Academic: Our teachers are super smart and know a lot. Seriously, every teacher has a PhD in their subject. The course material is also really good if you are looking to work in the banking sector. You get deep knowledge about both banking and finance from it.

Placement: At our college, internships are a must for everyone. It's good because some students got to intern at big places like RBI and other famous public sector banks. When it comes to jobs, we had 100% placements. The highest salary someone got was 16 lakh rupees, and the average was 7 lakh rupees. Top companies like HSBC, ICRA, and KPMG hired from here.

Campus: College campus is really big, like 60 acres. We have all the basic stuff like 8 lecture halls, a mess, and an auditorium for events. What's cool is that all our hostels and classrooms have Wi-Fi. Our library is actually considered the best in the country if you want to know about the banking sector. Plus, there's an in-campus doctor always available for us 24 hours a day. We also have courts for playing lawn tennis, badminton, and volleyball.

The courses can be quite tough, but with the teachers' help, almost everyone manages to pass all subjects.

Placement: From my experience at NIBM, the placements are always 100% since the college started. This year, someone got a 26 LPA package, which is the highest. On average, people get 14 LPA, and the lowest package was still good at 10.5 LPA. Big private banks and finance companies are our main recruiters. Even international banks like BNY Mellon, Barclays, and BOA come to our campus for hiring. Everyone also gets a Summer Internship Project (SIP) with an average stipend of 42,000 rupees. Campus: Our NIBM campus is really something special. It's an old, heritage place with lots of green all around, and it's totally plastic-free, which is great. The way the buildings are made is unique, and you see so many different plants and animals, making our time here super memorable. For sports, we have courts for badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis, and basketball. There's also a gym here, and our library is huge – actually, it's Asia's biggest library for finance. And yeah, there are always nice open spots to just chill and hang out with friends.

This college has a tri-semester system, so we have exams happening every 5 weeks. Because of these frequent exams, our banking knowledge becomes very solid and always up-to-date.

For the 2022-2024 batch, the highest salary offered was 26 LPA, and the average package was more than 14 LPA. Campus: At our college, the course is a two-year presidential program. Our classrooms are really good and have all the new teaching stuff. We also have a very good library that covers all the books you need for banking and finance. It's true that the hostel and campus look a bit old, but we have a super big, green campus that's more than 60 acres, so students feel very close to nature. For sports, we have a cricket ground, a lawn tennis court, and courts for basketball and badminton too.

They offer important roles such as business analyst, risk manager, and risk analyst to our students. For the PGDM program here, students get good placement and internship chances. Around 40 to 50 percent of students usually get placed every year, and the average salary package for PGDM students is generally between 3 to 8 LPA.

Campus: The National Institute of Bank Management has a really well-kept and modern campus for our course. You can find all the important facilities students need right here. Things like labs, a library, canteen, Wi-Fi, and sports grounds are all available. The college management makes sure we get top-notch, modern facilities to help us learn interactively. There is also a hostel facility for students, which is great. The mess food there is good and healthy, and the rooms are well-furnished and maintained properly.

All the classrooms are proper and have everything needed for studies. Our library is also kept very well, it has all the books and stuff for students. Campus: Talking about our college, the campus is really awesome, super big and green. We have really good facilities for games too. Everywhere on campus, you get Wi-Fi which is super helpful for studies and everything. The hostel rooms are quite comfortable, and there's always a doctor on campus if anyone needs help. Our computer labs are fully working, and the library has all the best books, especially if you're into banking and finance. The canteen is fully stocked and the food there is very good, always yummy. Honestly, none of us ever faced any problems during our time here.

They taught us subjects like corporate finance, risk management, derivatives, and fixed income securities in super deep detail. We also got to learn different data extraction tools like prowess and ace equity, which were part of our studies. To make us familiar with a trading room, they even conducted a dummy training game. I would easily rate the course structure 9.5 out of 10.

