Admission: The teachers in my design course were super knowledgeable about the subject. They really knew their stuff when it came to designing. However, I wish they were stronger in other areas besides design. It would've been better if they had more experienced faculty and gave us more real-world industry experiences. Throughout the course, I felt like we were missing out on that kind of exposure.
Placement: I took a certificate course at this college. They didn't offer placements, which was odd considering it's a top college in India. It would've been nice if they at least gave us internship contacts.
Campus: The facilities at the design college were amazing. They had great labs and classrooms, and the library was one of the best I've seen. Campus life was relaxed, but I didn't like how separate the certificate course students felt from the regular ones. It made me feel a bit disconnected.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and have awesome connections for future opportunities. The exams are not too tough, but the competition can be intense because of how they grade. It's the pressure that makes the exams challenging. Usually, you need to score above 40% to pass all the subjects.
Placement: Most students find jobs easily at this college. The faculty and college connections help a lot. Salaries range from 20k to 60k per month. Jobs like fashion designer, analyst, stylist, and forecaster are common here.
Campus: The college has everything you need like Wi-Fi, labs, smart classrooms, 3D printers, and a library. There are hostels just for girls and play areas too. The faculty members are around till 7 p.m., so you can easily ask questions and get help. The quality and cleanliness are top-notch.

Admission: The teachers at NIFT are really experienced and know their stuff. They've been working in the industry for a long time. In departments like Fashion Design, they're a bit tough, but what you learn here is super valuable if you put in the effort. Your success depends on how much effort you put in and how soon you start working hard.
Placement: Many big companies visit our college every year, offering job opportunities to students. It's tough to get hired because of the competition, but some lucky ones do. The highest salary offered is around 16-18 LPA, while the average is 7-8 LPA. Companies such as Aditya Birla, L&T, and others hire students from our college. Getting internships depends on your skills. I know students who have interned at H&M and some who are still looking for job opportunities.
Campus: The college has good infrastructure with stone walls and AC labs. It's divided into two parts - new and old. The new division has nicer classrooms, but the old part could use some updates. The canteen and water supply could be better. Also, there's only a girls' hostel, no boys' hostel on campus.
