Admission: Counselling experience was well organized, online sessions cleared doubts, document verification counters moved efficiently, and registration was completed quickly after approvals.

Academic: The teachers at our college are really well-educated. They are like government professionals and have amazing knowledge. They always help us clear our doubts, though you might find a few teachers who can be a bit rude sometimes. The course curriculum we follow is very relevant and useful since it's a centralized one.

Placement: From my experience here, our college has a really good placement cell. They organize placement fests all the time, and lots of different companies come looking for students. Right now, I am studying B.Sc. in Physical Science with Computer Science, and I find this course to be very good.

Campus: Our college has really good infrastructure, probably one of the best you will find in Delhi University. If you are looking for great facilities, you can just take admission here without any doubt. We have proper libraries and all labs have AC. Plus, there are many types of classrooms available. For staying, hostels are only for girls here. We also have almost every sport you can think of, just no swimming because there is no pool.

Admission: Portal for Maharaja Agrasen College admissions was easy to use, the merit list was released on time, and staff support during initial document verification was helpful.

Academic: For my first semester, the teachers were really good. But then in the second semester, things changed completely, and the faculty was not that great, like it felt cursed. I am hoping the professors in the second year will be better though. If you just study for around 3 weeks before your exams, you can surely pass. Just make sure to submit all your practicals on time and do them with full honesty to get good internal marks. Hope this helps you.

Placement: For B.Com Hons students, the placement scene at our college is quite decent. If you are in the general category, you needed at least 694 marks in 2024 to get into this course. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA, and the highest went up to 8-9 LPA which is pretty good. I know one friend from 2nd year who even got an HR internship at Deloitte, which is a big company. A lot of students also did social internships, and the college even offered in-house internships. I really wanted to do an in-house internship but couldn't because I had some time issues back then.

Campus: Our college has Wi-Fi available all day, but honestly, don't keep too high hopes for it. The only place where Wi-Fi is really good is the library, that's why many of us think it's one of the best places around. About the hostel, only girls have one here. I don't really hang out with many girls from there, but everyone knows hostel food isn't great, it's like a common thing everywhere, you know.

Admission: Journey through admission felt smooth, as the online registration portal was user friendly, document verification after the merit list was quick, and staff guidance remained strong throughout.

Academic: About my department, the Economics one, I have to say it has the best teachers in Maharaja Agrasen College. The professors in Economics are really good for studies and also for any help we need. Our college, Maharaja Agrasen College, offers a balanced study environment, focusing a lot on theoretical learning but also having many extracurricular activities. I am a student of the B.A. Programme with an English and Economics combination, and honestly, my experience with placements and internships has been mixed.

Placement: From my experience here, not even 50% of students in our course got job placements. I don't have exact info on the highest or lowest salary packages offered. But I did apply for a 7 LPA role at ICICI Bank as a relationship manager. Major companies like Accenture, Wipro, and sometimes Genpact came for hiring. Now, for internships, less than 30% of us got them. They were mostly in the corporate sector, though specific company names are not well known. Most of these roles, both for jobs and internships, were mainly in sales and marketing, which fits perfectly with what our course teaches us.

Campus: Regarding the college's infrastructure, I can say that most classrooms are well-kept, quite big, and have projectors and whiteboards, which makes studying comfortable. Our library is a really strong point, packed with many books for economics, English literature, and general studies. We do have Wi-Fi connectivity, but the speed and connection can change a lot depending on where you are on campus. The main infrastructure is fine, but there is no hostel or common room for boys, only girls get a hostel and a common room.

Admission: Timeline from merit list declaration to final admission was well communicated, document verification was smooth, staff at the registration desk were helpful, and counselling guidance made joining simple.

Academic: The teachers here are really supportive and helpful. They always help us in any way they can. Their teaching style is very interesting too. And if you have any problem, the college student union helps you solve it super fast.

Placement: It comes to placements, most jobs here are for sales and marketing. Big companies like Accenture and Genpact often visit our campus. Many other companies also come here to recruit students. Our college's placement cell arranges a placement fair every year for these companies.

Campus: The hostel at our college is only for girls, and honestly, the crowd here is super helpful. When it comes to facilities, our college has really good infrastructure, better than many other colleges in Delhi University. We have a lift, a big auditorium, and many more useful things. Plus, there are lots of societies to join, and they organize seminars every month, which is a nice touch.

Admission: Framework of the admission process moved systematically, with efficient online registration after the merit list, well handled verification and counselling, and a useful pre joining orientation.

Academic: I can say that our teachers here are very good, they always take classes regularly and are all well-qualified. They teach us using a practical approach, which makes things easier to understand. The course curriculum is a little bit lengthy, but semester exams are not that tough to pass. You can easily clear them, but if you want a really high CGPA, you will need to put in a lot of effort and hard work. For passing, a CGPA of 3 is needed.

Placement: Okay so, for placements in this college, the average salary is around 3.5 LPA only. About 20% of students get placed every year. Top companies like Genpact, MakeMyTrip, and EaseMyTrip do come for recruitment. But a big issue is that internships through the college are not allowed at all, because our principal doesn't permit them.

Campus: From my experience, the infrastructure here is what makes this college truly stand out. They have all the facilities you could ask for, including a fully furnished library with Wi-Fi, printing, and stationery shops. All sorts of labs are available, and there are options for many different games. The cleanliness of the college is excellent, and the garden areas are really beautiful, easily 5-star quality. Plus, it's interesting how the college has various nurseries and offers journalism as a course too.

