NMIMS Mumbai has maintained its position as a leading B-school in India with a stellar placement performance for the MBA batch of 2023–24. A total of 214 recruiters participated in the final placement season, including 72 new recruiters for MBA Core and 21 for MBA HR, offering roles across sectors such as BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, IT/Analytics, and Manufacturing. The highest package stood at INR 67.70 LPA for MBA Core and INR 25.02 LPA for MBA HR, while the average packages were INR 25.13 LPA and INR 18.64 LPA respectively. Some of the top recruiters are Aditya Birla Capital, American Express, Axis Bank, Bank of America, Barclays, HSBC, Nomura, and CRISIL were among the top recruiters driving placement success.

In the Summer Internship Placements for the 2023-24 batch, NMIMS Mumbai continued its strong performance by securing 100% placements across both programs. A total of 226 recruiters participated which include 167 for MBA Core and 59 for MBA HR. Students were placed in key sectors such as Finance, Marketing, General Management, and Operations. The highest stipend offered was INR 4.40 Lakhs for MBA Core and INR 3.00 Lakhs for MBA HR, while the average stipends stood at INR 1.84 Lakhs and INR 1.31 Lakhs respectively. The overall placements of NMIMS Mumbai in 2024 are indicative of a good growth in MBA Core and MBA HR. The maximum package offered under MBA Core specialization was Rs. 67.70 LPA and an average of Rs. 25.13 LPA. In contrast, the MBA (HR) course also saw the highest package of 25.02 LPA and average package of 18.64 LPA which goes to show the promise and consistency of the program in the talent market.
