Admission: The teachers at SDIT (Shree Devi Institute of Technology) were really good. They were experienced and knew their stuff. The teaching was okay, not the best compared to other engineering colleges, but they covered the topics well. We had semester exams with 5 subjects and 3 lab exams. Overall, we had 4 semesters in 2 years. They only offered the 2-year course, not the 3-year one.

Placement: The companies that visit our college offer good salaries ranging from 3 LPA to 13-14 LPA. They hire students based on their talent and skills. The college provides training for placements. At SDIT, many students choose to pursue higher studies instead of preparing for campus interviews. This year, 40% of students got placed through campus interviews. Others are continuing their studies for better opportunities and higher income.

Campus: The classes were cool, especially the hands-on lab sessions where we got to code and design stuff. It would be even better if we could bring our laptops to class for more practical learning. The teaching style was good too. They gave us helpful PPTs and notes to make studying easier. I didn't stay in the hostel, but I did attend the placement classes, which were mandatory. We had two semesters that cost around Rs 3.5K and Rs 1K each. They also had classes on aptitude, technical, and logical stuff for a week.

Admission: The teachers at our college are pretty good, but some aren't that great. Most of them are skilled and we can talk to them whenever we need. However, there are a few teachers who are a bit rude and not very popular. We have two big exams, the in-sem and end-sem, which are run by SPPU. Apart from those, we also have unit tests and mock exams.

Placement: I started seeing my classmates getting placed in the third year, and it kept going until the final year. We had companies like Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant, PTC, NICE, Mastek, and Quick Heal visiting our campus for placements. The highest package offered was around 25 Lacs, while the average was 4 Lacs. The placement rate was pretty good, around 75-80%.

Campus: The college organizes different festivals throughout the year, like Krishna Janmashtami, Onam, SURABHI in December, and SAMBRAHM in March. They even had performances by famous singers like Raghu Dixit, Nakash Aziz, and Jonita Gandhi. The library is a quiet spot with lots of books and American journals. Sports and other activities are given a lot of importance. They also have clubs where both students and teachers share ideas for organizing events or charity functions.

Admission: The teachers really knew their stuff and were always there to help. The courses were spot-on with what's happening in the industry. Exams varied depending on what you were studying. Overall, it was a great experience.

Placement: In my group, around 30-40% of us landed jobs after college. The highest salary was 4 lakhs, the lowest was 1.8 lakhs, and the average was about 2.5 lakhs. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Glowtouch Technology, and Diya Systems hired many of us. We got roles like software developer, technical support engineer, and network engineer.

Campus: The college had free Wi-Fi which was awesome. The labs had everything we needed. The classrooms were big and had all the stuff we needed. The library was full of books. The hostels were nice and the food was clean. We could play indoor and outdoor sports. Also, the medical help was good.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They really help us succeed in our studies. Mechanical engineering is a top course, with lots of opportunities. After graduation, you can work in various fields. The way they teach us is fantastic.

Placement: The job placements at our college are pretty good. A good number of students from our batch got placed, but some core companies didn't visit. The salary package offered is around 6 LPA. Rubbco from Mumbai and Infosys were the top companies that hired students. Most students, like 70-75%, also got internships outside of college.

Campus: I really like this college because it has awesome facilities. It's in a peaceful area outside the city, so it's nice and quiet. There are two canteens with good food, plus labs and a library. The medical services are good too. And there are three table tennis courts, carrom boards, and a football field for fun. It's a great place to study and relax.

Admission: The teachers are really helpful and they prepare us well for the industry standards. The college is affiliated with VTU. We have three internals every semester, along with a mini-project and a major project. We can choose our electives too. With the support of the faculty, clearing exams is pretty easy.

Placement: Most students got placed in companies. The salary ranges from 4 LPA to 8 LPA. Companies like Hashldin, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, and Wipro are the top recruiters. Around half of us got internship offers with a monthly stipend of up to Rs. 25,000. Many of us are into coding and design work.

Campus: The hostel has about 300 rooms and serves a variety of good food. It's close to the college, which is convenient. Girls have some time restrictions. The hostel fee is Rs. 90,000 per year, and that includes meals. It's located 10 kilometers from the city. They offer bus services and have CCTV cameras for security. There's also a study hall, a TV room, and indoor games available.

Admission: The teachers weren't great. They didn't teach well. Only a couple of teachers were good. The course was okay, but it lacked practical teaching. They focused more on theory. The semester exams were okay if you study.

Placement: I was in the 2020 batch and around 30% of us got jobs. The highest salary was 16 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA. Companies like Infosys and Juego Studios hired a lot of students. Almost everyone in our course got internships at small startups.

Campus: The library and labs are pretty basic, but there's no Wi-Fi which is a bummer. Classrooms and the uniform give off major state syllabus high school vibes. Hostel facilities are meh, and the food quality isn't great either. On the bright side, the canteen is pretty nice.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff, and most of them have PhDs. Our MCA program has around 120 students, and you gotta attend at least 75% of the classes. Classes start at 10 a.m., and the teachers are always on time. They teach in a way that makes things easy to understand. Exams happen on time, and we get the schedule 15-20 days before. The course is INR 62000 per year. Class size: around 56.

Placement: Once we hit the fifth semester, it's time for placements. Big companies like Accenture, Wipro, and TCS came by with plenty of job offers. The top salary offered was 8 lacs per year, while the lowest was 4 lacs per year. About 40% of us got jobs right on campus. I'm thinking of going into teaching after I finish my degree.

Campus: The hostel rooms at this college are pretty good. There are three students in each room, and each room has its own bathroom and study table. The building is new and nice. In the first year, there are two wardens. Boys have to stay in the hostel for two years in total. Once you choose a hostel, you can't switch. The hostel fee is INR 100,000 per year. There are also extra expenses ranging from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 4000.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really supportive and always cheer us on in everything we do. The course content is spot on. The exams can be tough, but most students pass with an 89% success rate. The examiners are strict, but they're there to guide us through.

Placement: The college really helped us with finding jobs. Lots of students got placed in great companies. Lecturers were always there to support us. Around 85% of students in our course got placed. Almost everyone landed an internship at a top company.

Campus: The campus and classrooms are nice, plus we have a canteen on site. Every classroom has a projector. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi, but the food is decent. They offer a variety of vegetarian options, which is great.