Admission: Path to admission appeared streamlined, with straightforward online registration, smooth counselling verification, helpful staff, and a well organized orientation session.

Academic: The teachers at our college are really helpful and super qualified, they know their stuff well. They are also very professional in how they teach. My subject exams for semesters are generally easy, but sometimes they can be tricky. Good thing is, teachers are always there to clear our doubts, even if we need help online. The only thing is, I feel like the course syllabus isn't always that relevant to what we actually need.

Placement: Internships for my course were a bit tough, with only 10% of students getting selected. When it came to job packages, the highest offer was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 1 LPA. SBI company also came to our campus for hiring. Most companies offered manager roles to students who got placed.

Campus: At our college, the classrooms are really big and comfy, which is good. The campus is always super clean, which is nice to see. Our library has pretty much every type of book you could need for studies. And honestly, the food they serve in the canteen is good. But, there are some issues too; the Wi-Fi doesn't work well most of the time. Also, in the labs, they have projectors but never use them, which is a bit strange. For medical emergencies, there's only one doctor or nurse, and they only give basic medicines. Still, we do have sports and games equipment available for students.

Admission: Transition into the college felt seamless, as registration was easy, counselling schedules were clearly communicated, verification was efficient, and merit list updates were prompt.

Academic: Our college has really good teaching. The teachers here know their subjects very well and are super qualified. They also understand everything nicely and are always ready to help students. Students also take a lot of interest in their subjects because of this. So, all these things make our college a good place.

Placement: At our college, they organize a job fair every year. The training placement cell does help bring more than 20 companies. These companies pick students based on certain things they look for. To be honest, our college is just average for placements. Also, very few students from my course even apply, as these jobs are mostly for Political Science Honors students.

Campus: Most students here feel our college infrastructure is way better than other colleges in Delhi University or even private ones. We have really good water supply, fast Wi-Fi, a well-stocked library, and modern classrooms. Plus, some of our classrooms also come with AC and smart class setup. The only little issue is that the hostel is only for girls. Apart from that, our college is pretty good.

Admission: Route for B Com Hons admission required meeting the 694 cutoff for the category, online registration and document verification were clear, and regular portal updates helped track application status easily.

Academic: From my experience, the teachers here really know their stuff and have lots of good experience in their subjects. Most professors teach in the usual ways, but they also bring their knowledge from the college or from working in companies. Still, some subjects can make students feel a bit bored sometimes.

Placement: Around 15 companies came for placements in the final semester, including big names like HDFC, Wipro, and Deloitte. The average package offered was about 3.5 Lacs. Our college's placement cell is really good, they always arrange regular workshops and training sessions to help us.

Campus: Our college has a few problems. For one, there's no canteen here, and they don't even have medical facilities.

Admission: Admission at Maharaja Agrasen College was surprisingly smooth, with well organized online registration, efficient document verification, helpful counselling staff, and clear steps for final registration that made joining easy.

Academic: The curriculum, since it's from Delhi University, is always updated and very relevant. It teaches us both the theory and practical things, which helps us understand real-world stuff. The teachers are really good; they use both old ways of teaching and new digital tools, making classes interactive and simple to grasp. Semester exams are not too tough, they are just of moderate difficulty, following the DU pattern. Even though the college gives us a strong academic background, becoming fully ready for jobs really depends on us, like if we do internships, extra courses, and use skill development chances the college offers.

Placement: Placements in our college, the official NIRF 2023 data says only around 14% of students got placed. But many of us, and some sources, think the real placement percentage is much higher, like 60% to 85%, especially for professional courses like Computer Science Hons. The highest salary someone got was between 7 LPA and 30 LPA. For most courses, the average salary is usually 3.5 LPA, but a few places even say it goes up to 12 LPA. Many big companies like Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, Cognizant, Flipkart, Accenture, EY, and Times Group often come to our campus. They offer different jobs in marketing, sales, consulting, content writing, and design. There are internship opportunities available too for students.

Campus: At our college, the classrooms are really spacious and have all the modern tech inside. We also have a very nice auditorium and a library that's full of books, journals, and online stuff, all automated. For practicals, the science and computer labs are super good and well-equipped. The whole campus has Wi-Fi too, which is very helpful. When it comes to sports, there are big grounds for cricket, football, and basketball, plus spaces for indoor games. There's even a gym and a wellness center available. We have a girls' hostel called Vidyottama, and it's well taken care of, with Wi-Fi, common rooms, pantries, and laundry services. But unfortunately, there is no hostel for boys here.

Admission: Structure of admission at MAC stayed clear, with on time merit lists, organized counselling rounds, thorough verification, smooth registration, and a simple online portal.

Academic: In my college, the teachers are really good and know a lot. They guide us through everything and explain stuff super easily. Our HOD is just awesome, by the way. All the teachers are very helpful, qualified, and just amazing. Classes happen regularly, no breaks at all. Also, this college is super disciplined, probably the most disciplined in all of Delhi University.

Placement: Our college has really good placements. Around 8 out of 10 students got placed last year, which is great. Big names like Dainik Jagran, Aaj Tak, ABP News, News Nation, Republic Bharat, and Zee News come for hiring. Last year, the highest package someone got was 7 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA.

Campus: About our college, the facilities are pretty decent. First, we get Wi-Fi all over the campus. The labs are quite good, designed properly for us. Our library is also nice, it has AC and it's easy to get books when you need them. For sports, there's a big playground where we regularly play different games, plus a separate court just for badminton. The canteen here is well-maintained, and the food quality is also good. So yeah, infrastructure wise, it's good overall.
