Academic: In my college, the course is five and a half years long. What we learn in the first and second years is really important because it builds a strong base for clinical medicine, which helps a lot when we practice. Our teachers are very experienced in their fields. They always work hard to teach us and share their knowledge. Also, they go for training often to keep up with new ideas and better teaching methods. Exams happen every year, handled by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, and these usually last for almost a week. The college's internal assessments are super helpful to get ready for the final exams. To pass, you need to score 50%.

Placement: In my college, you won't find placements since it's a medical college, which is expected. What I really like though is the foreign student exchange program; it's a great chance to study abroad. My main reason for giving 3 stars is the internship stipend. It's just 6,000 rupees every month, which feels quite low when you think about government colleges. However, it's better than many other private colleges that don't offer any stipend at all, so at least we get something.

Campus: The sports facilities here are really good, with a basketball court, table tennis, a badminton arena, and a football field too. Also, our labs are like, the best in Bangalore. For staying, girls can pick between two-seater and three-seater rooms. Boys get single rooms. All rooms come with proper furniture. Plus, there's laundry service and a parking lot for everyone.

Placement: From my experience, MBBS colleges generally don't have placement drives like other courses. But if you want to get a job right after your degree, it's quite easy to find one. You can work as a junior doctor in a government hospital and earn about 80,000 per month. Most graduates, though, prefer to study further for post-graduation.

Campus: At our institute, the infrastructure is really well built. The library here has everything, all the books you need for your studies and even journals for extra reading. Also, we have a sports complex to play games like cricket and basketball, though a swimming pool is not there.

We get to work in both the medical college hospital and a corporate hospital, which gives us wide exposure. It can be a little hectic sometimes, but honestly, it's not as busy as working in a government hospital.

Campus: The college has really good classrooms, a library, and labs, with excellent infrastructure. However, for sports, the facilities are quite poor. The hostels also aren't as good as one would expect. On the upside, the areas in and around the college are pretty nice to hang out in, and it's a posh locality where people can enjoy themselves.

Academic: I really like about my college is how good the teachers are. They teach us so well and really know their stuff, since they are super qualified and experienced. Also, they are always ready to help students. We get practical clinical experience here, which is very important. The subjects we learn are very useful and make us ready for our future jobs. If you study regularly, it will definitely make things easier for you.

Placement: At our college, getting internships and job placements is really easy. They help us by placing us in their own hospitals, like the teaching hospital and also their memorial hospitals. Because of this, we get recruited much better and earlier than students in other colleges around Bangalore. Once you finish your studies, you have good options like working full-time or part-time as a physiotherapist, or you can even choose to be a freelancer.

Campus: Our college campus is really great, you can find everything easily here. It has big classrooms and laboratories, and even a nice park to chill. The library is super big and amazing too, full of many books, even new ones with the latest stuff. And the canteen, oh my god, it's huge and serves the best food for good prices.

Academic: In our college, the teachers are just awesome, honestly. They are very helpful, explain everything clearly, and know their stuff inside out. The good thing is they teach us using the official CBME curriculum from NMC, which really focuses on practical things. This means what we study is super relevant and makes us ready for real jobs. When it comes to exams, the semester ones are like medium hard, not too tough. And most students pass, around 90-95% usually clear them.

Placement: In medical colleges, placements don't really happen like in other courses. Hospitals or clinics do not come to our campus to hire students directly. What usually happens is, after completing their MBBS, students either prepare hard for the PG entrance exam to do a master's course, or they go and find jobs themselves in government or private hospitals. So, there is no campus placement system here for medical students.

Campus: From my experience, the infrastructure at our college is really good. We have a super nice library, which has digital areas, scientific journals, and separate sections for UG and PG students. The labs are fully equipped, and there's even a museum to see specimens and a yoga area for relaxing. Our cafeteria is also pretty decent. When it comes to the hostel, its buildings are quite good, and they even built a new one recently for new students. Hostel residents get access to a gym, a TV room, and there's a barbershop inside too. However, the hostel mess food isn't that great.

Academic: The faculty here is super helpful, they know so much. They even share their phone numbers so we can ask doubts anytime. These teachers really support us, especially during exam time, because they understand how tough the course can be. They also help a lot with practicals. Our course is 5 and a half years long and yeah, the curriculum is quite challenging. But honestly, with their guidance, it doesn't feel that difficult. The first and second years are very important, they build a strong foundation for clinical medicine which helps a lot in practice. For exams, we usually get two long essays of 10 marks each, then ten short essays for 5 marks each, and ten short answers for 3 marks each. You just need to score 50% to pass.

Placement: For us, placements are not really a thing since this is a medical college. Instead, everyone has to do a mandatory one-year internship where we apply all our theoretical knowledge in real life. The college pays us about 5,000 rupees each month for this, which is a very low amount. But it's still not bad because usually, you don't get a stipend at all in most private colleges.

