Admission: Experience at MANAGE during admission felt comfortable, with clear and timely communication about the merit list, quick document verification, and a well-organised orientation that made onboarding easy.
Academic: Our course curriculum is structured very well. It makes sure we learn all the important things within a year. We get lots of practical experience too. There's a two-month summer internship project and also a one-month live project, which some call a winter internship. At the end of the course, there's a 10-day village visit program. Plus, we have some really good visiting teachers who come from top B schools and are experts in their subjects.
Placement: Placements at MANAGE are very strong. Our college has had 100% placements since it started. Many different companies come to the campus to hire students. These companies are from agri input, development, procurement, banking, and retail sectors. For this year, the highest package someone got was 16 LPA. Most students got around 8 LPA as their average salary.
Campus: Staying at MANAGE is really nice because it's a full residential campus. There's so much greenery all around, it makes the place feel very beautiful and peaceful, honestly it feels just like a second home. The classrooms here are built well and have all the projectors and sound systems we need. Our library is always getting updated with new books and stuff, which is great. Plus, we get Wi-Fi everywhere on campus, and the hostel facilities are good too.

Admission: Organisation was clear at MANAGE, from online registration to final document verification, with helpful counselling staff and a welcoming orientation for new students.
Academic: The faculty here, both our own and those who visit, are very experienced in what they teach. Some visiting faculty come from top places like IIMs, IITs, FMS, XLRI, and IIFT. Others have worked in industries for more than 15-20 years, so they know a lot. The courses are planned well, giving us a good balance of classroom studies and how things work in the real industry. We learn through powerpoint, management games, quizzes, and debates in class. Plus, we do two industrial projects: one in summer for 2 months and another in winter for 1 month. For every 60 students, there is one teacher.
Placement: From what I've seen, placements at our college are really good. Every single batch, right from the beginning, got 100% placed, which is amazing. Honestly, for agribusiness management, this college is the best. Many big companies come here for recruitment like ITC, Bunge, Cargill, ADM, Britannia, Tata Agri Division, PwC, IFFCO, KRIBHCO, HDFC, ICICI, Mahindra & Mahindra, and TAFE. My batch got a highest package of 18 lakhs, and the average package was 7.92 lakhs.
Campus: From my experience here, the classrooms are really modern and have lots of tech. We get fast WiFi everywhere – in our hostels, in class, and all over the campus. Talking about food, the mess serves healthy and super clean meals, and they even say it's a 3-star rated menu. For sports lovers, there are many options. Inside, we have snooker, TT, badminton, and squash. Outside, you can play lawn tennis, basketball, volleyball, and practice cricket in the nets. A cool swimming pool is also there, adding more fun.

Admission: Ease defined my MANAGE admission experience, with a simple application portal, organised counselling after the merit list, quick document verification, and smooth final registration.
Academic: What I like most about our college is the teachers. They are really helpful for all the different courses we have. Many of them are guest faculty who are super qualified, coming from big names like XLRI, IIM, and NITIE. In fact, some of the best teachers in India take our classes for this course.
Placement: Placements at our college are really good. For the last 21 years, they have maintained 100% placements, which is very impressive. The highest salary package offered was 18 LPA, and the average was around 9 LPA, while the lowest package was 6 LPA. Students usually get middle management positions in fields like Procurement, the agriculture input industry, banking and financial sector, and also supply chain management. One thing to note is that the college does not provide any internships.
Campus: Campus facilities are pretty good. We have Wi-Fi all over the place, and computer labs are there for us to use. The classrooms are modern too, with good tech inside. For any health stuff, basic medical services are always available, and they even help with insurance up to 1.5 LPA for medical care. If you stay in the hostel, the food quality is excellent, and they keep the rooms really clean and hygienic.

Admission: From application submission to online interview, the MANAGE process stayed clear, with efficient document verification after the merit list, no unnecessary delays, and a neatly planned orientation.
Academic: The course syllabus here is very flexible, which is super good for us students. Our teachers are really qualified and know their subjects very well. The teaching quality is pretty satisfactory, they make sure to use interactive sessions with audio-visual stuff. Also, we get a lot of industrial exposure through many visits and internships during the whole course.
Placement: At our college, MANAGE, we have a very good placement cell that works hard on both final placements and internships. Because of this, our college always has 100% placements, which is a great track record. The highest salary packages can be between 15 to 21 LPA, but this depends on the companies coming that year. Usually, the average salary is around 7.5 to 8.5 LPA. For our seniors, the highest package was 16 LPA and the average was 8.56 LPA. Most of the companies that come are from Agri-input, BFSI, and ITES sectors. Also, every student, 100% of them, gets an internship through the college. Even though the college says they can't guarantee placements, everyone has gotten placed or interned so far.
Campus: Our college MANAGE has really great infrastructure. We get well-equipped, air-conditioned classrooms, labs, and a library here. There are also nice lounges to chill. For sports, we have a badminton court, squash court, and a gym. Plus, you can play indoor games like snooker, TT, and carrom. The staff keeps the canteen and hostel rooms very neat and tidy. The food served is also super hygienic and tasty.

Academic: At our institute, we have really good teachers, both the ones who work here and visiting faculty who come from all over India. Their way of teaching uses real-life case studies which helps us a lot. Also, we get guest lectures from big people in the industry. During our two-year course, we also get to go on industrial visits, which is very useful.
Placement: For placements here, it's been 100% since our course began, which is really good. Every year, the placement figures just keep on rising, showing good progress. Many good companies visit our campus each year, offering great job profiles, and the number of companies keeps increasing too. Students are quite satisfied with how these placements turn out. It's not only final placements; even our summer internships are 100% and have very satisfying numbers.
Campus: Our college has really well-built classrooms and the hostel is also quite good. All classrooms come with Wi-Fi, and they have all the digital equipment we need for studies. There's even a special digital lecture hall for presentations and stuff. For books, our library is full of knowledgeable resources, so you can find anything you need. And about the food, the mess serves so many different types of dishes that it shows the cultural diversity of our country.

Academic: It's true, after doing a regular agriculture degree, many of us fresh grads find it hard to be good managers in companies. We just don't have those special skills. That's why the PGDM (ABM) course at MANAGE is such a big help. It's designed for bright students to get all the important skills so they can be really effective and top managers in firms. What's awesome is our faculty. We have some super qualified teachers from MANAGE, and also visiting profs from really top schools like IIMs, XLRI, and even IITs. And guess what? Teachers from the University of Michigan, which is world famous, also come and give lectures here. MANAGE is actually rated very high. Also, we were the 3rd best B-School in South India and 11th best when it comes to how much you gain from your investment.

They offer roles like management trainees and middle-level managers. Most of the job offers come from sectors such as agri-inputs, retail, commodity, procurement, and consultancy.
Campus: What I really like about our college is the huge campus, it's about 17 hectares with so much greenery around. All our lecture halls are AC and have good sound systems and big screens, which is really helpful for classes. We also get full Wi-Fi access everywhere on campus and a modern computer lab whenever we need it.
