Admission: Starting my admission process at SSCBS was quite streamlined. The CSAS portal for applications and seat allocation was easy to navigate. Communication about the merit lists and subsequent document verification was clear. Staff during physical verification were helpful, making the onboarding process smooth. Overall, a positive admission journey.
Academic: Teachers at CBS are really good at what they do, and you can easily talk to them about anything. They know their subjects well and always try to show us how to use what we learn in real life. Classes here are never boring, they are super interactive and keep you interested. The course syllabus is awesome because it teaches us exactly what we need for the corporate world, making us ready for jobs. Plus, the semester exams are not too hard, they are just average, so most students pass without much trouble.
Placement: Most students from our college get placed straight from campus, unless they want to find jobs outside. The companies that come for hiring are really good, like Brain & Company, Accenture, BCG, Deloitte, and EY. Last year, the highest salary package was 28 LPA, and the average package was 11.73 LPA. Total 252 offers were given out last year. For internships, students get chances with big names like Big 4 firms and even Goldman Sachs, which helps them get good experience. The main jobs offered are in consulting, finance, and marketing, with consulting being the most common.
Campus: Facilities and infrastructure here are really top-notch. All the classrooms have AC, and we get Wi-Fi access throughout the campus. They even put a seminar hall on each floor, which is super convenient for us. The college library is also very big, full of useful books and other study materials. As for the CBS hostel, it's quite good, and the food quality served there is actually above average. Medical help is always there for any emergencies. Plus, CBS has really good sports facilities with all the needed equipment.

Admission: Taking the entrance steps for Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies began with a tough exam. The subsequent counselling rounds were well-managed, clearly showing merit list cutoffs. Document verification was quick, and the staff guided us through fee payment and registration seamlessly. The whole process felt efficient and well-communicated.
Academic: Instructors here are quite good, all of them have their PhDs in their own subjects. They are also super experienced and know how to handle college students well. Talking about exams, they happen twice a year, which means one exam per semester. I find the curriculum a bit tough for me, probably because I came from a science stream before.
Placement: Among BMS students, the placements are usually really good. Around 6070% of us get placed, which is nice. The average salary package is like 8 to 10 LPA. But someone actually got a super high package of 44 LPA, which is amazing! This totally proves how good our college's reputation is and how well they teach us in the BMS program.
Campus: Infrastructure-wise, our college really has the best setup, I must say. Honestly, I didn't think a DU college would have such good facilities, but this one is truly amazing. All the classrooms have proper AC, projectors, and the audio system is also wonderful. It definitely stands out from all the other colleges in DU because of this.

Admission: Navigating the Shaheed Sukhdev College admission process was quite efficient. From CSAS registration to final fee payment, everything was well-coordinated. Staff members during document verification were patient and addressed queries properly. Received timely updates about the counselling stages and subsequent orientation schedule. A smooth journey here, no issues faced.
Academic: Educators at our college are really good and helpful. Many of them have done their PhDs from top institutions, so their teaching quality is just awesome. The course syllabus is also spot on with what industries look for, which helps us get ready for jobs. Semester exams are not too tough, kind of moderate level. And a lot of students pass, like 85 to 90 percent of us.
Placement: The placements at our college are really good, almost 95% of students get placed every year. Many big companies like Mckinsey, BCG, AbinBev, and KPMG come to our campus for recruitment. The highest salary someone got was 29 LPA from Infoedge, which is pretty awesome. On average, students get a package of 13 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA. Also, about half of the students, around 50%, get internships from good places like Nation with Namo and Mckinsey, with strategy consulting being a top role offered to us.
Campus: Resources at our college are quite good. All classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and we have Wi-Fi access everywhere, which is super helpful. The labs are kept really well by the college staff. You don't have to worry about stairs either, as there's a lift available. Our library is actually one of the best, with lots of books and resources. For students living here, there are hostels for both boys and girls, and the food quality is amazing with proper hygiene maintained. Plus, the canteen offers a wide variety of food options. We even have good sports facilities.

