Admission: The teachers here are really smart, most of them have PhDs. They've written papers too. They're friendly and helpful. Our course follows VTU, but some subjects like Biology seem out of place for engineering students. We have 3 internal exams each semester called CIE, and they're usually easy. The final exam, SEE, is also not too hard. They give us model papers to practice. In exams, it seems like length is more important than actual content. You need 35 out of 100 to pass SEE and 18 out of 50 for CIE.

Placement: Placements started in August. Still waiting on more students to get placed out of 120. They blame the bad economy and politics. The highest package was 24 LPA, lowest 4 LPA, and average is 8 LPA. Companies like Oracle, Accenture, PhonePe, Cognizant, Athena, Honeywell, etc. have visited. Mostly offering roles like software engineer, software developer, and IT trainee.

Campus: The Wi-Fi in college is okay but not super strong. The labs are cool and have all the stuff we need. The library has lots of books for studying. There are plenty of classrooms with smart boards and chalk boards. They even record lectures and put them on an app for us to watch later. The canteen in the basement is decent and has a variety of food like idli, dosa, fried rice, and Gobi Manchurian. And there's a small basketball court and a field for playing football and cricket. Overall, it's a nice place to study and hang out with friends.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and super smart. Most of them have a Ph.D. They encourage us to join clubs and events, like hackathons. They also help us find internships. It's great!

Placement: I heard that more than 80% of students from our course have jobs now, and even more seniors are finding jobs. The highest salary offered was around 35 LPA, while the lowest was 10 LPA. Companies like Swiggy, PhonePe, and TCS come for placements. I'm not sure about internships, but our batch recently landed jobs at a big company. The interview was challenging, so not many got hired.

Campus: The department has everything students need to do well. They've got all the books you need for your courses and even extra ones if you want to dig deeper into a topic. I don't live in the hostel, but my friends say it's a decent place to stay.

Admission: This college has a mix of students - some are GATE qualified, while others seem disinterested in classes. But, they are big on using technology. You can access recorded classes, even topics from your first year when you're in your final year. The teachers are friendly and recommend courses and new skills. People complain about the outdated VTU syllabus, but through internships, courses, and workshops, they help you learn. If you grasp the concepts, the internal assessments are a breeze. They also guide you on how to prepare for external exams.

Placement: I'm currently in my third year of B.E. in ECE at this college. I started in 2022. According to the college website, out of 40 students in my branch who were eligible, 25 got jobs. The highest salary offered was 29 LPA, while the lowest was 3.7 LPA. On average, it was 11 LPA. Some students landed jobs in the software core, and others got internships.

Campus: The lab facilities are really good here. We have software skill labs for Matlab which is not common in other colleges. The lab instructors know their stuff just like our professors. The hostel costs around Rs. 1,68,000 per academic year. And there are buses available for us too.

Admission: The teachers here are pretty good. They all have either an M.Tech or Ph.D. The majority of them graduated from VTU University. The teaching is decent, but the course material is a bit outdated. However, it's not a huge issue. The semester exams are tough. It's not easy to get above a 9, and anything above a 7.5 is seen as good.

Placement: The placements at RVITM are linked with RV College of Engineering. You won't see super high salaries here, but around 60-70% of students get placed with an average salary of 8-9 LPA. Companies like Qualcomm, Philips, PhonePe, Oracle, and Amazon hire students here. The highest salary offered is 29 LPA, while the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The popular job roles are Hardware Engineer, Software Engineer, and Software Intern.

Campus: The college has only one building, no big campus. The classrooms and labs are good. The library has limited resources. The Wi-Fi is not great. The hostel rooms are nice, but it's expensive and they only serve vegetarian food. There aren't any large grounds, just a cricket turf and a basketball court.

Admission: Some teachers really know their stuff and teach well, but others could do better. Most of them are experts in their field. The CSE course doesn't prepare us well for the industry though. It's tough under VTU with hard grading. About 70% of us passed our exams.

Placement: This college is in its second year, so placements haven't started yet. They've mentioned that placements will be with RVCE, but we're not expecting big companies like them. The teachers said it'll be a decent placement, but it all comes down to how good you are.