Campus: Our college has really modern labs with the latest tech, like new binocular microscopes that show super clear and big images. For those staying in the hostel, the rooms are decent. There are many options: single or double rooms, with or without attached washrooms, and the fees are different for each. Also, the sports committee here gives everyone a chance to play sports like cricket and other athletic events.

Academic: I really like is how good our staff is. The teachers here are super qualified and know everything. They help us a lot with our studies and even sometimes with personal stuff. Our course curriculum is fully relevant to what industries need, so we become job-ready. Exams happen yearly, and we need to get 50% to pass.

Placement: In our college, you get really good exposure to clinical practice right from the second year itself, because that's when our postings start. After the final year, the internship is for a full 6 months, and it gives so much exposure. We work in both the college hospital and the memorial hospital during this time, meaning we see and work with a lot of patients. All this experience helps make our placements good. After BPT, the starting salary is usually around 15k to 20k every month. If you do your Masters MPT, you can expect 30k or even more, depending on which field you choose. Also, you can do other courses like MBA in hospital management instead of just MPT.

Campus: Our college has a really beautiful campus with awesome facilities. We get a good library, Wi-Fi all over, proper labs, and classrooms that are well-equipped. The hostels here are nice too. Our canteen serves pretty good food. For sports and games, there are many opportunities. And being in Bangalore city is just great, you will surely fall in love with this place.

Academic: Our teachers here really make sure we study, they spoon-feed us with regular seminars, tests, presentations, and always check our files. Passing exams is quite easy here, almost 100% of students pass. If you study regularly and attend classes, it's not hard since teachers spoon-feed everything. Though, after the 3rd year, some professors are just average and mostly busy with hospital work. We get many chances to go for conferences, seminars, quizzes, workshops, and even competitions. The sports committee is good, giving us chances to show our talents. There's also a yearly fest for extra-curricular stuff, and the committee helps out a lot with that. The course curriculum is very relevant, so getting a job after college is pretty easy. But the main problem is we get very little patient exposure, which means less chances for practical learning and procedures. Also, they mostly teach using PowerPoint presentations.

Placement: Every year, 150 students join the MBBS course here. Our hospital is NAAC and NABH approved, which is a big deal. We actually have two hospitals: one is a memorial hospital that's a bit costly, and then there's our teaching hospital. Besides MBBS, they offer so many other courses like BPT, B.Pharma, nursing, law, engineering, hotel management, dental, MD or MS, and even super specialization courses. Placements are quite good compared to others. Also, we get to use really modern technology and the latest equipment in our labs and hospital.

Campus: The infrastructure at our college is honestly very good, with excellent and well-furnished buildings. Our classes are held in big air-conditioned halls that have staircase-like rows, and the benches are super comfortable with foldable seats, all kept really well. Washrooms are cleaned regularly, and water purifiers are easy to find. The library here is well-equipped, and we even have a digital library and a separate reading room. You can get a library card and borrow one book for two weeks. There's also a canteen near the library that sells all sorts of snacks. Now, the hostel is well maintained and cleaned regularly, but it's pretty expensive at around 80,000 rupees a year for a single room with an attached washroom. Plus, there are lots of pests like rats and rodents sometimes. The mess food is just average but cheap; because of this, many students choose to cook in their rooms, order from outside, or eat at the food street which has a lot of variety. Good thing is, electricity and water are always available in the hostels. Parking is available, and the campus feels very safe for girls, with good security especially for the girls' hostel.

Academic: The teachers at this college are really good. The education quality you get here is top-notch. They make sure to teach us using PowerPoints or whiteboards, whatever works best for students at that time. Also, the whole course curriculum follows MCI regulations properly, and they even use integrated teaching methods.

Placement: Talking about placements, they are really good for both my batch and also for my seniors' batch. Many students from Ramaiah get top ranks in the NEET PG exam. For post-graduation, the pay-scale follows what MCI has decided. You can find lots of Ramaiah graduates working in good corporate hospitals and medical colleges all over India.

Campus: The facilities at our college are pretty good. We have some really well-equipped labs, and all the classrooms come with AC. You'll find two hospitals right inside the campus itself. For food, there's this great food street where you can get anything from South Indian to North Indian, both veg and non-veg choices. There's also a separate ground just for sports. Plus, boys and girls have their own separate hostels.

Placement: Everyone here stays really busy with their studies and work. There are good possibilities to get jobs in well-known hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and clinics. The salary packages range from 7.89 LPA to 25 LPA. Also, during internships, students often get a stipend of Rs. 30,000 per month.

Campus: At our college, we have a really good simulation lab center and specialised labs for all subjects, which are all conveniently inside the campus itself. Also, they have separate conference halls ready with all facilities for every discipline. Our college makes sure to provide everything needed for studies.
