrooms and water fountains, and we have a PT room and several labs. The classrooms don't have enough outlets, though. It would be nice to have a hangout spot on campus.

Admission: I took a course at Anna University in Chennai. The college is accredited by AICTU and Anna University. The teachers are nice, helpful, and know their stuff. The course covers engineering stuff. Your success depends on how much effort you put in and how interested you are in learning.
Placement: The school has strong connections with big tech companies. It's cool because the campus is in a big area with companies like Bosch, Cognizant, and Dell. So, working hard here can really pay off. Plus, the campus is right in the middle of a fast-growing area.
Campus: The campus is run by an International organization and they do a great job keeping it clean and organized. The facilities and labs are really good. Safety is a top priority for the management. Everything you need is easy to find and top-notch.

Admission: Some teachers explain things well, but not all of them do. We usually rely on YouTube to find the key questions for our exams. Teachers don't really help us prepare for exams, they just push us to finish assignments to get our forms signed.
Placement: In my batch, we have around 60 students. The college hooks us up with 1 or 2 companies, like Foundry and Machine industries, where we can make about Rs. 15,000 a month. But here's the catch the jobs they offer don't really match up with what we're studying. It's mostly stuff like being a machine operator or working in the assembly section, with shifts and all. Unfortunately, if you're studying mechanical engineering, don't expect to land a dream job through campus placements.
Campus: The Wi-Fi here sucks for students. The classrooms and library are cool though. You can find any book you need in the library. The food in the hostel is just okay. But the wardens and staff are super mean. They don't listen to us at all.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at teaching and they know their stuff. They're friendly, so it's easy to talk to them. They explain things in a way that makes sense to us. We even got to go on field trips to see how things work in real life. This college is connected with Anna University, so we gotta work hard to pass our exams.
Placement: Most students in ECE have found jobs at the college. The top package is 12 LPA, and the average is around 3.5 LPA. Companies like Blitzwork, KGiSL-GSS, Nunnari Labs, and Thozhil hire a lot of students. Many also get internships in Tamil Nadu and other states. The popular roles are image processing engineer and IoT.
Campus: The campus has a main library and libraries for each department. You can get Wi-Fi 24/7 all around. There are labs for hands-on learning and four cool innovation labs. The hostel rooms are okay, but the food is a little expensive. They have sick rooms in both the academic block and the hostel.
