Admission: During my time at RSB, I learned a lot in the past two years that will help me in the future. The faculty members are always there to help and guide us whenever we need it. The director is easy to approach and gives good advice when we have problems. With the support of the faculty, we did many case studies, presentations, and research projects that really helped us in job interviews.

Placement: As a new B-School, it's tough to get companies to come here. But our placement team really stepped up this year and brought in some great ones. I actually landed a job at Bharti Airtel with a 5 lakh CTC. They also helped us practice for interviews by doing mock interviews at the college. It was super helpful!

Campus: RSB has good infrastructure and a small cafeteria close by for food. The hostels are really nice too. I stayed there for two years without any issues. The atmosphere in the mess is great everyone eats together, students and faculty included.

Admission: The course curriculum is super helpful. The teachers really know their stuff. They're teaching us practical skills that will definitely come in handy for placements. The student-faculty ratio is great it's like having a personal mentor. We also paid to study the business standards paper, which has been really helpful in expanding our knowledge.

Placement: I'm happy that a few students found jobs in Suderam Finance, City Union Bank, and Amrutanjan. But for our placements, only ITC came to our campus. I wish more companies like Airtel and other banks would come for recruitment. It would be really great to have more options for jobs.

Campus: The Wi-Fi in classrooms is great. We have a library to study quietly. The food is hit or miss - sometimes good, sometimes bad. It would be nice to have medical facilities. We could use some sports activities to relax. Hostel rooms are fine. The only issue is the new rule about getting permission from parents. We're adults, we can take care of ourselves. Please reconsider this rule, college.

Admission: The faculty here are really awesome. They know their stuff and help us a lot with the course. The course is always up-to-date and changes with what's happening now. Some of our full-time teachers even come from BIM and Harvard Business School! Plus, we get to learn from visiting teachers who graduated from top schools like IIT and NIT. It's pretty cool.

Placement: I loved that they promise everyone gets a job after graduation. The starting salary is around 5-7 Lakhs. They also offer internships to everyone, and some even get job offers during their internship. Big companies like OYO, Sun Network, Airtel, and more come for placements. The placement team does a great job bringing in these companies for us to interview with.

Campus: The college has a cool eco-friendly vibe. The classrooms are all set up for online learning, and we've got a high-tech digital marketing lab. The library is massive and has books from both Indian and foreign writers. The whole campus has Wi-Fi, which is awesome. Oh, and there's also a fun indoor area with table tennis, carrom, chess, and soon, snooker!

Everyone in my batch and the seniors got internships, with some students getting stipends of 15k-20k. We also have a placement coordinator dedicated to helping us secure placements.

Campus: The college has a cool digital gallery with AC and really fast Wi-Fi. The library is great with lots of books. There's table tennis, carrom, and chess for fun. Campus: The campus has top-notch facilities like modern lecture halls, a library, a mess, and Wi-Fi. The food in the mess is good and hygienic with plenty of meal options. Overall, my college has everything I need for a comfortable study environment.

Their teaching style is organized and easy to follow. Plus, the industry exposure they provide is great for gaining practical knowledge.

The school really focuses on sales and marketing, and they set us up with top companies for jobs. The average package is around 4.2 LPA, which is pretty good. The placement cell here does a great job helping us improve our personal and professional skills. It's been a great experience overall!

Campus: I loved studying at Rajalakshmi School of Business! The classrooms are air-conditioned, and there's an awesome amphitheatre. The Mintzberg learning resource centre is a great place to improve your skills. Plus, we get Wi-Fi all over campus. They even have separate databases for students and staff. Admission: RSB is a brand-new business school under Rajalakshmi Institutions. The teachers and guest speakers here are top-notch. They come from real companies and share their experience with us. We've been on a bunch of trips to actual workplaces too. That's why RSB is doing so well.

Placement: The placements at RSB are really good. The pre-placement classes, like group discussions and mock interviews, are super helpful. They help us figure out our strengths and weaknesses. The faculty also gives us great advice for interviews. Most of the companies that come to campus offer marketing roles. I landed a job at City Union Bank as a senior associate in sales and operations. I'm so happy to be an RSB alum!

Campus: The campus at RSB is awesome for studying. The classrooms have a cool vibe. There's table tennis, chess, and carrom board for fun. The hostel rooms are really nice. And the best part is, we get Wi-Fi everywhere on campus, all day!

Admission: The college has really great teachers who work here full-time, and the guest professors know a lot from working in the real world. We study in three terms in a year. There's a cool program where we get to learn from professionals in big companies for a whole year. Some of the companies we work with are Kaleesuwari Refinery Private Limited, Cholayil, Cookieman, Sundaram Finance, Sheenlac. Not everyone gets picked for this, though.

Placement: I found that the college struggles with placements for students. But they do bring in companies with decent pay packages. The minimum salary offered is around 3.50 lakhs per year. The placement cell is quite active, and they kick off placement activities as early as the first trimester.

Campus: The college is supposed to be air-conditioned, but it hardly ever works. The buildings look nice, but everything is dusty. The mess hall serves only vegetarian food, which isn't great. On the bright side, the hostel is really good. They offer double bedroom apartments for students, which is awesome.

Admission: We learned a lot from doing case studies. They helped us see how to use what we learned in real life. The teachers were really supportive and made sure we understood how everything we learned was useful. They were a big help in guiding us to do well in our classes.

Placement: After finishing my 4th semester, we can apply for jobs. Many big companies like College Dunia, Bajaj Capital, ITC, Tube Investment of India, ICICI, Saint Gobain, CMIE, Avasoft, City UnionBank, Technook, and EY have come to our college for placements. College Dunia gave the best offer of 12 lakhs per year, and the average offer was 5 lakhs per year. The college makes sure everyone gets placed, and they always meet this goal. My dream is to work at College Dunia after I graduate, where I can use my skills to help the company.

Campus: I really like how our campus has these cool webinars every two weeks called "Campus to Corporate." They help us get ready for the real world after college. We also have other programs twice a month to boost our skills and creativity. The campus has great Wi-Fi everywhere and has cool stuff like smart boards, projectors, and a special room for digital marketing. I love that we have clubs for different interests, like entrepreneurship, marketing, HR, and movies. It's awesome to be able to join these clubs to learn more and have fun while developing skills that match what I like.
