Admission: The teachers here really care about helping us learn. It's up to us to understand what they teach. Each department has some really great professors. We can learn a lot from both our classmates and the lessons. It's a good place to gain knowledge.
Placement: The college makes sure everyone gets a job if they work hard. The campus placements are awesome here. NIFT Gandhinagar is great at helping students get hired. You can attend interviews at any centre and try for any company you like. It's cool!
Campus: This college isn't fancy, but that's okay because it keeps us focused on our studies. They give us what we need, and if something's missing, they work hard to make it right. It's a good place to learn without any distractions.

Admission: The teachers at our college really know their stuff and have lots of experience. They make sure to talk to all the students. The courses cover a bunch of different subjects and are great for anyone who wants to do research in any field.
Placement: The course is pretty new, starting in 2021, so there aren't any campus placements yet. But in our final year, we got to do a cool research dissertation project. It was a great experience!
Campus: The college infrastructure is okay, but the buildings could use a bit of fixing up. The hostel rooms are nice, with two people in each room. Each room has two beds, but they don't come with mattresses. You also get tables, racks, and mirrored cupboards in the room. There's even extra space above the cupboards for storing more stuff.

Admission: I'm studying in the M.Des programme at this college. There are four main specialisations to choose from: curation, design for society, ui UX, and strategic manage design. It's a research-based course that prepares us for the industry. The assignments and final jury are tough but they help us learn a lot. I like the work we do here.
Placement: I'm currently in my second year at NIFT Gandhinagar, studying in the M.Des program. It's a course focused on research. They teach us how to think critically and creatively, using methods like systems thinking, problem solving, and design thinking. The main areas we focus on are curation, social design, UI UX, and strategy management design.
Campus: The campus has facilities, but it's smaller than some newer ones. Only first-year girls can stay in the hostel. The food is good, and there are doctors on campus. Plus, they have sports facilities for students. Overall, it's a decent place with everything you need.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff, and they help us out a lot. The course is heavy on research and theory, but there's not too much hands-on stuff.
Placement: We're in the second round of M.Des. None of us have jobs yet. After we graduate, we could work as visual designers, UI/UX designers, art curators, social designers, UX researchers, social media experts, brand strategists, trend forecasters, social entrepreneurs, or systems thinkers.
Campus: The master of design course is quite new. Our classrooms have AC, projectors, and Wi-Fi, which is cool. The hostel is okay, but it doesn't have AC or a cooler. The curfew timings are strict. The college campus is tiny, and there's no good sports ground. We only have one basketball and badminton court.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and are super helpful. They cover a lot in this course management, coding, sewing, you name it. The jury is a great help in showing us how to do our presentations. Exams are rare; it's mostly juries. You just need to get 50% to pass.
Placement: The salary for most students is about 6 LPA, with some at 3 LPA. Half the students get jobs. The popular companies hiring are ABFRL, Arvind, Nykaa, and First Cry. Everyone has to do an internship. The main job titles are Consultant and Merchandiser.
Campus: The college has Wi-Fi, IT labs, PM labs, and sewing labs. The classrooms are cool with AC and smart boards. The hostel is for first-year girls only. You can eat at the mess, but it's not free. You pay for one semester. The food is okay, and there's medical help if you need it. They also have sports activities for students.

Admission: The teachers here are all post graduates with some industry experience. They choose them based on a national entrance test. Many of them graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and have good experience.
Placement: The college has good placements since it's a National college. Students got job offers ranging from 3 Lacs to 15 Lacs per year. Over 80% of students got placed. There were 31 companies, mainly from apparel and design industries, that came for placements.
Campus: The college has all the latest equipment we need, and the Wi-Fi works great. There are indoor and outdoor sports facilities, as well as dance and music rooms for fun activities. It's a clean and supportive environment, which is awesome.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff when it comes to clothes. They've got a lot of experience in the industry. The way they teach and what they teach is top-notch. They lay out the subjects in a clear way, making it easy to follow and improve. Plus, we get to pick some extra classes to explore different areas.
Placement: The job placements at NIFT Gandhinagar aren't amazing. The average salary for B.FTech is about 3-4 LPA. Students usually get entry-level positions. Some companies that come for placements are Aditya Birla, Decathlon, and Classic Fashion. Not everyone gets placed, but the college keeps students updated on all job offers.
Campus: The campus has everything we need classrooms, auditorium, mess, girls hostel, and more. The classrooms are big and have AC and Wi-Fi. The food in the mess is tasty. They even have a doctor and counsellor on site. And for sports lovers, there are courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. It's all here!

Admission: I really like the updated curriculum at NIFT because now we can specialize in our course. Each course gives us two options to choose from. Along with our regular subjects, there are new subjects like historical walk, dance, and yoga to make things interesting. Plus, there's a cool option to pick a subject from a different department. It really helps lighten the load for us students.
Placement: So, almost all students in our course got jobs. The highest salary is 22 LPA for accessory design, while the lowest is Rs. 14,000 per month. Companies like Tanishq, Manish Arora, Ogilvy, and more come for placements. If students want, they can also check out other centres for more placement opportunities.
Campus: The college has everything you need in a limited space. The campus has Wi-Fi, cozy study spots, and lots of plug points. You can find water coolers and bathrooms on every floor. Plus, there's a big library. The classrooms are top-notch with projectors, AC, and good lighting. Each department has cool labs. Like, the fashion design folks have a sewing lab. And textile design students get a weaving lab with handlooms. There's even a lab for printing. For fashion communication students, there's a photo lab with all the gear you need. The mess has three floors with enough space for everyone. The food is tasty and there's something for everyone. They also give medical insurance to all students. And there are clubs for drama, modeling, sports, music, and dance. It's pretty awesome!
