Admission: Experience at Shyama Prasad Mukherji College was smooth. Checking the merit list was easy, and document verification was handled efficiently by staff. Registration went quickly, and communication about the orientation program was clear, giving a decent start.

Academic: Our teachers here are really helpful and know a lot about their subjects. They are always ready to support us students. If we have any questions, they solve them super fast, whether we talk face-to-face or online. Plus, they are very friendly, so we never feel shy to ask them anything we want.

Placement: At NCWEB, for my B.Com regular course, the college doesn't offer us any placements. We don't get any internships or roles, either from the college or any companies. The percentage of students placed in my course is 8 CGPA.

Campus: My college's facilities are not that great. Like, there's no mobile network on campus at all, so it's hard to even call anyone. Also, students don't get any Wi-Fi here. Classrooms are often very hot and most of the fans don't work right. The food in the canteen is just okay, nothing special.

The SPM teachers are super intelligent and know their subjects very well, in their own departments. Everything they teach is easy to understand, so it's simple to answer questions later. However, the semester exams in this college are quite tough, particularly for the ECO department. The questions are always on a very high level.

Placement: For my course, around 40-50% of students get placed every year. The highest package is 5 LPA, while the average salary offered is 3 LPA. Some placements even go as low as 20,000 rupees. We see top companies like Wipro, Amazon, Tata Power, Hindustan Unilever, and JET Airways visiting for recruitment. Now, about internships, very few students get them. This is mainly because when companies do come, some students apply but then they don't attend the interviews or don't show much interest. This makes companies feel like students are not serious, so they often decide not to come back. Top roles for us are financial analyst, process associate, and customer service associate.

Campus: SPM's labs are pretty good, with lots of computers and laptops available for students. We have many classrooms too, but some are not very good, especially in the old building where the internet connection is very slow or doesn't work at all. This really makes it hard for us to study sometimes. Our library is a very peaceful spot though, and you can find all sorts of books there for your studies or just for fun, plus the Wi-Fi works well in the library. Overall, the college Wi-Fi is quite slow everywhere else. The canteen at SPM isn't that nice because it's not kept very clean. Even though the food is hygienic, the menu is quite limited. On a good note, medical facilities are available here at SPM.

Most teachers are really supportive, though some can be a bit strict. Because they dont compromise on teaching, our college usually has a pass percentage of almost 95%.

Placement: Honestly, our college doesn't help with placements at all. It's an off-campus college and only for girls, so I don't think anyone can get a job through here. My course is actually very new, Delhi University just started it. Because of this, it's only available in two colleges: Shyama Prasad Mukherji College and Kalindi College. This means we only have about 10 students in my course right now. For any course, there's no chance of getting placed directly by the college. We have to find jobs completely on our own; the college will not give any support for placements.

Campus: Our college doesn't have a hostel, so we all have to find a PG or a flat to stay in. The classrooms are just okay, nothing too special. One big issue is that there's no phone network on campus, and the Wi-Fi also doesn't work properly everywhere, which is a bit annoying. If you go to the canteen, you need to step outside just to make an online payment. But the library is really good; it's quite big, with about 2 or 3 floors, and it has AC. Finding books can take a long time though, and sometimes I can't even find the one I'm looking for. On the good side, the sports facilities are nice, and they give lockers to students who play sports. Also, all the labs have air conditioning. Overall, I'd say the college infrastructure is just fine.

Academic: The Computer Science department here has an okay syllabus. It covers all the important core subjects like DSA, operating systems, OOPs, Python, and C+, which really helps you build strong basics. But one big issue is that even though AI is a huge thing now, our course syllabus feels quite outdated. So, students actually need to study a lot more on their own to keep up with the latest stuff. When it comes to the teachers in CS, they are really well-educated. One ma'am has even published a book and many research papers. Another sir got his M.Sc. degree from IIT Delhi, and there's another one from a DU college too. However, some of them are not very good at teaching the students. The exams for these subjects are usually pretty moderate, so not too hard to clear.

Placement: At our college, placements for marketing and business roles are actually pretty decent. The average package comes out to be around 2 LPA to 4 LPA. The main thing is, there are no tech placements on campus. So, if you want a tech job, most students have to find it themselves, off-campus. Apart from that, the college does arrange some seminars and programs to guide us for exams like IELTS, CAT, and UPSC.

Campus: From my experience, the college facilities are really good. We have a well-equipped computer lab with AC, a common room, and a sports room too. The canteen is super reasonable, you can grab tasty things like chole bhature, momos, and dosa for just 30-40 rupees. Our campus is spread over 10 acres, and the infrastructure here is pretty solid. There are two buildings, an old one and a new one, plus some more are still being built. Both buildings have lifts which is convenient. The Rajiv Gandhi Auditorium is huge, can fit almost 1000 people. If you compare it to other off-campus DU colleges, our infrastructure is really good. And yeah, there's even a sick room for any medical emergencies.