Admission: Applying for SSCBS felt quite organized. The CSAS portal made the initial steps easy. After the merit list, document verification was thorough but the staff were supportive. Communication for registration and orientation was clear and timely. My entry into the college felt well-managed overall.
Academic: Curriculum at our college gets updated pretty often to match what companies need, which really helps make us ready for work. The teachers here are very good and know a lot; they have proper degrees and plenty of teaching experience. They teach with a lot of passion too. For exams, it's pretty simple because there's a common exam for all colleges, so everyone gets the same paper. These exams aren't that tough to pass, which is why more than 95% of students clear them every single semester.
Placement: Talking about placements, our college has a 100% placement rate, which is super impressive. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 29 LPA. On average, students got around 13 LPA, and the lowest was still a decent 5 LPA. Top companies like BCG, Brain, and Trinity come to recruit from our campus. While not every student gets an internship, the ones who do often land them with great companies like Brain, ABinBev, and McKinsey. The main roles offered are in consulting, finance, research, and product-based fields.
Campus: Buildings at our college are new and kept very clean, always in good condition. We have Wi-Fi access everywhere, and the seating is comfortable. All the ACs in the building are working fine. There's also a good library. The food in the canteen is good quality and not expensive. The only thing is, since the campus is a bit small, we don't have many sports facilities.

Admission: Registering for Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies involved a straightforward online process. Once the merit list came out, the counselling rounds were quite organized. Staff at document verification were efficient and helpful. The entire joining process, including the orientation, felt welcoming and well-communicated. Very transparent.
Academic: Something I like most about our college is how dedicated the teachers are. They're not just teaching topics, but they really help us grow and are super helpful all the time. The course material is also very relevant and can be used in different industries, which is great. Plus, we get enough exposure in our field. The only small issue I see is with the exam pattern and format; that part could definitely use some improvement.
Placement: This year, the placements in our college were quite good. Over 90% of students got placed, which is great. The highest package was about 28 LPA if you found a job outside college (off-campus), and for on-campus placements, it was 23 LPA. Our average salary package was around 13 LPA. Also, many students got internships, with quite a few finding them off-campus. The companies that came for on-campus internships were really good ones.
Campus: Wi-Fi at our college is pretty good, though I feel it could be a bit better. But hey, it's available all over campus, so can't complain much about that. Our classrooms are really awesome, like proper luxury. They have AC everywhere and are super comfortable for studying. The mess and canteen facilities are decent too. One thing though, we don't have any medical or sports facilities, which is a bit of a letdown.

Admission: Arriving for admission at SSCBS was pretty hassle-free. The merit list was released punctually, and subsequent document verification at the college went smoothly. New student registration and fee payment were also well-managed, making the whole onboarding process clear from start to finish.
Academic: In my college, the BFIA program at SSCBS has really good teachers who know a lot and always help us. They make sure we get the best teaching. Our course material covers finance, investment, and analysis very deeply, and it is made for what the industry actually wants. The exams are not too hard, kind of balanced, and a lot of students pass because we are prepared well.
Placement: As a first-year BFIA student at SSCBS, I can tell you placements are amazing. Almost every student gets an internship at a top company. The final placements are also greataround 95% of students get jobs, with salaries ranging from 5 LPA to 30 LPA. Big companies like Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, and HSBC often come to hire.
Campus: BFIA program students at SSCBS get really good facilities. The classrooms are new and modern, plus there's super fast Wi-Fi all over. Our library has lots of books, everything you might need. When it comes to food, the canteen serves pretty decent meals. Even though SSCBS doesn't have its own hostel, finding a good PG nearby is easy and convenient. Also, our campus has good sports areas and medical facilities if anyone needs them.

Admission: Receiving my SSCBS admission update was surprisingly smooth. After CUET scores, the merit list was released promptly. Document verification and registration were efficient, with staff readily assisting. Communication throughout the process was clear, making the enrolment journey straightforward and reducing stress.
Academic: At SSCBS, teachers are really good and they know a lot about their subjects. There are two kinds of teachers we have here. Some are permanent; they usually teach the main subjects and have a lot of experience. Others are guest teachers; they teach optional subjects or fill in when a main teacher is not there, and some of them are also doing their PG studies. Most of our classes are very interactive, which is great. You can also easily talk to any teacher for advice or any support you might need.
Placement: With the Career Development Cell at SSCBS, top companies regularly visit for both placements and internships. This cell works hard to bring big names like BCG, Brain & Company, McKinsey & Company, as well as new startups. Talking about packages, the average and median salaries are always above 10 LPA. The highest package changes each year, but in 2023, it reached 44 LPA.
Campus: SSCBS has really modern infrastructure, probably the best facilities you can find in any Delhi University college. All classrooms are air-conditioned and have smart boards with projectors, plus we get Wi-Fi everywhere. There's also a seminar hall, a big auditorium, a library, a study room for quiet work, and even a medical room if anyone needs it. On campus, we have Nescafe and Amul shops too, which is super convenient. For students, SSCBS provides separate hostels for both boys and girls, but seats are limited and there are some specific rules for getting a spot. Most hostel rooms are triple sharing, and each student gets their own bed and a cupboard.

