All hostel rooms are on a twin-sharing basis. Each room is furnished with a cot, study table, chair, and cupboard. Every hostel has a hot water facility, mineral water, TV halls, and a common reading room. Free Wi-Fi is also available for academic purposes.
SEG Ghaziabad - Mess and Food Services
The accommodation fees include mess charges, amenities, electrical charges, and games and entertainment fees. The mess provides highly subsidized vegetarian, South Indian, and North Indian food. The mess timings are:
- Breakfast: 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Tea: 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Food is not served in rooms unless a student is ill, in which case the deputy warden will make suitable arrangements.

Hostel residents have access to common facilities, including a gym and indoor games. A laundry facility is available near the hostel, which students can use on a direct-to-vendor payment basis. Laundry charges are not included in the hostel fees.

Students are not allowed to go out of the hostel after 7:30 p.m. or enter after 8:00 p.m. on weekdays. A gate pass issued by the hostel warden is required for any entry or exit from the hostel. Fine for late arrivals is INR 100 for the first time and INR 500 for the second. A third late arrival will result in suspension.
SEG Ghaziabad - Health and Medical Support
Students must report cases of serious illness to the concerned warden immediately. A vehicle and driver are available on campus 24 hours a day to transport students to a hospital and back in case of an emergency.
