Fill Personal Details

Complete form fields with accurate information

Include name, roll number, course, contact details, bank details, and category info where applicable.

Attach Required Documents

Add supporting certificates and proofs

Attach income certificate, caste/tribe certificate, mark sheets, bonafide/affidavit forms, and any other documents specified.

Self-Declaration

Provide additional required statements

Some scholarships require a Self Declaration or Progress Report form for renewal or initial verification.

Submit to Scholarship Cell

Submit completed form and documents to the institute

Hand over physically to the Scholarship Cell or upload as directed by the institute for verification.

Institute Verification

Scholarship Cell verifies application

The cell checks documents, verifies eligibility, and forwards to the appropriate authority (e.g., Ministry or NSP).

National Scholarship Portal (NSP) Submission

For central scholarships, also apply via NSP

Certain schemes like National Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students require online application on NSP (scholarships.gov.in).

Final Selection & Sanction

Ministry/authority reviews and approves

After verification at institute and portal levels, the scholarship is sanctioned and funds are disbursed via DBT to the student’s bank account.
