Admission: The teachers at our college are really nice and always ready to help us out. They know their stuff and teach us in a way that we understand. They even give us extra classes when we need them. The course layout is great and we learn a lot, especially for becoming top-notch civil engineers. The exams are pretty easy, and most people pass without a problem.
Placement: The placements at our college this year were awesome! Lots of cool companies like L&T, Ashley Projects, and some other survey companies came for recruitment. L&T gave the highest salary of around 25,000 per month, while the lowest was 10,000. On average, students got about 18,000 per month. The top job offered was Diploma trainee engineer. And hey, a bunch of us also snagged internships. It was a solid year for placements!
Campus: Our college has awesome facilities and a great campus. They provide free internet for students, which is super handy. There are multiple playgrounds on campus, but the best part is definitely the canteen. The food there is top-notch! Plus, there are hostel options, but they're just for guys. Overall, it's a cool place to be.

Admission: The teachers in the electrical course are really good they know a lot and teach well. But the course could use more practical stuff for industry. It needs better internships and hands-on classes.
Placement: The teachers here are really good at what they do. Not a lot of students get placed from our college, but some do. The teachers in our department are well-prepared. Some students even snagged internships from our program. The labs for the electrical course are in great shape.
Campus: The classrooms and labs are kept nice and clean. There's a canteen on campus with really good food. The hostels are nice, and there's even a brand new girls' hostel. The campus is big with lots of playgrounds to hang out in.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really great. Many of them graduated from Jadavpur University. When you attend their classes, you learn a lot. They prepare us well for the industry. The semester exams are quite manageable if you've been to most of the classes.
Placement: After finishing the course, most students find jobs easily. The teachers really care and help a lot. Only downside is you gotta pay Rs. 1,200 for campus placements through a third party. But other than that, everything's good. On average, the pay is around 1.5 LPA. Companies such as NSK Bearings, Keihin Fie, and Krishna Maruti come to hire students.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is really nice. They recently renovated the main building. They have modern lab equipment and a library. The automobile students even have a car to learn driving. But the hostel isn't that great.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful, always there for us when we need help with anything whether it's about our studies or personal stuff. The course we're doing is really practical and related to what we're learning. We're known as diploma engineers. The semester isn't too tough, you can pass if you study. Most students, like around 90%, pass their semesters.
Placement: The job opportunities at Malda Polytechnic are pretty good. The cool thing about this place is that they focus on the core subjects, not CS or IT. Companies like L&T, ITDC, and Gammon come for placements here. We also get chances with smaller companies like Bajaj, Faurecia, and Simons. The highest salary offered is around Rs.30,000 a month, while the average is Rs.15,000 and the lowest is Rs.10,000. Most students, about 80%, manage to snag internships with big names like TCS, Capgemini, and Tata Steel. The main job roles are as a diploma trainee engineer.
Campus: This college is like the largest polytechnic college in all of West Bengal. It's super big! The classrooms are spacious too. They've got Wi-Fi all around, and there are over 10 labs for different departments like civil, mechanical, electrical, and automobile stuff. Right now, only the boy's hostel is open. The food at the hostel is okay, but the canteen food is really good!

Admission: The teachers in our department were awesome! They knew a lot and had lots of experience. They taught us a bunch of stuff about how things work in the real world. Our principal was cool too. The semester exams weren't too tough. About 40% of us passed. We didn't get to visit any industries for training though.
Placement: Our department doesn't attract many job opportunities. The average pay we get is around Rs. 10,000 per month.
Campus: I'm from Malda and didn't know much about the hostel at our college. I was checking out the hostel garden and it looked really nice. My friends who stay there never mentioned any issues, so I guess they're happy with it. The electrical lab isn't great - lots of stuff is broken or missing. But the library and classrooms are pretty good.

The semester exams are not too hard, especially because the teachers are always there to help. The passing rate is around 43%, including the practical exams.
Placement: You need at least 65% to get placed. The starting salary is 15 LPA. Top salary is 25 LPA. Lots of companies from Bangalore and Kolkata hire students. 89% of students find jobs after graduation. You can get roles like junior engineer or sub division manager.

Admission: The course here is good, but it's tough without any teachers. The teachers are great though they're helpful, smart, and know their stuff. The course content is practical and gets you ready for work. Exams are a bit tough, but you can study the day before and still do okay. If you put in the effort, you'll do well.
Placement: The placements aren't great at this college. We have to pay for campus placements, and the jobs offered are usually labor jobs. The placement office isn't very helpful. It's hard to find any teachers in our department, except for the department head.
Campus: The hostel food is really bad. They don't serve much non-veg. The soybean curry isn't tasty and the pulses just look like yellow water. The labs are also not great, but they're getting fixed up.

Placement: The job placements are okay. Around 60% to 70% of students in our program get placed.
Campus: The classrooms are nice and clean, and the labs are really modern. The library is cool too. The hostel is pretty good, and the people who run it are really helpful. The food is okay, nothing too fancy.
