How to Apply for Bharathiar University SDE Admission?

Step 1: Prepare to Apply: Visit the official admission portal and carefully read the instructions. Accept the terms and conditions to proceed with the application.

Step 2: Course Selection: Select the desired programme (Online/ODL).

Step 3: Check Eligibility: Enter your educational qualification details to confirm eligibility for the selected course.

Step 4: Applicant Details & Mobile Verification: Fill in preliminary applicant details and verify your registered mobile number through OTP validation.

Step 5: Address & Personal Details: Provide communication address, social category details, and concession information (if applicable).

Step 6: Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of all required documents.Note: For Direct / Lateral Entry admission, scanned copies of all semester/year mark sheets and Transfer Certificate (TC) are mandatory.

Step 7: Submit Application & Pay Application Fee: Review the application and submit it. Proceed to pay the application fee online.

Step 8: Online Payment: Enter the required details and click on Pay Now. Choose a payment method such as Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Google Pay, or Paytm.

Step 9: Application Verification: After successful payment, the application will be verified by the university. If approved, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number with the admission fee details.

Step 10: Pay Admission-cum-Course Fee: Log in using your credentials and pay the Admission-cum-Course Fee. Upon successful payment, an SMS confirming provisional admission will be sent.

Step 11: Admission Activation: The Admission and Course Fee must be paid within one week, failing which the application will be automatically rejected without prior intimation.

Step 12: Download Admission-cum-ID Card: Log in and download the Admission-cum-ID Card. Admission will be activated only after downloading the ID card.

Step 13: Course Material Dispatch: Study materials will be dispatched by post within one month after admission activation.
