Admission: The classes don't teach us a lot, so self-study is key to learning more. If we focus in class and study our notes, the exams aren't too hard. You can easily get above an 8 CGPA. They've hired more teachers, and the curriculum has been updated. It's all good for improving your grades.
Placement: The salaries range from 4 LPA to 20 LPA. Companies like Oracle and ABB come for placements. Roles like software engineer, software developer, and python developer are common. Unfortunately, internships aren't offered by our college.
Campus: The college has all the facilities we need. Hostel facilities are not great, but there's Wi-Fi. The library has a limited book collection and is air-conditioned. The food in the mess isn't good, but the canteen food is okay. Medical facilities are lacking, no ambulance for sick students.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff. They explain things with theory and practical examples, helping us understand and solve problems better. The course content is practical and helpful. Passing rate is around 40%, and the exams are fair.
Placement: Most students in my course got jobs after graduating. The highest salary offered was 62 LPA, and the lowest was 9 LPA. Samsung hired a lot of students. Everyone got internships at places like Samsung, Intel, and Wipro. The best job offered from our college is in the artificial intelligence field.
Campus: The computer labs at our college have all the software we need. The library has lots of useful books for us. The hostel is a bit messy, but the food is decent.

Admission: The teachers here are really good they know their stuff. Both professors and assistant professors are great at teaching. The labs are helpful for learning practical skills for the industry. But most of the time, it's on us to really learn and understand. The semesters are fine as long as you're ready for them.
Placement: Most students who look for jobs get placed here, around 85%. Companies like ABB and QBit come to NITPY for placements. The average package is 9 LPA. For internships, there are opportunities with companies like Ericsson and smaller ones like NSIC, where we can learn different roles.
Campus: The campus has air-conditioned labs and libraries. Wi-Fi is available everywhere. Classrooms have projectors. The hostel rooms come with a cot, table, chair, and cupboard. The food in the mess is decent. Medical help is available round the clock.

Admission: The professors here are super smart and nice. A lot of them have been teaching for around 10 to 15 years. The course goes from the basics to kinda advanced stuff in Electronics and Communication. They've been making small changes to the syllabus recently to match what the industry needs. It's cool to see them keeping things up-to-date like that.
Placement: I'm happy with the recruitment this year 80% of us got placed! The top roles were Network Engineer, Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Data Scientist, and Data Analyst. The highest package was 14.5 LPA, but I'm not sure about the lowest one.
Campus: The college started 7 years ago and has been improving gradually. Each classroom has projectors for students in different years. The campus has a central library for learning and growing. Wi-Fi is available in all the buildings. Great place to study!

Admission: The teachers are mostly helpful and know their stuff, but some are just not good. The course content makes sense and the exams are not too hard. Almost everyone passes just a few lazy ones fail. Here's a tip: if you study hard, you might end up knowing more than the teacher!
Placement: I knew a senior who got a great package of 11 LPA. He was really smart. Companies like Zoho, LnT, and Deloitte visited for placements. Many students got into core companies. As long as you keep up a decent CGPA, you'll probably get placed. The lowest package offered was 6 LPAs.
Campus: The Wi-Fi works here, but every two weeks it gets cut off for a couple of days. It's the hostel's fault. There's no sports complex, so not much for sports. The canteen food is pricey. The library is tiny and definitely not like a proper NIT library.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. The course content follows the new NEP guidelines, which is great for us. With a wide range of options, NEP helps us learn a lot and increase our chances of getting good jobs after college.
Placement: The college has awesome placements! Around 80% of students get placed. The highest salary offered is 18 LPA, while the average is 7 LPA. Companies like ABS, Ford, and Oracle come for recruitment. If you're into software, aim for a good salary. Seniors are really helpful and cool.
Campus: The labs have good equipment and air-conditioning. Wi-Fi works well everywhere on campus. The hostel is nice and the food in the canteen is tasty. Medical facilities are good and the classrooms are airy.

Admission: In my CSE class, one teacher just copies stuff from YouTube. Another teacher explains things really well, but they make exams super hard. They seem qualified, but not very experienced or up-to-date. The course content makes sense. Exams get tougher each semester, so watch out.
Placement: Almost everyone who goes for placements ends up with a job offer, which is cool. The highest salary package is usually between 25 to 30 lakhs per year, while the lowest is around 6 lakhs. Big companies like Zoho, L&T, ABB, and SAMSUNG hire students from here. In my class, most people are choosing to do paid internships. The popular job roles are data analyst, data processing supervisor, and program developer.
Campus: The campus is still being built, so it's gonna take a couple more years. They're working on new buildings for students to live in. The Wi-Fi isn't great, and the classrooms don't have AC. The library is kind of old school, and the labs aren't super high-tech. We only have a few sports options like one basketball court, one badminton court, and a couple of volleyball courts. The food in the mess hall isn't that good not very healthy or tasty. They charge $23,000 per semester for the mess, which seems kinda pricey for what you get.

Admission: The teachers at this college really know their stuff. They're experts in their subjects. The teaching is good too. The courses get you ready for the real world. They even organize hackathons and coding events. Exams aren't too tough either.
Placement: The placements for computer science at NIT are pretty good. About half of the students in this course get placed, which is awesome. The average package is between 4 to 7 LPA. Some of the top companies that come for placements are TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Wipro, Accenture, Oracle, and Cisco.
Campus: The computer Science course at NIT Puducherry has great infrastructure. We had computer labs for programming and a library with all kinds of books on campus. The college also provided Wi-Fi, hostel, canteen, and other facilities. And there were plenty of sports facilities for us students too.

Admission: The teachers are really nice and helpful. The new curriculum is a bit tough because of the changes in the education policy. The semester exams are not too hard, but it also depends on the professor. You need to get at least 40% to pass. This course doesn't really prepare us well for the industry.
Placement: There are 59 students in my electronics and communication engineering batch. This year, the highest package offered was 15 Lacs. Students mostly find internships on their own because the college doesn't really help with that.
Campus: The infrastructure isn't great, but it's okay. They're doing construction, so it's a bit hard to get around. The hostels are far from the college, so it's a long walk. The Wi-Fi isn't the best on campus or in the hostel.

Admission: The EEE faculty is really nice and helpful. They know a lot about electrical engineering, but they might not cover every single topic. There aren't many research opportunities available, though. The workload was doable, but after the NEP came in, things got a bit different.
Placement: The placement scene in EEE is pretty good. Companies such as Hitachi, Nexturn, L&T, and QBit Labs visited our campus for recruitment. On average, people got placed with a salary of around 7 LPA. Some of my friends even landed jobs at ABB. I heard they were offered roles like Graduate Trainee, Data Analyst, and Software Developer. The placement season is still ongoing, so there might be more opportunities coming our way.
Campus: The college is still getting built, so not everything is ready yet. Right now, there are two boys' hostels and one for girls. The first boys' hostel has AC, while the other one has nice facilities. The food in the mess is okay, and they do a good job keeping things clean and hygienic.