Campus: Our college has a pretty good setup, I'd say it's satisfactory. We have lots of classrooms, labs, libraries, big auditoriums, and seminar halls here. The canteen is also good, offering many different food items, and the prices are affordable for us students. If anyone needs medical help, facilities are available. Plus, the college organizes sports competitions and events, which helps students stay fit and healthy. For convenience, there are lifts in the college building too.

Our curriculum is totally based on Delhi University standards, even the exams come from DU. The admin office staff is helpful when needed, but sometimes their behaviour can be a bit rude. All in all, I'm satisfied with this college.

Placement: From my experience, the college's placement cell tries its best and is quite active here. But since our campus is more like an office, not many companies come for hiring directly. This means that on-campus placements are not really reliable, so students often have to find their own jobs. They do organize job fairs sometimes, and some opportunities come up, but honestly, those fairs are not very effective for getting placed.

Campus: Our campus buildings are well-made, and the classrooms look really good with a nice vibe. The library is also super nice, it has so many books and great facilities. For food, the canteen is good, and you can get tasty stuff for cheap prices. But, the Wi-Fi connection needs to get much better, it's not really strong.

Also, the course curriculum is very relevant, interesting, and practical, so you learn a lot that is useful. And the best part is, semester exams are not at all difficult, pretty easy to handle.

Placement: My time at college was pretty good, and I'm totally satisfied with the faculty and the overall environment. For placements, about 50-60% of students from my course got placed. The highest salary someone got was around Rs 35,000 a month, and the lowest was Rs 15,000 per month. Big companies like BT and Wipro hired students from here. Also, about 10-20% of us got internships, mostly for backoffice, sales, and marketing roles.

Campus: What I like most about my college is that everything is easily available. The facilities here are really good, like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are all perfectly fine. Even the hostel facilities are excellent, very comfortable. The food quality is great too; it's very hygienic, tasty, and pocket-friendly. Our canteen is nice, and we have good medical facilities, plus lots of options for sports and games. Overall, I really loved the environment and the whole experience here.

Placement: For my course, they said about 6% students got placed. But to be honest, no big companies came for hiring. Actually, only 2% students managed to get a job, and the highest salary was just Rs.30,000. Most roles were just basic employee stuff because the course was not really professional. It was so bad, not even 1% students ended up employed.

Campus: What I liked about my college was the good environment and the very helpful staff. Security here is also very good, which makes you feel safe. We always had clean washrooms and a good water supply available. The whole college campus is kept very clean. While the infrastructure was just average, it was still decent.

Academic: I like most about this college is the teachers. They are really good and try their best to get us ready for the work world. Of course, we students also need to work hard. Placement: About 113 students are in my batch. Placements weren't there this year for us. But our teachers did say that in previous years, companies came, and the package offered was around 7 LPA. For internships, no particular company came to visit. A few students went and looked for internships themselves. Still, the job roles offered initially were quite nice.

Campus: Our college has a really good library, which is huge with three floors. The canteen here is also nice, and they serve tasty food. For games and sports, we have a big ground, which is good. Also, NCC and NSS activities are quite active here. One thing is, our college is off-campus, so there's no hostel facility, and students usually stay in PGs. A small issue is that they have network jammers all over, so getting mobile network inside is tough, but the college ground always has good signal.

Academic: Our teachers are super helpful and really smart, they teach us very well. They give us a real taste of how things work in the real world. We follow the Delhi University curriculum, and even though some professors have been criticizing it lately, I still think it's quite good. Political Science is one of the most popular courses, so if you love Political Science, you'll definitely enjoy it here. Our teachers are always regular and active, which means classes almost never get cancelled. Plus, in the Political Science department, we even have our own department room and we get to select student representatives.

Placement: About placements here, I must say they are not that great, even for internships. For Political Science students like me, the college placement cell isn't much help at all. You mostly have to rely on your professors for finding any job opportunities or internships. Luckily, our professors are actually super helpful in this area. I haven't personally seen anyone from Political Science get placed through the college.

Campus: In my college, the library is a big deal, it's a 3-story building with so many books on all floors. It even has two AC halls and a student study spot with Wi-Fi, plus an OPAC system to find books easily. Sports facilities here are really great, and we actually have national-level players. The college itself looks beautiful, giving off a total DU college vibe with its nice environment. We also have many halls and conference rooms. Classrooms are just normal, regular types, not like movie sets. Canteen food is okay, and the medical facility is decent. But one thing, there's no hostel available here.
