Admission: The medical college is against ragging, but the teachers sometimes rag students every day. Don't expect the faculty to be like in coaching centers. This course prepares us for the industry after facing lots of challenges. The exams are tough, so make sure to study regularly and not take them lightly.
Placement: Around 150 students are admitted every year. Your package is based on how well you can learn and get involved. They promise a 100% internship, which is awesome because there aren't enough doctors in the medical field.
Campus: The lecture halls are nice. The canteens are available, but the food isn't great. It kind of brings down the college vibe, reminding you it's a medical college. The meals are okay, but they can get boring after a while. The sports facilities are there, but nothing exceptional. You'll learn more once you actually get to the college.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff. They care about what they're teaching, unlike some other colleges. The college gives us exams to check how we're doing, and then the university gives us the final exams.
Placement: The college has an MBBS course with 150 seats in a batch. Half of the seats are government and the other half are management. To get in, you need to be on the merit list based on NEET exam marks. The government seats are cheaper at 20L, while management seats can go up to 50L. The course lasts for 5.5 years, including a year of internship.
Campus: The college has canteens on every floor, with the main one catering to hostel and patient food needs. The quality of food served is good. There's also a Library, a badminton court, basketball court, and a ground. The college building is new and resembles PGI. The classrooms are like auditoriums, equipped with projectors, and all have AC.

Admission: The professors here are really nice. They give tests and mid-semester exams to help us learn. They also have sessions to help us understand our doubts. You gotta go to class every day.
Placement: About 120 students from our college got jobs. The main roles were MD and MS. They got jobs as medical officers in government and civil hospitals. Some even passed exams abroad and got jobs in foreign hospitals. Medical companies come to our college for placements.
Campus: I really like my college because it has everything I need. There are awesome labs, Wi-Fi all the time, and air-conditioned rooms for lectures and the library. Also, we have sports facilities for badminton, cricket, table tennis, and more. Plus, the library is always open for us to use. It's great!

Admission: The college is really great for studies. They follow all the rules set by NMC. It's the top college in Punjab for studying. The way they teach is just right. The professors are all into teaching and they know their stuff. They make learning fun and interactive.
Placement: In the MBBS program, everyone ends up finding a job, either at a private practice or as a medical officer. There aren't campus placements like in engineering, but that's okay. After finishing MBBS, most students study for PG exams or find government jobs. Some start their own practice. So, pretty much everyone has a bright future after graduating from MBBS, no matter which college you go to.
Campus: The college infrastructure is okay. The lecture halls aren't cool enough, and the Wi-Fi is super slow. The food in the mess is just average. There aren't any sports facilities, except for a football field that's rented out for coaching. It's a bummer that we can't even use it.

Admission: The teachers here are really good. Some first-year teachers can be a bit rude, though. The course curriculum is spot on and prepares us well for the industry. All the teachers are well-qualified and the quality of teaching is top-notch.
Placement: A lot of students who want to work as clinicians find jobs after this course. We also get chances to do internships. But companies don't come to hire us from college. This course helps us get ready for job applications. It also helps us practice and improve our skills.
Campus: The hostels here are pretty good, but the food they serve isn't that great. You might start craving home-cooked meals after a while. The campus is nice, and the infrastructure is better than in other government medical colleges. Overall, campus life is enjoyable.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at what they do. They know their stuff and are always there to help us out. They're patient with us in the clinic and help us learn a lot. We even get to watch surgeries in the ICU, which is pretty cool. The exams are hard, though, and you need to get at least a 50% to pass.
Placement: I'm in the 2020 batch, and we're set to graduate in 2025. Our course lasts for 5.5 years, and there are around 150 students in each batch. Once we finish our MBBS internship, we take the NEET PG exam for MD. It's a super challenging test, but some students manage to score really well every year. What's cool is that every student gets to do their internship right here at the college. It's a tough journey, but definitely worth it in the end!
Campus: The classrooms are nice and clean with AC. The library is spacious, has AC, and free Wi-Fi. The hostels are comfy with AC, good food, and well-kept. They have sports facilities too.

Admission: I'm a first-year student at Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences in Jalandhar. The course I'm taking is challenging, but I feel like it's worth it. The curriculum is vast, but the regular exams and class tests help us stay on track. Each department at PIMS has at least six teachers, which is great because it means we all get the attention we need. The teachers here are really good at what they do. They're always available to help with any questions or concerns we have. Overall, I feel supported and taken care of at PIMS.
Placement: At my college, we don't have campus placements. But we do get a chance to do a year-long internship after finishing our 4.5-year course. I study at Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences in Jalandhar. Once we complete the course, we have to do a mandatory 1-year internship. During this time, we get around Rs 10,000 as a stipend. Just keep in mind, the college doesn't guarantee any job placements.
Campus: I chose to stay in the hostel at PIMS in Jalandhar. The rooms have two steel almirahs for storage. Some rooms have AC to stay cool in the hot weather, but there are also rooms without AC. The food in the hostel is actually pretty good for hostel food.

Admission: The teachers here are all MD graduates, so they know their stuff. They are really knowledgeable and always ready to help out. They use PowerPoint slides for teaching, which is cool. The course content is good, but I wish we had more hands-on experience. The semester exams can be tough, you need at least a 50% to pass.
Placement: To get placed in this course, you need good marks in the Neet-Ug exam. After MBBS, you can either pursue MD or work at a hospital. There's a mandatory internship in the final year of college for one year. The job you get is as a doctor.
Campus: The library and hostel at Pims have good wifi. The classrooms are clean, air-conditioned, and have comfy seats. They also have labs for teaching. But the food in the hostel is too oily and not very healthy.

Admission: The teachers are really helpful and work hard. The course is relevant to what we need for the future. The exams are tough, but if you put in the effort, you can pass them easily. It's all about preparing us to help others later on.
Placement: The college has 150 seats in total 75 for semi government and 75 for management. The fees for semi government seats are 3.5 lacs per year, while management seats cost 9 lacs per year. It's all based on the NEET UG ranking. So, choose wisely!
Campus: The college has Wi-Fi, a library, physiology labs, and biochemistry labs. They also have demo rooms and 5 to 6 lecture theaters. There are 3 to 4 canteens available too. It's a good place for studying and grabbing a bite to eat.
