Consulting & KPO alone accounted for nearly 18% of the placement, while financial services contributed 12.30% of the placement. Although India is experiencing a logistics & real estate boom, both sectors accounted for the lowest hiring rate in 2025 from the NDIM campus.

NDIM placement trend indicates steady growth in the average package across all three PGDM programmes between 2023 and 2025. The flagship PGDM (General Management) recorded an average package of INR 8.66 LPA in 2025, up from INR 7.81 LPA in 2023, reflecting an increase of nearly 11%, although the highest package declined from INR 23 LPA to INR 17.30 LPA.
