Admission: I really liked the course curriculum. It covers everything from fashion basics to fabric knowledge, and even includes management stuff like consumer behavior and visual merchandising. Plus, there's a focus on managerial economics and organizational behavior. It's a good mix of subjects for anyone interested in fashion and business.
Placement: I think the job opportunities for this course are pretty good. Most people usually get paid around 6.5 to 10 lakhs per year. Last year, someone even got offered 14 lakhs! It all depends on how good you are at your work and your grades. Companies like students with high grades.
Campus: The campus is pretty big, around 20 acres, and has everything you need. There's a dining hall, hostels for girls and boys, staff quarters, playgrounds, library, computer lab, mechanical lab, sewing lab, classrooms, and even a coffee spot. It's all decked out with the latest technology, making everything super convenient.

Admission: The teachers here are super qualified. Many of them are working on their PhDs and have over 7 years of experience in the industry. They really know their stuff and are always there to help us out. They teach in a simple way, starting with the basics and then having us apply it. We get hands-on experience and it really boosts our confidence. The curriculum is well thought out and we get to go on lots of industrial visits, which is great for getting real-world exposure.
Placement: The job opportunities at this college are really good. I heard that the first batch that graduated in 2014 got good placements. Even our seniors did great 100% placements with an average salary of 4 to 4.5 LPA. They got placed in different companies like Raymond's, Madurai, Triberg, Shahi Exports, and Laguna Clothing. They mainly got selected for Merchandising roles.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is top-notch compared to other NIFT centers. It has the largest fully residential campus. We get 24/7 Wi-Fi and lots of amenities like sports and indoor games. The labs and classrooms are all set up well. Plus, the canteen and mess serve up some really yummy and quality food.

Admission: The teachers at NIFT Jodhpur mostly graduated from NIFT Delhi, which is a top design college worldwide. They are really knowledgeable and well-qualified in their subjects.
Placement: The placements at NIFT Jodhpur have been awesome since the first batch graduated in 2014. The first batch had 100% placements from the temporary campus. The other batches also did well, getting salary packages up to 15 LPA. The average salary offered is around 4-4.5 LPA.
Campus: NIFT Jodhpur is the biggest NIFT campus in India and they have hostels for all students. The campus is really big, covering 52 acres. There are all the facilities we need and lots of open space. The hostels are nice and roomy. It feels like home here.

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced and always ready to help. They give us lots of support and guidance. The program also takes us on industry visits for hands-on experience. It's a great way to learn outside the classroom.
Placement: I was pleasantly surprised by how many of us got placed after college over 80% of us found jobs! The pay was pretty good too, between 3 to 4.5LPA. People landed jobs at different places like export businesses, design studios, and startups. Some even started their own brands.
Campus: I really love how big the campus is at NIFT. It's fully residential, which is awesome. The infrastructure here is top-notch. There are so many cool things to do like sports and indoor games. Plus, we have Wi-Fi all the time which is great. The classrooms and textile labs are super well-equipped too. It's a really nice place to study.

Admission: The teachers were pretty good, but not all of them were super helpful. They didn't have any fancy teaching techniques. The class sizes were small, like around 15 students per teacher. We got to visit a few companies during the 4-year program, which was cool. It would be awesome if the teachers were more lively and friendly to get us more excited about learning in the fashion industry.
Placement: I landed a job at Raymond for Silver Spark Apparel Limited, an export house for suits. It's one of the top suit manufacturers in India, and I got the job because of my connections and seniors working there. Otherwise, I'm not sure where I'd be. Most companies that came for placements weren't top-tier, just local players or in different fields. Not really the core jobs NIFT students like me were hoping for. Only half of our batch got placed, and we all got the same pay as the seniors. Not everyone got a stipend during their internship only a lucky few did, and it wasn't even that great.
Campus: NIFT is a cool place with everything you need info, Wi-Fi, sports. Only downside is the canteen and food could be better. I commuted, so didn't check out the hostel.

