Admission: Completing the MICA selection journey felt systematic. Clearing MICAT led to thorough GE-PI rounds, shortlist and interview details were shared promptly, communication remained strong, and document verification for final registration was smooth and organized.

Academic: Classes here are often taught using presentations, case studies, and flipped classrooms. You'll find some subjects super challenging, while others are quite easy to handle. About the faculty, it's a mix; some teachers are really good, some are just average, a few are truly amazing, and a very small number are not that great. Many of them have worked in the industry before, which means they teach things that are actually useful for our jobs later on.

Placement: Our college placements are really good, like 100% of students get placed in both summer internships and final jobs. They bring many different companies from all sorts of industries, so students have lots of options to pick from. But, to be frank, most companies prefer students who already have some good work experience.

Campus: Hostels here are really close to NIT, and you will totally get why they were built so well once you spend some time living there. Our mess is honestly the best you can find in any college. A doctor even comes to campus every day, which is very helpful. The library is a big blessing for us students, it has all the books we could ever need. Also, the college is super strong in sports, with dedicated courts for games like volleyball, frisbee, football, lawn tennis, table tennis, basketball, and cricket.

Admission: Managing my MICA admission felt clear from start. The MICAT to GE-PI rounds were well-coordinated, the application portal was user-friendly, interview schedules were timely, and document verification was handled efficiently, ensuring organized onboarding.

Academic: The curriculum is really something else. It's super unique and diverse, not like what you find in other top B-schools. This curriculum is quite new and edgy, so classes are always very interactive, which is great. Also, we have some really good teachers who are quite diverse. A lot of students actually come here because of how awesome our teachers are and their special way of teaching.

Placement: I've noticed is that our college placements are actually pretty good and they keep getting better each year. Lots of different companies come to our campus for hiring throughout the season. We also get decent salary packages from these companies. The average salary offered is fine, not super high or anything, but definitely good enough. Plus, all the big competitions happen right here on campus. Our seniors also seem pretty happy with the job roles they land.

Campus: What I really love about my college is how special it is. The way it's built, all the green around, and especially the cool graffiti make it stand out from others. That graffiti is so good, it just makes visitors stop and say 'wow'. The whole campus feels very homely, like a second home. Our classrooms have all the modern technology, and the Audi here is seriously legendary.

Admission: Experiencing the MICA admission process felt structured. The MICAT, GE, and PI rounds were clearly communicated, staff supported document verification well, final registration was smooth, and receiving the admission offer felt rewarding with easy next steps.

Academic: The teachers here are a mixed bag; some are really good, but honestly, some we don't need much. I've seen that MICA is slowly losing what makes it special. They are cutting down on subjects related to culture, media, and communication, which was their main thing. The college curriculum is actually changing to be like what other institutes are doing. Now, the PGDM course is focusing a lot more on data and AI, and even PGDM-C is slowly adding these kinds of topics too.

Placement: About placements here, our college actually offers 100% placements. The placement committee works super hard to make sure every student gets placed, so no one is left out. What is cool is there is no forced opt-out like you see in many IIMs and private colleges. The quality of placements, especially for marketing, is really good. You get exposure to good companies and good roles for both internships and final jobs because companies truly trust and respect the MICAN edge.

Campus: Our campus is really beautiful, you know. Like, you wake up to peacocks and langoors there. Those MICAN walks are just too good, seriously. When it comes to the hostels, they are a bit old and don't have AC in the rooms. It's a bit funny, sometimes if you close the door too hard, it feels like the wall might just fall off! But because there's no AC, everyone actually hangs out more in common spots instead of just staying inside their rooms. During monsoon, the whole place turns into a big puddle, almost like a lake. But good news, new hostels are being built, so let's see how those turn out.

Admission: Securing admission into MICA followed a clear structure. MICAT and GE-PI rounds ran on defined timelines, shortlisting was transparent, communication stayed prompt, and document verification with registration made offer acceptance smooth.

Academic: The marketing teachers here are really good, like, some of the best in India and everyone knows them. Our college syllabus is totally up to date with what industries want. They make sure to update it every single year with the latest topics and reports. Plus, we even get to study some unique subjects like semiotics, metaphors, and narratives, which is pretty cool.

Placement: For our senior batch and even for my batch, almost everyone, like 100% students, got jobs through college placements. Big companies like Amazon and Google come here, and they offer a good average package of more than 12 LPA. Someone even got 30 LPA as the highest domestic package. Plus, the average salary package keeps getting better every season.

Campus: What I like most about our college is its great infrastructure. The campus is really beautiful with lots of green areas everywhere. Our library is super modern, just like how it should be in big companies. All the classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and are fully air-conditioned which is nice. The hostels here are quite big and get good air. Plus, we have awesome sports facilities too.

Admission: Progressing through MICA admissions felt streamlined. After MICAT, the GE-PI shortlisting and interviews ran efficiently, the offer letter arrived quickly, and document verification with registration was clear with consistent admission cell support.

Academic: The way they teach is very good, especially with subjects like semiotics. You won't find semiotics taught in any other B-school in India, but it's really important for the marketing field we are learning about. This special way of teaching helps students get all the knowledge they need for the industry, which means the industry will get leaders who are ready for the future.

Placement: I hear placements at our college are pretty good. The salary packages vary a lot, from 8 LPA all the way to 25 LPA. Top companies like L'Oréal, Amul, and Titan come for hiring. For internships, the average stipend is quite high, like 70,000 rupees per month. Students get roles such as brand manager, sales executive, and media person.

Campus: Our college has really good facilities. The classrooms are well furnished, and we have a 24-hour library full of books. The hostels here are very comfortable, like a second home, and they are designed like courtyards, which makes the whole infrastructure very nice. What's more, the mess food is honestly one of the best in India, and sports also get a lot of importance here.

