Admission: Motilal college has really great teachers who are always there to help. But don't rely on the college for everything because it might not meet all your expectations. The semester exams are okay, and you just need a 5 CGPA to pass, depending on your course.
Placement: The Economics + English course at Motilal has a lot of students. It's got good opportunities, but nowadays everyone's aiming for corporate jobs. So, students might land a package of around 1 Lakh per year. There aren't any particular companies that visit for placements.
Campus: Motilal Nehru College has lots of parks and open areas which is great. They're planning to build more in the future. There's no hostel here, but that's okay. The college in the evening is really clean and the staff is nice. They have labs and equipment for sports too.

Admission: The history faculty is top-notch! The core subject teachers are super qualified and well-known in the history field. The other subject teachers are mostly ADHOC, but they're really nice and helpful. They use their own notes or professional references to teach, which makes things easier to understand. Grading is based on assignments, class tests, and viva. Exams follow Delhi University rules, with a 40% passing mark. The exams aren't too tough; you just need to be good at answering and writing to do well.
Placement: The college placement office isn't working right now, but the student council is fixing that. They said it'll be up and running by the end of September. They're getting in touch with companies to help with job placements.
Campus: The college has different areas for classes like Jubilee Block, PG Block, PC Block, 1st Floor, Ground Floor, and GE Block. The classes on the 1st and ground floors don't have AC, but all other blocks have AC classrooms that work well. There's also an AC library with free Wi-Fi and an E resource room for seminars. Plus, there's a playground, basketball, volleyball, and kabaddi courts, a canteen, and grounds for cultural clubs. You'll also find a music room, cultural room, and medical facilities on campus. The college doesn't offer hostels, but there are places to stay nearby like Satya Niketan, Shanti Niketan, Vasant Village, and Bersarai, where rent ranges from 4k to 25k.

Admission: I found the semester exams pretty manageable as long as I attended classes regularly. The professors are friendly and give internal marks generously. Attendance isn't a big deal here. They're always willing to help us out in any way they can.
Placement: The commerce department at our college is well known, and they recently opened a placement cell that's doing a great job. If you're looking for internships, you can join societies or look for opportunities outside the college. There isn't a placement cell within our college itself.
Campus: The seminar halls in our department are great for workshops. There's Wi-Fi available, and the campus environment is really nice. The infrastructure is good because there are two colleges here. The canteen is good, and some rooms even have air conditioning.

Admission: The college faculty is awesome. Seniors and juniors get along well. Professors are always there to help. Exams are well-organized. The college has a nice, friendly vibe. You get to meet students from all over India.
Placement: The college has good placements. I found out that English Honours students can get placements up to 4 LPA. In the second year, the internships are also great. They even offer internships for lecturers.
Campus: The campus has great buildings like Jubilee and generator blocks where classes happen. Lots of pretty flowers and trees around. The college is right by Benito Juarez Road on the south campus of Delhi University. Love the vibe here!

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! The courses are really interesting and relevant. They focus on shaping us into better people. The faculty is smart and always there to help. Also, the campus is well-kept. I love it here!
Placement: The placement scene at MLNCE isn't great, especially for those into UPSC and law. There haven't been any placements, but they're trying to bring in some companies this year. Fingers crossed for some good news soon. Right now, there are no job opportunities available.
Campus: The facilities for our course are pretty good. Unfortunately, our college doesn't have a hostel. Nothing too fancy here. The classrooms have AC which is a lifesaver in the summer. Our teachers are top-notch. They not only cover the syllabus but also give us valuable life advice.

Admission: The classes are okay, and the teachers are pretty good. The exams are well-planned, but the rooms can get stuffy in the summer since the fans don't always work. It's not like studying at a top-tier school in the US, but that's expected for a college in India. It's all good and typical.
Placement: The professors here are awesome compared to other schools, and the student body is pretty average. There are some really smart and hardworking students. I didn't see much creativity or uniqueness in their thinking, though. Some students are really into politics and have strong opinions. My advice is to stay focused on your goals and make friends with people who have similar interests.
Campus: The classrooms at Motilal Nehru Evening College aren't great - they're not well-ventilated and the windows hardly open. The college's outer area looks fine, but the classrooms need a lot of improvement. The crowd is average, so you'll have to pick who you want to hang out with. The teachers are okay. Living costs in Delhi are low - it's only 9,000 bucks a year. So if you're spending more on living than studying, just chill and enjoy Delhi. Focus on making friends and your career; the college doesn't matter much. Just have a good time in Delhi!

Admission: The teachers in my course are top-notch at the South campus. They're friendly and really know their stuff. Going to class is actually fun and interesting because of them. The exams are split by semester, but they're not too tough as long as you show up to class.
Placement: The college doesn't have a placement cell, so they don't offer any job placements for any of the courses. Even though some students in courses like B.Com have been placed, there are no placements available for us.
Campus: The college has a good setup. It's got the largest campus in the South campus. The classrooms are a good size, and the library has all the books we need for our courses from DU.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. They explain things well if you're serious about learning. Attendance isn't a big deal, and everything is pretty good. The course isn't super hard either. The professors give good grades on internal assessments. Plus, they're not too strict when grading papers.
Placement: In Motilal Nehru College Evening, they don't have a placement cell like in the morning college. We need to look for internships on our own. But the college societies are great at helping us find internships, so joining them is a good idea.
Campus: The infrastructure at Motilal Nehru College is pretty good. There are two buildings on campus, and we have Wi-Fi, which is cool. The classrooms are decent, but they don't have AC. Most students live in PGs or rooms nearby since there isn't a hostel. Oh, and the canteen is really awesome!

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful and really know their stuff. They're always there for us when we need help. The teaching is top-notch and the course content is up-to-date and practical. The exams each semester are fair, and most people pass with flying colors. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of education here.
Placement: Around 10% of us landed jobs in various companies after graduation. The average salary was around 2.8 lakh per year. Most of us got roles as writers or content creators. The highest package offered was 4.3 lakhs, while the lowest was 2 lakh.
Campus: The facilities here are great! They just made a new computer lab, which is awesome. The library has free wifi that's fast, and they have all the books you need. The food is okay, not bad. The classrooms are okay, but the labs have all new stuff and are in really good shape.

Admission: The faculty here is really good. They know a lot and have a ton of experience. They teach with students in mind and are super helpful and kind.
Placement: Back in the day, there wasn't any placement cell or student society. But in 2025, they set up a new placement cell. It's doing okay, not top-notch yet, but it's improving slowly.
Campus: The college has a great infrastructure with different buildings. There's a cool AC canteen with loads of benches and lots of yummy food. They serve fresh and hot dishes, plus plenty of shakes and drinks. They're building a new auditorium and made a new stage for events. The classrooms have AC, and they're planning to add AC to the non-AC ones too for better learning.