Admission: The examination system with a jury is awesome. The faculty here are really cool and have loads of experience. They've studied at top design colleges like NID and NIFT. We also get guest lecturers from other colleges, which is pretty neat. The college is also good at using online platforms for learning during Covid.
Placement: At NIFT, each student gets a mentor to guide them in finding internships and jobs in the industry. Campus placements don't happen in Jodhpur, but places like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore do have them. All NIFT students can join in these placement events.
Campus: The girls' hostels have AC, but the boys' hostels only have coolers. Starting this year, boys can stay in the hostel for only the first two years. The labs for FC, AD, FD, and TD are awesome, with all the machines and tools we need. Both the college and hostels have Wi-Fi. And the library is fantastic, with lots of online and offline learning stuff.

Admission: The faculty here is a bit of a concern, but as management students, we learn to handle things on our own using the resources and support from our peers. The course is divided into four semesters. The first three are mainly classroom-based, with a two-month summer internship after the second semester. During this time, we learn management subjects and have terminal exams. The fourth semester is all about an industry-based project called GP (Graduation Project), where we work on a live project related to our interests. It can be a bit tough to find a good project since NIFT has limited projects available directly to students, but with some effort, you can land a great GP.
Placement: NIFT is a great place for students who want to work in fashion retail. It's all about getting mid-level jobs in the fashion industry. The placements are okay, but it really depends on how good you are. The good thing is that everyone usually gets hired because NIFT is a big name. The average salary is around Rs. 4 lakhs. Just make sure to do well in your exams, learn some basic tools, and get ready for placements. Your success in the fashion industry will depend on how well you do. Overall, it's worth the money.
Campus: I really like the campus because it's huge and has everything you need. There are separate hostels for guys and girls, a cool cafeteria, a design studio, a gym, a library, and even a playground for games. Plus, there's an auditorium and big classrooms. The college also gives us access to online libraries, so we can explore and read up on stuff. And they give us usernames and passwords for that, which is pretty handy.

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff and teach in a cool way. They're super helpful and always help us when we're stuck. The course material is spot on and gets us ready for the real world. If we study hard, the exams are not too tough to crack. It's all about putting in the effort.
Placement: I was in a course where 70% of students got placed. The salaries ranged from 1LPA to 8 LPA, with an average of 4 LPA. Companies like Nalli, Nyka, Monte Carlo, and Raymond came for recruitment. Most students got placed in The Man Company and Raymond, especially in tailoring, pattern making, and personal shopping.
Campus: The college has everything you need - like a gym, games, medical help, Wi-Fi, security, housekeeping, and more. The rooms have AC, tables, chairs, cupboards, and there are good labs too. Everything is in good shape and works well.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They really know their stuff and help us out in lots of ways. The course plan is set up perfectly for each semester. We even get to see how things work in real companies with field trips to different places. Love it here!
Placement: Our batch is graduating this year, so we don't know about placements yet. But we've heard that big companies like Amazon, Myntra, and Raymonds will be coming to hire students. It's exciting to think about working with such well-known brands!
Campus: The college campus is really nice and well-kept. We have labs and classrooms for different departments. There's a garden and a place to play. Both guys and girls can stay in the hostel. We also have an auditorium, canteen, mess, and outdoor theatre. The campus is big enough to hold any kind of events.

Admission: The teachers here are mostly from NIFT, so they really know their stuff. What's cool is that we don't have regular exams, which makes sense because our course is more hands-on. Instead, we have this thing called a jury where we show all our work from the semester, and they grade us on that. Passing is easier than failing, honestly. As long as you show up to class at least 75% of the time, you'll probably do okay. But let me tell you, attendance is a big deal around here.
Placement: I noticed that a lot of students land jobs in top companies after graduation. But since more NIFT campuses are popping up, the number of placements has gone down a bit. With more courses available now, there's more competition among students, which is actually a good thing.
Campus: The college has Wi-Fi in both the campus and the hostel, which is great for staying connected. They've got a lab with all the tools we need for AD, and a library stocked with all the books we need for our classes. It's super convenient!
