Admission: The teachers here are really smart and helpful, coming from top IITs. They know their stuff well. The course content is good and relevant to what's happening in the industry. Exams are fair, not too hard. Pass rate is around 33%.
Placement: The job placements at our college are awesome! Almost all students (about 95%) got job offers and chances for internships. This year, the highest salary package was 36.5 LPA, while the lowest was 7.6 LPA. Big companies like JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and TCS come for placements. They offer roles like software developer, data analyst, and web developer. It's great to have so many good options after graduation.
Campus: The campus is kinda old, but it's still pretty and clean. We've got Wi-Fi everywhere, big air-conditioned classrooms, and a library with tons of books. There are three places to eat with good food. Plus, we have medical help, sports, and games. We even have our own sports grounds for cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. And there's even a spot for indoor games like table tennis. Just to let you know, SPIT students can't stay in the hostel.

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced and know their stuff. They teach us a lot of useful skills. The course curriculum is great and matches what we need in the industry. The exams can be tough, but it helps us learn better. I like that the college creates its own syllabus.
Placement: I'm super happy that nearly all of us got placed in the 2023-24 academic year. The highest package offered was 61 LPA, which is amazing! The average package was 15 LPA. Really cool companies like PhonePe, JPMC, Deloitte, and Deutsche Bank came for placements. Great opportunities all around!
Campus: The college library is massive with almost all the books I need, and it's well taken care of. The classrooms and labs are nice, air-conditioned, and in good shape. Wi-Fi is available in all the labs and it's pretty fast. The only downside is that there's no hostel on campus.

Admission: The college is autonomous, so the curriculum is good. You can also get a minor in CS or management. Some teachers are a bit of a pain, even though they're smart. They sometimes say rude things about women. Getting good grades is hard, but you can still get an 8 CGPA because grading is lenient.
Placement: As an EXTC student, it's tough because there aren't any big companies coming for placements. Most of the good jobs go to CE and CSE students. So, we end up with lower-paying technical jobs or non-tech jobs with around INR 7-8 LPA. It's a bit of a struggle, but we make the best of it.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is pretty bad. The washrooms are just a step up from public ones. They don't have their own canteen or hostel. SPIT students can't stay in the SPCE hostel. So most students end up living in nearby PGs or private hostels.

Admission: The teachers are mostly helpful and cooperative, but there are a few who seem unsure about their subjects. The course content is practical and gives us the right knowledge and skills. Exams are challenging but fair.
Placement: Most students in Electronics and Telecommunication at SPIT find placements, which is awesome. The highest salary offered was around 61 LPA, while the lowest was about 5 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Amdocs, and Barclays hire a lot of students. Getting internships is a bit tough, with only 10-12% of applicants getting accepted.
Campus: The facilities for my course are great, and the college is always clean. There's no hostel, but the food in the mess and canteen is good and tastes fine.

Admission: The teachers at SPIT are really helpful and know their stuff. They have PhDs and masters from top places like IITs. Some teachers are just okay, while others are really great. The course covers what we need for the industry. It helps us understand the basics. With the course and some studying on our own, we can be ready for work. The exams are not too hard because they stick to what we learn. Almost everyone passes, about 95% of students pass.
Placement: Most students who go for placements end up getting a job. This year, PhonePe offered the highest package at 33.3 LPA, while the average salary package is 15.03 LPA. Companies like Oracle, Work India, JPMC, and others come for placements. In the 3rd year, students can do internships, both in companies and for research. Some students even get job offers from companies like Barclays before they graduate. It's cool that we can do research internships at places like IITs too.
Campus: The classrooms at SPIT are nice, but the labs, corridors, and library need some improvements. They're currently building hostels, which is cool. Each classroom and lab has Wi-Fi, and they're all air-conditioned and well-ventilated. The canteen serves good food at reasonable prices, and the mess is pretty good too. The gymkhana area is great for dance practices and other activities, plus there's a gym to work out in.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They explain things well, so if you listen in class, you'll get it. In the first semester, the course content didn't seem super related, but you'll cover important stuff like programming, calculus, and communication.
Placement: When it comes to placements, our branch has a 100% success rate. The highest package can go up to 36 LPA, while the average is around 8 to 10 LPA. Every year, the packages keep getting better. Companies like Morgan Stanley come for recruitment too.
Campus: The college has good facilities, and the teachers are good too. If you pay attention in class, you'll understand everything. The Wi-Fi works fine, and the classrooms are big and comfortable. The library is nice too. Just keep in mind that the college doesn't have its own hostel, so students usually stay in PGs.

Admission: The teachers here are cool. Some are tough, some are laid-back, but overall, they're good. They really support you. The exams are kinda tough, but not too bad. Compared to other colleges, they're not super hard. You can handle it.
Placement: The average package this year (2025) has dropped compared to last year. My seniors warned me that you shouldn't rely on the college alone; you need to improve your skills because there's a tough job market out there.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is pretty good, but there isn't a hostel for regular students. The hostel is only for MBA students and SPACE students. The campus is huge with plenty of space, a lake, 2-3 grounds, and lots of other things to enjoy.

Admission: The teachers here are mostly from IITs or have Ph.Ds, so they know their stuff. Some are really helpful, but others not so much. The course is good, but the subjects are a bit old according to NBA, who visited recently. The semester exams are tough compared to other engineering colleges.
Placement: The placement scene at our college is awesome everyone gets placed! The highest package for on-campus placements was 61 LPA, the average is 16 LPA, and the lowest is around 5 LPA. Big companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Barclays, and JP Morgan visit for hiring. Around 10-12% of students get summer internships with companies like Barclays and General Mills. Most students land roles like Software Developer or Associate App Developer. It's a great opportunity for us to kickstart our careers!
Campus: The course has cool labs and classrooms with AC, plus Wi-Fi everywhere. The library is full of books, and there's space to work on group projects. The hostels are nice, with good food in the mess and a clean canteen. They have medical help if you need it and lots of sports stuff to do. It's a great place for learning and living!

Admission: The teachers at SPIT are really smart and have good degrees. They're super nice and helpful. Even the people in the office are friendly. The library and lab staff are great too. The exams are a bit harder than what you'd find at other colleges. Your chances of passing depend on everyone, kind of like a percentile.
Placement: I really like how this college helps students get good jobs. They promise 100% placements, which is awesome. Last year, one lucky student got a job at Amazon London with a salary of 110 LPA. The average salary is 18 LPA. Companies like PhonePe, JPMC, and Morgan Stanley hire students from here. It's a great place to kickstart your career!
Campus: I stayed at a nearby college in Andheri because SPIT doesn't have hostels. But they do have a mess with yummy food at a low price. If you prefer staying on campus, Sardar Patel College of Engineering has a hostel there. It's convenient!
