Admission: I'm a student at Nift Patna and I'm studying seven courses like B.FTech (apparel production), fashion design, and more. The faculty here are really knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. They help us learn new and cool things.

Placement: The placements at NIFT are really good compared to other departments. The average placement salary ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. NIFT has a central placement cell where companies like Must Garment, Silver Spark, Laguna, Arvind, Raymond, and Shahi Export offer good packages.

Campus: Nift Patna has top-notch infrastructure compared to other nift centers. They've got everything you need like free Wi-Fi, garment construction lab, pattern making lab, accessories design lab, photoroom, and resources center. Plus, they even have cool badminton and basketball courts!

Admission: The teachers at my college are really experienced in their fields and know their stuff. They teach in a practical way, which is cool. The course covers relevant stuff, but I wish we had more chances to learn from industry pros like at other NIFT campuses. Overall, it does prepare us for jobs, and the summer internships are awesome!

Placement: Most students here get placed, like 75-80%. The pay is decent, from 2-2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA. Big companies like Myntra, Levi's, and others hire students. We all have to do internships, with roles like fashion designer or graphic designer. It's a good start for a career in fashion!

Campus: The college has awesome facilities like design labs for making clothes, smart classrooms, a cafe, and a resource center with computers and books. The hostel is great, but the food in the mess could be better. Overall, the facilities are top-notch.

Admission: The teachers at NIFT are really nice and always there to help us. They not only teach us well but also assist us in finding internships. The new curriculum they started this year is great. It keeps us engaged and helps us stay sharp both mentally and physically.

Placement: During our 4th year, we landed jobs using the portfolio we created. All of us found placements easily. The salary packages ranged from 4 to 8 Lacs per year. Big companies come to hire us. We even get internships at places like Arvind Mill, Sahu Textile, and Ajio.

Campus: The college campus is really nice. There are 3 buildings - 2 for classes and labs, and 1 for admin stuff. They've got girls' hostels for around 250 girls, and cool stuff like a basketball court and volleyball ground. I'm happy with how everything looks.

Admission: The teachers at our college are awesome and really friendly. They know their stuff because they have been teaching for a long time. Sometimes, we have guest teachers from other colleges, which is cool because we get to learn different things. In 4 years, you learn everything you need to know for your course. In the first year, we all do activities like painting walls together. Everyone studies the same subjects in the first year, but then you can focus on your specific area from the second year.

Placement: The placements at our college are pretty good. Most of our seniors got placed in good companies about 80% of them. If you work hard and have the skills, you could even start your own brand. Just remember, your placements depend on how much effort you put in.

Campus: The college has an amazing infrastructure. It's really cool. The classrooms and IT labs are air-conditioned. The canteen is huge, the biggest among all the NIFT centers. There's a girls' hostel with Wi-Fi for all years. And the playgrounds are big too. It's a friendly and natural environment.

Admission: Our teachers are really good at what they do. They use a projector in class which is helpful. We also have a practical room to learn better. There's a resource room that helps us think more creatively. In our textile design course, there are 33 students with 8 or 9 teachers, so the ratio is 33:1. The teachers have a lot of experience in their field. Some seniors have already had industry exposure and are now working in various companies. It would be great if we could get that too.

Placement: I'm really happy to say that most of us got placed in various companies like Blackberry's, Arvind Textile, and Raymond. The average package was 4.5 LPA, with the highest being 18 LPA. We all ended up in different areas like print design, craft, or visual merchandising.

Campus: The classrooms are nice and cool with AC. The campus has good facilities and plenty of space for different activities. There's a resource room and a Mac lab which really helps with learning. We've got a few free Wi-Fi connections which is cool. They give one room for two students to share. The sports facilities are great with enough space and courts. The food from the canteen is decent too.

Admission: Some teachers were great from colleges like NIFT and NID, they really got the design industry. But a few others had no clue about design, they came from random backgrounds. I think NIFT got too laid-back in hiring good teachers.

Placement: Around 40% of us got placed after the course. The highest salary offered was 7.6 LPA, the lowest was 1.8 LPA, and the average was 3.8 LPA. Some of the companies that came for placements were Urban Ladder, Infoedge, and Mangalam Arts. I got an internship as it was required, and some of us even got Pre-Placement Offers from companies like Marq Impex, Make My Trip, and Tata Elexi. It was a good experience overall.

Campus: I found everything mentioned in the first two points to be true. However, the facilities and industry exposure were lacking compared to other places. I believe it's improved now since they've built up the infrastructure.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They don't just teach theory, but also show us how things work in real life. There's about 12 of us students for every teacher, which is pretty good. We start getting a taste of the industry from the 4th semester, which is cool. Overall, it's a great place to learn!

Placement: Almost all students get placed, with many aiming for PPOs. The highest salary offered was Rs. 16 LPA. Companies from the fashion and textile industries visit our campus. Students can become motif designers, pattern makers, or work in fashion management. Everyone gets an internship. There's a placement cell and faculty members who are ready to help students whenever needed.

Campus: The Wi-Fi all over campus is really good. The labs have everything you need. The library is awesome with lots of computers. There are printers and Xerox machines too. The gym is cool and has all the machines. We get a medical insurance card worth 10 lacs each semester. Classrooms have A/C and projectors. Food is decent. Hostel rooms are a good size. And there are washing machines, oven, and microwave available.

Admission: The teaching here isn't great. But the guest teachers are awesome. The permanent staff don't really help with internships or jobs. The fees are pretty high. They say you can get a scholarship, but it's tough to actually get one since you're busy attending classes.

Placement: I got a pre-placement offer during my graduation project, which was awesome. The on-campus options weren't great, so it's important to pick companies for projects wisely. Being proactive can help you get pre-placed instead of scrambling during on-campus placements. Good luck if you're really passionate about it!

Campus: The college is alright, but the teachers are pretty chill. Sometimes it feels like they play favorites. If you stroke their egos, you'll be the star student with all the "creative" talents. Just a heads up, they do seem to judge based on whether you're from a tribal community or OBC background.

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff and help us a lot. They're always there to help us out. Each of us gets a mentor to help us through college. The atmosphere is great for learning.

Placement: Every year, all students get placed in good companies, which is awesome. The course has two parts: retail and production. Students can pick one based on what they like. For their graduation project, they work in that field, and then they get placed in a job related to it.

Campus: The facilities here are great. The labs have all the equipment we need. I like the sewing lab because they have new machines that are really cool. The mechatronics lab is unique to this college, so we can try out new things in garment manufacturing. It's a good place to learn hands-on.

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced, some even have PhDs. We have a WhatsApp group where we can talk to the director and other students if we have any issues. This course gets you ready for the industry. Your success depends on how well you work and how creative you are!

Placement: To get into NIFT, just show your pass certificate. The highest salary is around 12 lakhs and the lowest is 4-5 lakhs. Textile students can intern at places like Rrvind, Raymonds, mills, or expert houses. They also help with 100% internships for design students, just like they did for seniors.

Campus: The campus has good infrastructure and provides all the facilities we need. The mess and canteen serve good quality food. There are lots of cultural activities and competitions with other NIFT campuses. The wifi, labs, and AC are all good too.
