Mohanlal Sukhadia University training & Placement Centre aims to provide placements and corporate interface for the students. To make the students aware about the job opportunities and help them prepare for interviews and selection processes is the objective of the center. Training & Placement Centre is completely successful to place students of different courses & has invited reputed MNCs from Information Technology, Banking & Finance, Law, Manufacturing, Media, Services, Social Sector, etc. Finding a job has become a tough proposition because the competition for jobs is becoming more and more intense every day. Providing necessary training to the students and life skills has grown significantly is the institution's role.
The median package offered to the UG 3-year was INR 3 LPA, UG 4-year was INR 4 LPA, and UG 5-year was INR 4.8 LPA placements in 2023 respectively, according to the MLSU overall NIRF report 2024. Also, for the PG 1-year and PG 2-year placements in 2023, the median package offered was INR 3.2 LPA and INR 4.8 LPA, respectively.
Before that 100 students selected to pursue further education out of 606 students those were placed during the year 2022. The most expensive salary package available was INR 45 LPA. Also, the minimum package was INR 1.20 LPA, while the average salary package was INR 23.10 LPA. MLSU placements 2022 saw a median package offered of INR 7 LPA. PI Industries Ltd was the company that hired the maximum students from the institute.