Admission: Experiencing the admission process here felt quite organised. From counselling rounds to final fee payment, all steps were clearly outlined online. The support staff were helpful during document upload and responding to queries. Orientation was well-managed, setting a good start.
Academic: Content in our course curriculum is super relevant, and they cover all of it. Our faculty members are very talented and always ready to help students. They make sure all topics are covered, and we get enough reading material too. So, with the class notes, semester exams are quite easy to crack.
Placement: Because SSCBS attracts so many top recruiters, placement results stay excellent. Big names like BCG, Brain & Co, and Goldman Sachs keep coming. Thanks to this, the average salary package stays around 1112 LPA, and the highest reached a huge 44 LPA. Many students also get job offers directly after their internships with these top companies.
Campus: Campus-wise, our college has a really big main building. Inside, there's a huge indoor auditorium which looks very beautiful, and more than 500 students can sit there comfortably. The overall infrastructure here is excellent, and the hostel and canteen facilities are also good. The campus is spread across 5 acres. Some say it's less compared to other DU colleges, but honestly, once you're here, it doesn't feel small at all. The library is super useful, split into two floors with all kinds of books, made for student and staff comfort. Also, the basement parking is very convenient for everyone. The playground is good too, though it could be better.

Admission: Beginning my admission at Shaheed Sukhdev College was efficient. The counselling process was well-organized, and document verification was quick. They released the merit list promptly, and the orientation session for new students felt genuinely helpful. No major hurdles, which was a relief after all the entrance exams.
Academic: Academics here are really good and up to date. The college even adds mini-courses and updates different programs all the time to help us learn more skills. Our teachers are mostly great, like, very supportive and helpful. But yeah, there are one or two teachers that I really dont like, they're the exceptions. Speaking of exams, the semester ones are a bit tough because there are so many activities happening that you barely get any time to study properly.
Placement: Regarding placements, our college is really great. Almost all the students who sit for placements end up getting a job. We get many offers for both placements and internships, and the salary packages are quite good too. Big companies like Brain, McKinsey, Nation with Namo, and Alvarez & Marshell often come here to hire. Most of the jobs offered are for consulting roles. Talking about the 202324 batch, the highest salary package reached 28 LPA, the lowest was 8 LPA, and the average package stood at 10.97 LPA.
Campus: Campus at SSCBS is really nice, especially for a government college. I mean, it's super modern. We have AC in all areas, and there are 8 lifts that work perfectly. Even the lights are smart, they turn on with sensors. Our classrooms are also very advanced. The whole place has centralized cooling, and the eating system is good too. What's best is the WiFi covers the whole campus, even outside in the playground. Plus, the library is totally top-notch. It's a truly lovely campus overall.

Admission: Joining SSCBS felt quite seamless. The CUET-based admission process via the CSAS portal was clear. Communication regarding the merit list and subsequent document verification was timely. Staff at the college were very cooperative during physical verification and helped resolve queries. Final registration and orientation were well-managed.
Academic: Passing the semester exams here is pretty straightforward. Most students clear them easily, and only a handful might fail in one or two subjects. Our teachers are quite helpful, but you need to make the first move and talk to them properly. The curriculum itself follows NEP rules, so it's not really up to the college.
Placement: Across the 2024 batch, placements were really good, like 88% of students got placed. But mostly, this high number was because of BMS and BBA courses. Our B.Sc. Hons CS students also get placed, of course. However, out of the 70 students in the B.Sc. CS batch, only a few actually land tech roles. Most of them end up in consulting, finance, or marketing jobs.
Campus: Overall, our college has really good facilities, I must say. The infrastructure here is top-notch, like one of the best, maybe even better than any other DU college. All the classes have central AC, which makes it feel like a fancy private college. The hostel facility is also very good, honestly one of the best ones. Even though there's no gym, they provide AC and laundry service. The mess food is pretty decent, quite good actually. The fees are around 1.44 lakh per year, but looking at everything, it feels worth it.
