MIT WPU Scholarship 2026: Eligibility, Tiers and How to Apply

MIT World Peace University offers the MIT WPU Scholarship 2026 across various programme categories, including B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Tech After 10th, B.Pharm, Pharm.D, Law, and B.Sc. Students can apply for one of three scholarship tiers under the MIT WPU Scholarship 2026: the Dr. Vishwanath Karad Scholarship (100% tuition waiver), MIT-WPU Scholarship I (50% tuition waiver), and MIT-WPU Scholarship II (25% tuition waiver).

Each tier has its own qualifying score, so the exact benefit a student receives depends on their JEE, NATA, MHT-CET, NEET, CLAT, or Class 10/12 aggregate score.

MIT WPU Scholarship for B.Tech

The MIT WPU Scholarship for B.Tech covers every engineering specialization at the university, from Computer Science to Chemical Engineering. Three scholarship tiers are available for B.Tech students: the Dr. Vishwanath Karad Scholarship (100%), MIT-WPU Scholarship I (50%), and MIT-WPU Scholarship II (25%). Eligibility for the MIT WPU B.Tech scholarship is based on the JEE Main 2026 percentile or the MHT-CET 2026 percentile, whichever score is higher.

For B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, CSE - Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, CSE - Cyber Security & Forensics, CSE - Cloud Computing, and Bioengineering, students need a JEE Main percentile of 97 and above (or MHT-CET percentile of 98 and above) for the 100% scholarship, 96 and above (or 97 and above) for the 50% scholarship, and 95 and above (or 96 and above) for the 25% scholarship.

For Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (AI & ML), Electronics (Semiconductor and VLSI Design), Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering (Robotics and Automation), the cutoffs are 94 and above (or 95 and above) for 100%, 92 and above (or 93 and above) for 50%, and 91 and above (or 92 and above) for 25%.

For Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Smart Infrastructure & Construction), and Materials Science and Engineering, the requirement is 89 and above (or 90 and above) for 100%, 87 and above (or 88 and above) for 50%, and 86 and above (or 87 and above) for 25%.

Note: The best of the JEE 2026 or MHT-CET 2026 score is considered for the MIT WPU B.Tech scholarship.

MIT WPU Scholarship for Bachelor of Architecture

The MIT WPU Scholarship for B.Arch is available at the same three tiers as the B.Tech scholarship. Eligibility depends on the JEE or NATA 2026 percentile, and the best of the two scores is considered. Students scoring 97 and above qualify for the Dr. Vishwanath Karad Scholarship (100%). Those scoring 95 and above qualify for MIT-WPU Scholarship I (50%). Students scoring 93 and above are eligible for MIT-WPU Scholarship II (25%).

Note: Scholarships are awarded based on the JEE 2026 (B.Arch) or NATA 2026 percentile.

The MIT WPU B.Arch scholarship applies to the full 5-year architecture programme and is assessed at the time of admission based on the higher of the two entrance scores.

MIT WPU Scholarship for B.Tech After 10th (3 Years Diploma+3 Years Degree)

The MIT WPU Scholarship for B.Tech After 10th supports students entering the 3-year diploma plus 3-year degree pathway directly after Class 10. This scholarship uses two criteria together: the MIT-WPU CET CBT score and the Class 10/SSC aggregate score.

For Computer Science and Engineering and CSE - Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, the 100% scholarship needs a CBT score of 95 and above with a Class 10 aggregate of 93 and above. The 50% scholarship needs a CBT score of 90 and above with a Class 10 aggregate of 90 and above. The 25% scholarship needs a CBT score of 85 and above with a Class 10 aggregate of 88 and above.

For Civil Engineering (Smart Infrastructure & Construction), Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Robotics & Automation), and Electronics and Communication Engineering (AI & ML), the 100% scholarship needs a CBT score of 90 and above with a Class 10 aggregate of 92 and above. The 50% scholarship needs a CBT score of 80 and above with a Class 10 aggregate of 90 and above. The 25% scholarship needs a CBT score of 75 and above with a Class 10 aggregate of 85 and above.

Note: Scholarships are awarded based on the MIT-WPU CET 2026 online Computer-Based Test (CBT) score and Class 10/SSC aggregate marks.

MIT WPU Scholarship for B.Pharm and Pharm.D Programmes

The MIT WPU Scholarship for B.Pharm and Pharm.D covers both programmes and is based on the best of the NEET 2026 percentile or the MHT-CET 2026 percentile. For B.Pharm, the 100% scholarship needs a NEET percentile of 92 and above or MHT-CET percentile of 97 and above. The 50% scholarship needs 89 and above (NEET) or 93 and above (MHT-CET). The 25% scholarship needs 88 and above (NEET) or 91 and above (MHT-CET).

For Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy), the 100% scholarship requires a NEET percentile of 92 and above or MHT-CET percentile of 95 and above. The 50% scholarship needs 88 and above (NEET) or 91 and above (MHT-CET). The 25% scholarship requires 86 and above (NEET) or 89 and above (MHT-CET).

MIT WPU Scholarship for Law

The MIT WPU Scholarship for Law applies to LL.B, BBA LL.B (Hons), and BA LL.B (Hons). Eligibility is based on the MIT-WPU CET CBT score, or the MAH-CET/CLAT 2026 score, along with a Class 12/HSC aggregate of 80%.

The 100% scholarship needs an MIT-WPU CET CBT score of 93 and above or a MHT-CET/CLAT score of 90 and above. The 50% scholarship needs a CBT score of 90 and above or a MHT-CET/CLAT score of 88 and above. The 25% scholarship needs a CBT score of 88 and above or a MHT-CET/CLAT score of 85 and above.

Note: Scholarships are awarded based on the MIT-WPU CET 2026 online CBT score or MAH-CET 2026 or CLAT 2026 score, and Class 12/HSC aggregate 80 percentage.

MIT WPU Scholarship 2026 is also available for several other programmes, including B.Sc. Computer Science (Hons.), B.Sc. Data Science & Big Data Analytics (Hons.), and BCA Science (Hons.), based on the MIT-WPU CET CBT score and Class 12/HSC aggregate marks.

How to Apply for MIT WPU Scholarship

Applying for the MIT WPU Scholarship 2026 follows the university's regular admission process, since scholarships are assessed automatically against entrance exam and academic scores.

1. Register for MIT-WPU admissions 2026. Visit the official MIT-WPU admissions portal and complete the online application form for your chosen programme.
2. Appear for the relevant entrance exam. Depending on the programme, this could be JEE Main, NATA, MHT-CET, MIT-WPU CET, NEET, or CLAT.
3. Submit academic records. Upload Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, since several scholarship tiers also factor in aggregate academic scores.
4. Score evaluation. MIT-WPU compares your entrance exam percentile or CET CBT score, along with your academic aggregate, against the scholarship criteria for your programme.
5. Scholarship confirmation. Eligible students are informed of their scholarship tier (100%, 50%, or 25%) as part of the admission offer.
6. Confirm admission. Complete the fee payment and document verification process to lock in your seat and the scholarship benefit.