Admission: Observing the MICA admission workflow showed good management. Communication about MICAT dates and GE/PI rounds was clear, staff assisted well during document verification, and the journey from shortlisting to offer letter felt organized.

Academic: From experience, the teachers are super helpful and always cooperative with us students. They are also very qualified in their fields. We even have many experts from different industries coming to teach us, which is great. The course syllabus here is quite intensive, like it really keeps you busy all through the year. But it's good because the things we learn are very useful and give good insights.

Placement: Placements are always 100% here at MICA, which is awesome. For our batch and the juniors, summer internships were really great. Also, our seniors had amazing final placements. They offer cool roles too, like Campaign Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Manager.

Campus: The facilities in college are quite good, especially the infrastructure part. Our classrooms are big and have enough space. Hostel rooms are also pretty comfortable. Wi-Fi connection is mostly fine, no major issues usually. But, the auditorium is a bit uncomfortable to sit in. Also, the medical facilities could really be better here.

Admission: Proceeding through MICA Ahmedabad admissions felt smooth overall. The MICAT and GE-PI rounds were intense but well-communicated, document verification during registration was organized, staff guided efficiently, and fee payment steps felt transparent.

Academic: Our teachers are very supportive. They help us with everything, from normal college stuff to getting ready for competitive exams. For good industry exposure, there's a special cell in college. This cell gives us real-world problems from companies. If you're one of the selected students, you get to solve these problems for the clients, and guess what, you also get paid for it.

Placement: Our college MICA has hit 100% placements once more, keeping up its amazing track record. Students here got really good offers; the highest salary package was 35.27 LPA, and the average one came out to be 12.78 LPA. Big companies like Google, Amazon, Amul, and Loreal often visit our campus for hiring. Not just final jobs, but even for summer internships, everyone got placed, achieving 100% too. The best stipend someone got was 1.2 LPA. What's cool is our placement cell is run by MICA students themselves, and they are known to be very honest and hardworking.

Campus: College has really good facilities for students on campus. You get Wi-Fi, all the important labs, and even medical help if needed. For sports, there are areas for badminton, volleyball, and basketball. We also have big fields for football and cricket available. The food here is super good, way better than other colleges, and they change the menu every week. Hostel rooms are nice and big, plus they have a great view of all the greenery outside.

Admission: Following the MICA Ahmedabad admission path felt systematic. From MICAT to GE and PI, shortlisting updates were prompt, the merit list was clear, and staff supported document verification and registration through a hassle-free process.

Academic: For my marketing analytics studies, most teachers are visiting faculty, and they share a lot of hands-on experience with us. Overall, the teachers are quite good. While a few of them could get better, it's not like all of them are bad; there's just some room for improvement in certain areas.

Placement: Summer placements at our college were really impressive. Almost 100% of students who applied got placed very quickly, within just 8 days, even though the placement season lasted for 10 days. Our placement head, Prof. Vaneet Chibber, has been a big help for MICA in making this happen. What's also great is how transparent the whole process is; no one gets any unfair advantage, unlike what sometimes happens in other B-schools. Big shoutout to the SPC and JPC members too, they are amazing and always put others first.

Campus: It has a beautiful campus. It's so green, just like a resort. All the buildings, blocks, and even the fields have modern facilities and furniture. Everything is kept new and high-tech. And yes, the Wi-fi on campus is good and available everywhere.

Admission: Concluding the MICA Ahmedabad admission process left a positive impression. Shortlisting after MICAT for GE and PI was clear, communication about results and verification stayed on time, and staff support during registration ensured a smooth, stress-free journey.

Academic: Faculty even make sure to add unique and exciting subjects, like Semiotics and Imagining India, into our courses. Sometimes, for a single subject, we have a few different teachers. Also, industrial specialists visit us regularly to tell us about what's new and trending in their industries, which is great.

Placement: Which is a great thing. Throughout the year, students get excellent opportunities for placements, and summer placements are good too. There's good competition for these spots, but it's a great place to kickstart your career. The average salary package we saw was about 10 LPA. Plus, we have many industry specialists here, and they set up industry interactions quite often for us.

Campus: Our college has really good facilities for everyone. The classrooms are air-conditioned and quite spacious, with presentation boards for lessons. We also have newly built seminar halls and conference rooms. What's cool is our auditorium; it has a really nice, nostalgic feel. The hostel is fully air-conditioned, which is super comfy. Also, staff quarters are right within the college area. For sports, we have excellent infrastructure, including a badminton court, a football ground, and a dedicated table tennis room.

Admission: Experiencing entry into MICA was smoother than expected. Clear communication covered MICAT results, GE/PI rounds, and the final merit list, staff assisted patiently during document verification, and registration with orientation felt efficient.

Academic: Our teachers really know their stuff, which is great. They also bring in special guest faculty sometimes to give us lectures. What's cool is that one subject is often taught by a few different professors, so we get to learn a lot more about it from different angles. We even have these MS sessions regularly where industry experts come and talk to us about the latest trends happening in their fields, which is super helpful.

Placement: College's summer placements were super good this time. Almost everyone got placed, like 100% students, and it finished even before the placement week started. This was a big deal for MICA, happened for the first time. Someone got a highest package of 55 LPA. I even got a summer internship myself from LinkedIn, and this company came to our college first time ever. Our industry connections have become much better because of Vaneet Chhibbar, who is the director. Also, our senior batch is getting PPOs too.

Campus: The canteen food here is seriously the best, with everything from Oriental to South Indian dishes. Our college infrastructure is also really good, and classrooms are always well-maintained. The only issue is that hostel rooms dont have AC, which makes summers very hot for about two months.
