Academic: The teachers in our college are very knowledgeable, I must say. They teach us not just what's in the syllabus but also beyond that in every class. They really focus on guiding us for projects and our careers. And a good thing is, they always finish all the topics given on time. Overall, the teachers and the way they teach is just better than most other colleges.

Placement: At SDM College, placements are really good. Every year, around 50 companies come here for hiring, and because of this, nearly 90% of students get placed. The companies that visit are all very well-known and reputed in the market. I think our placement setup is much better compared to other colleges. Plus, the SDM placement officer is very hardworking and super friendly with all the students.

Campus: Our college has a great infrastructure and it looks really good. Classrooms have good tables, fans, and projectors, with everything kept in good shape. Our labs can fit 50 to 60 students each and we also get 24/7 Wi-Fi there. Plus, medical facilities are available for us both in the hostel and the college building.

Placement: In our college, placements are almost 100 percent. Only if you decide to go for other plans, you might not get placed, but otherwise, placements are guaranteed for all. All the big MNCs visit our campus to hire students. The college also offers extra courses to make our knowledge better.

Campus: My college has awesome facilities and a really good infrastructure. The classrooms are super big and everything is well-placed inside. We even have indoor and outdoor stadiums for playing games. There's also a huge auditorium here. Plus, the lab and game equipment are all the latest ones, and they also provide hostel accommodation for students.

For example, TCS did come to recruit, but they were offering mostly mid-level positions. Infosys was also a big recruiter, and over 30 students received offer letters from them.

Campus: Our college has really good infrastructure, it's one of the best things here. I've been to many other places for chess tournaments, but seriously, their facilities were not as good as what we have. Also, the hostels here are much better compared to other colleges. Plus, we have nice canteen facilities and the main town is just nearby, which is quite convenient.

Campus: Our college campus is really nice and green, making it a peaceful place for studying. The buildings here are well built, and we get good Wi-Fi everywhere, which is super helpful. They also give us pure drinking water and the staff is quite cooperative. Honestly, the infrastructure you get for the fees is very good. I feel it's totally worth the money because of all the knowledge we gain here.

I dont know much about our seniors' placements or all the salary packages they got, but the average salary offered by companies is around Rs. 60,000 per month. I also got an internship where I received a stipend of Rs. 5,000. I used that money for my needs and still have Rs. 2,000 left. Some other students got less stipend, but some also got a good amount, like up to Rs. 8,000.

Campus: From my experience, our college campus is super clean and tidy. They have a really strict policy for keeping it hygienic, which is very impressive to me. The Wi-Fi facility here is quite good, and classrooms are also nice. I stay in the college hostel, and the building is quite big. Because it rains a lot in this area, they make sure to paint the buildings every two years. The food they provide is good, and the overall environment of the college is also very good.

Big companies like Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, Dell, Infosys, and Bosch all come to our campus for placements. Students usually get salary packages from 2.5 lakhs up to 8 lakhs per year. Plus, placements are surely going to get even better since MHRD, Government of India, has given an award to our college.

Campus: The canteen food here is excellent, really good quality. Talking about facilities, the whole campus has Wi-Fi, which is super fast at 15-20 Mbps. Our library is also very well-stocked; it has all the books students need and a dedicated browsing center too. For programming, the labs are updated with the latest software and are fully up to industry standards.

Campus: My college has really good labs for subjects like chemistry, physics, and home science too. The library here is super big, you know, it has more than three lakh books. Plus, you get both books and tab facilities in the library. Oh, and spending 40 hours in the library every semester is a must for us.

In the interviews, they mostly ask questions related to quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and how proficient you are in the English language.

Campus: In our college, every student gets a Wi-Fi user ID and password that works for a month. It comes with 2 GB data, only for studies. Also, we all need to spend 40 hours in the library each semester. The college hostel is really clean, and the wardens are very responsible. They even make sure students wake up by 6 AM and take care of everything else related to the hostel.

Placement: In my experience, SDM College is one of the best colleges around. It's an autonomous college, which is a really good point. For students doing BCA, we have five semesters of studies, and then the sixth and last semester is completely for an internship project. Also, the lab facilities available here are excellent. We see top companies like Infosys and Wipro coming to recruit students from our campus, which is a great chance for everyone.

Campus: Talking about facilities, our college has really excellent labs. They have separate labs for all departments, like a computer lab, chemistry lab, physics lab, home science lab, and a statistics lab too. Plus, our college library is seriously huge, I think it's the biggest one, with over 100,000 books. We also have to spend 40 hours there every semester, it's mandatory for everyone.