Placement: From my experience here, internships were a big part of our journey. Everyone in our batch and the senior batch landed an internship, which was great. Honestly, most of us didn't get a stipend and just did it for the experience, but a few lucky ones did get paid. This internship experience was super helpful for our placements, showing us how things really work in the corporate world for a short time. Because of this, all students from both batches successfully got placed. The average salary was good too, like 8 LPA for my batch and 9.5 LPA for the senior batch. We got different kinds of roles, from risk management and relationship manager to credit officer and treasury dealers.

Campus: Our college campus is really pretty and has everything we need. We have three big and three small lecture halls, one multipurpose hall, and a library. There are also two big sports grounds for playing. Plus, they have 24-hour medical help ready, along with a gym and a place for yoga. The hostel rooms were clean and quite big. What I liked most was the washroom setup; unlike many other hostels with common washrooms, here only two students share one. I wasn't a big fan of the mess food, but the breakfast was awesome. Now, they've even changed the caterers. The college always made sure the cafeteria and whole campus were kept super clean and hygienic. So, I'd say the overall infrastructure is really good.

This helps them make our courses up-to-date and teach us in a way that is truly relevant for the job world.

Placement: In terms of internships and jobs, our college is actually the only one in the country where government banks, the Public Sector Banks, come in big numbers for internships. They even give us really relevant projects to work on. What's interesting is, even though the college name might just make you think about banks, it's not only banks. All companies from the entire Banking, Financial Services (BFS) sector come here for recruitment, and they offer solid core finance roles. Also, our college has a very strict rule: they just don't accept any sales and marketing jobs, focusing only on finance.

Campus: Our campus is pretty old, you know, it started way back in 1969. Its main goal back then was to train bank executives, both from India and other countries, and also offer consultancy. The campus here is super quiet, but they are now putting in a lot of money because more PGDM students are coming. It honestly feels like a resort here, with so much greenery all around. Plus, all the students are very lively and close-knit, so you never feel lonely even if you're far from home.

Academic: The banking and finance course we have is really relevant. Our teachers are super experienced and they are quite famous in the banking world too. This course is made specially to make you an expert in finance. You know what, even big bank executives come to our institute for short programs just to learn from our faculty members.

Placement: What's really good about our college is the placements, they are 100% for our batch of 132 students. We get many different finance roles in places like foreign banks, domestic banks, consultant firms, and NBFCs. The highest salary someone got was 27 LPA, and the lowest was 10 LPA. On average, people usually get a package of 15 LPA. Big companies like Bofa, BNY, Tata Capital, Federal, Wells Fargo, KPMG, and PwC come here to recruit.

Campus: Campus is really nice, it's so green and natural. All the facilities here are good, you know. For sports, we have a dedicated basketball court, plus lawn tennis and badminton courts, which is cool. There are special labs for finance and for computers too. Students don't need to worry about food because there's a mess. And if anyone gets sick, a doctor and clinic are available on campus. Also, a big auditorium is there for all sorts of college activities.

Classroom sessions are super interactive, and they give us the presentations before the classes start. NIBM is one of the few colleges where there are almost as many teachers as students. Like, for our batch of 60 students, we had about 50 professors.

Placement: When it comes to placements, almost everyone gets a job here, like 100% of students. The average package offered was 7 LPA. Many big companies visit our campus for recruitment. For example, Axis, KPMG, HSBC Tech, NPCI, Bandhan Bank, CCIL, and GIC Housing Finance were some of them. Our senior batch students went to places like Canara Bank, Axis Bank, and ICICI Prudential. And the junior batch also got good jobs at companies like Deloitte, RBS, E&Y, KPMG, and Axis Bank.

Campus: Campus is super green, which is really nice. For staying, the hostel rooms are quite good and have all the basic things you need. What's cool is they have these individual bungalows where five students live together. We also get good sports and fun facilities, with three playgrounds to play on. Plus, there's a cafeteria that's open from 8 AM till 11 PM for all our food needs.
