The Mata Sundri College for Women's Placement and Internship Cell is essential in helping students find employment and internships, as well as in setting up skill-building workshops to teach them how to present themselves ideally. When it comes to preparing students and helping them along the way to accomplishing their objectives, the Placement and Internship Cell is invaluable. Conducting workshops for the development of soft skills is adequately stressed. Their goal is to close the gap between academia and business.
In terms of goal-setting and career planning, it arranges and provides services for cooperative activities that foster the development of both technical and soft skills. Recruiters from a range of industries, including software, data analytics education, travel, consulting, sales & marketing, and finance, held campus drives. Among the companies represented were Deloitte, EY, ISA Global, Knowledge Excel, PlanetSpark, and Axis Bank.
This year, a range of profiles were available to students, including those in market research, content creation, actuarial analysis for digital and performance marketing, graphics design, CA articleship, priority relationship management, and public relations.
The highest CTC offered for the Academic Year 2022-2023-6.6 LPA-despite the global recession was 8.6LPA. The students received an average package of 4.6 LPA, with more than 120 students placed overall. Over 500 students were chosen for internships this year, surpassing our past internship patterns. The highest stipend offered was about Rs. 30,000 per month to the students for this successful academic year.
