RPSIT Patna offers B.Tech, MBA, and diploma programs to its students, all of which are approved by the AICTE. Admission at RPSIT, Patna is both an entrance for (B. Tech and diploma courses, as well as merit-based MBA programs, each with different eligibility criteria. The entrance exam for B.Tech and diploma is the BPTPIA (Combined Entrance Test), conducted by the Bihar Private Technical & Professional Institutions Association, which is held annually by the state. The fee for the B.Tech program is INR 3,05,000, and for the diploma program, it is INR 1,85,000. Eligibility for an MBA at RPSIT, Patna, requires a graduate with a minimum of 50% marks in any field (45% marks for the reserved category). The course fees are INR 2,55,000. RPSIT, Patna, offers diplomas in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, with a total fee of INR 1,85,000 each to its students. Seats for each specialisation vary, with 120 seats available for a Diploma in Civil Engineering, 60 seats for a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and so on.

The undergraduate program offered by RPSIT, Patna is a 4-year B.tech in 5 subjects: Computer Science and Engineering(120 seats), Electronics and Communication Engineering(30 seats), Electrical and Electronics Engineering(60 sears), Mechanical Engineering(60 seats), Civil Engineering (90 seats) and the total fees for INR 3,05,000.

1. The candidate who passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Maths with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks in case of reserved category), 10th Std./ SSC examination. Those with at least 35% Marks in the qualifying examination and a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for diploma, B.Tech, and MBA courses, respectively.
