Registration

Register on the official portal by filling out and submitting the signup form.

Initiate communication and share academic/profile details directly with a designated KEI counselor.

Use a valid, active Email ID and Phone Number. Email addresses cannot be changed once registered as they host all future institutional communication.

Portal Login

Enter your registered phone number on the portal to receive a secure OTP. Input the OTP to log in.

Managed internally by the counseling department upon profile generation.

You can log in and save progress continuously; the system allows you to resume filling out the application form from where you left off.

Application Fees

Pay the mandatory Application Form Fee via the online integrated portal dashboard.

Remit the "During Admission" initial fee via approved digital banking apps or direct bank counters.

Fee Amount: INR 1,000 for all courses (Non-refundable).

Counselor Track Payment Channels: Direct Bank Transfer, UPI, BHIM, PhonePe, G-Pay, or Paytm to the college's active Indian Bank or ICICI Bank accounts.

Form Submission

Complete the detailed multi-section application form online (Academic tracking, Course stream selection, Personal info).

Provide verified mark sheets and selection criteria to your counselor to update your institutional entry database.

Select appropriate course tags carefully based on affiliation tracking (e.g., MAKAUT under the School of Management & Science or BCI/WBSU under the Law tracking).

Document Upload

Upload clear, scanned copies of the mandatory student documentation package directly to the portal.

Forward digital copies/transaction proofs of the payment receipt and academic certificates to the counselor.

Confirmation

Submit the absolute folder on the system and wait for centralized administrative document verification.

Counselor completes real-time processing and coordinates immediate verification with backend operations.

Upon successful system validation, an official digital money receipt and enrollment confirmation email are dispatched to your inbox via info@keical.edu.in.
