Kirori mal college(KMC) has outdone itself in one year with a drastic increase of the placements of the students. It has noted an increase of 20 percent of the total number of students placed from 2022 to 2023. Keeping aside the point that more students got the chance to go to a company and showcase their skills, the amount of salary they are getting paid also observed a drastic increase. In 2022, the Highest domestic package noted was 23 LPA whereas in 2023 the highest domestic package (Trilogy) noted was 36.50 LPA. Keeping aside the highest package, the average package of all the students in 2022 was INR 6.76 LPA whereas it was INR 8.89 LPA in 2023. Also, With an improvement of this scale, we can say that the Kirori Mal college(KMC) is on its way to aquire a bright future. The placement cell of KMC- Avenues,did a great job by helping students to acquire jobs in their interested field. Around 170+ students got placed in 2023 out of 180+ companies visited. It has been observed that one international company, Cobblestone Energy offered around 49+ LPA to a student which is a very good package.
