- INR 5000 will be refunded after the student completes the course.

To apply for Hostels at NIT Agartala, students must follow these steps.
Step 1: Check Eligibility Ensure you are eligible for hostel admission as mentioned in Table A after physical reporting.
Step 2: Pay Hostel Initial Fee (INR 7,000)

- Go to Online Payment
- Select SBI ePay
- Choose Receipt Type: Hostel Initial Fee
- Complete the payment
Step 3: Pay Hostel Fee After paying the initial fee, pay the hostel fee through MIS:
- Double Occupancy: INR 29,645
- Single Occupancy: INR 30,645

Step 4: Room Allotment in MIS
- Log in to MIS
- Go to Hostel ,Select Transaction then Automatic Room Allotment
- Click on Allot Room
Step 5: Report to Hostel Office Visit the RNT/Gargi Hostel Office with the following documents:
- Soft copy of fee receipts (Initial Fee + Hostel Fee)
- Hostel room allotment letter
- Filled hostel application form (hard copy)