Campus: The college has awesome labs with the latest technology. Plus, they've got Wi-Fi and big classrooms. There's even cameras so we can re-watch videos whenever we want. The canteen food is okay, but there aren't a lot of choices. We've got a cool multipurpose field for sports like football, cricket, basketball, and tennis. And there's a gym, table tennis, and carrom boards to have fun with.

Admission: Most of the professors at our college have PhDs, and some even have more than one. There are 4 branches of engineering being taught here, and the faculty is really good at teaching. If we miss a class, we can watch the lectures online. The curriculum is from VTU, but the college also focuses on preparing us for the industry with bootcamps, hackathons, workshops, and internships. The library has previous year question papers for all branches, which is super helpful. We can access the PPTs, lesson plans, modules, syllabus, and videos on the student portals too.

Placement: The placements are still happening, and the highest salary offered this year is 29 LPA for ECE. Four ECE students got placed in Qualcomm. CS has a top CTC of 25 LPA, while ISE has 24.7 LPA. The lowest package is around 4 LPA, and the average is 10 to 12.5 LPA for all branches. Companies like Qualcomm, Intel, Phonepe, Walmart, and others recruit students. RVITM has clubs that host bootcamps and visits to top institutions. IBM also conducts workshops. Students can intern in Bangalore companies and get roles like hardware engineers, software developers, and more. Last year, the highest CTC was 40 LPA. Many students pursue higher studies or go into research after graduating.

Campus: The college has awesome parking for both students and teachers. There are elevators in the building, a cool canteen, and a shop to get stationery from. The auditorium is really nice too. The hostel is just a quick 5-minute walk from campus, and the rooms there have their own bathrooms. We've got washing machines and laundry service too. The food is tasty, and we get to chat about the menu during student meetings. They only serve veggie meals in the hostel, but you can have non-veg in your room. They clean the rooms every day, keep things in good shape, and there are elevators in the hostel too.

Admission: The professors here are top-notch with Ph.D.s from NITs and IITs. We stick to the VTU curriculum. We have exams every 3 weeks to prep us for the semester ones. The teaching is great, and if you miss a class, you can catch up by watching the recordings.

Placement: The mechanical engineering branch offers a top salary of 10 LPA and an average of 6.3 LPA. Companies like Enquero Global and Mindtree are hiring students. There's an internship program every semester, and placements are currently happening.

Campus: The Wi-Fi here is pretty good and the labs are well-equipped. Our classrooms have both green boards and whiteboards. The hostel food is just okay. Plus, we've got a football ground and a basketball court on campus, which is cool.

Admission: The teachers here know their stuff and are really helpful. They support us well and make sure we understand everything. They get us ready for the real world. The exams are tough, but they help us get through it. The passing rate is around 78%.

Placement: I graduated in 2023 from this college and there are plenty of job options here. Around 79% of students in my batch got placed in top companies like Tata Motors, BHEL, NPTL, and Mahindra. There are over 170 companies coming for placements. Also, lots of students land internships about 82% of us.

Campus: Our college has great facilities. We've got Wi-Fi all around and nice washrooms. The labs and classrooms are super clean, and the canteen food is yummy. Our library is huge and the hostel offers games and tasty food in the mess. Plus, there are plenty of games to enjoy.

Admission: The teaching here is top-notch. The exams are tough, but they really prepare you for the real world. The teachers know their stuff and are always there to help. You'll definitely do well in your assessments and get a solid grade.

Placement: I'm part of the batch from 2021 to 2024. More than half of the students get placed here. The popular courses are BBA, B.Com, BAC, and MS. In BBA, they offer Rs. 49,000 per month and in B.Com, it's Rs. 51,000 per month. The highest salary package goes to some lucky students.

Campus: The college has a library, classrooms, labs, and Wi-Fi, which is cool. Unfortunately, there's no hostel on campus, and the facilities aren't top-notch. But hey, at least there are sports and games to enjoy! The food is tasty and of good quality. The college is near a junior and seniors college, about 2 kilometers away. In the classrooms, there's AC, a projector, and even a lift for convenience. Overall, it's a decent place with some good stuff for students.
