The placement cell at the College provides various placement and innovative training sessions for the students, every week. The placement cell at the college, provides various training and development programs for students who have interest in sitting in campus placements and dreamt of cracking an offer in their dream company .
The placement cell at KSOU, aims to provide every student with an offer in hand for their secured future and it provides practice sessions for every month to ensure the progress of the students activity . The placement cell at the College plans to conduct the various orientation programs for students to introduce the work culture and types of industries in various fields.

Placement Process:
The students of KSOU are required to register themselves for the placement session that is held by the placement cell of the university.
Eligibility:
- Students who has no backlogs will be eligible to sit in the placement sessions
- Students who has above 7 CGPA will be preferred for the most of the companies
Interview rounds:
- The university held a job drive for the duration of some days, the students should participate in the job drive and simultaneously can attend the interview rounds.
- The Interviews round mainly consist of three stages: Interaction Round, Technical Round and HR Round.
