Admission: The teachers here all have their Ph.D. degrees. They really help us understand things well. They keep us motivated and give us great education. Their way of teaching is top-notch. They don't rush through the syllabus, but take the time to explain things thoroughly.

Placement: The placement office works with big companies from all over the country to set up job interviews for us in our final year. They also set up technical seminars and workshops to help us learn more. People from the industry come in sometimes to share their knowledge. The college does a lot of practice sessions to help everyone get placed.

Campus: The campus at Silicon covers a huge 37 acres with a beautiful academic building. There's a big garden and a green campus to enjoy. They have labs with all the equipment you need for practicals, and everything is well-maintained. It's a great place for learning!

Admission: In my opinion, the engineering department has a mix of good and not-so-good teachers. To succeed, self-study is key. However, faculty is there to help when you need it. The syllabus at BPUT could use some improvement, and sometimes topics are covered too quickly.

Placement: The placements aren't great mostly IT companies come. But honestly, if you're talented, that's what really matters. Some folks didn't join by choice, but they still ended up in good companies. The placement scene isn't the best because some students didn't have many options, so it's tough for them to get placed.

Campus: The campus is small, especially the classrooms in the EEE department. The new buildings are nice, but there's no Wi-Fi yet. The canteen food is terrible, but the campus and hostel are clean. There are 2 basketball courts, 1 volleyball court, 1 cricket practice net, and a small football ground. There's also a place called Skylab where you can get Wi-Fi.

Admission: The teachers here stick to the old ways and don't like change much. But they do help out students who need it. They have extra classes and interactive sessions, which is cool. Each section has a faculty advisor who gives advice and guidance. Overall, it's a nice place to be.

Placement: The college has good placements even during tough times like the recession. Being a well-known college helps students get good job offers. The placement training facilities are okay, but smart students still land jobs.

Campus: The college has great facilities like well-equipped labs for all departments. They even have a branch in Bhubaneswar with its own theater. Each department has its own block with everything you need. Overall, the college infrastructure is top-notch.

Admission: Our college truly lives up to its tagline of going beyond teaching. The faculty here is amazing, the courses are well-designed, and we get a lot of practical experience in industries. These are the things that make our college stand out.

Placement: The placements are great at our college! Big companies like Wipro and Infosys came for placements. Around 20 companies visited, offering many job opportunities. Our placement cell works hard to help students find good jobs.

Campus: The campus has good Wi-Fi everywhere, classrooms have projectors, the library has a sound system, and the canteen is great. The hostel rooms are really nice. There are so many sports opportunities here. We have a basketball court, a football field, a volleyball court, and a gym. It's awesome!

Admission: The teachers at Silicon are the real MVPs. They really know their stuff and make learning enjoyable. They always finish the syllabus early which is a big plus. Lots of students here pass the GATE exam and land great jobs in PSUs, government, and even abroad.

Placement: I really liked the placement scene at Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. About 60% of students got placed. Big companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Soctronics came for placements. The highest salary offered was Rs. 6,00,000 per year. That's pretty awesome! The students here are really disciplined too. Great place to study!

Campus: Our college has a skylab which is pretty cool. The library is huge, with over 80,000 books. The classrooms are nice. However, the hostel rooms aren't great because they put three students in one room. The food is good quality and the facilities are nice. The canteen is at the heart of the college. But, the roti in the canteen is not so great, making it hard to eat.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. The ones in electrical and CS branches are super smart and know their stuff. They use projectors to explain things clearly. But we don't get much real-world experience here. This curriculum is mainly about passing B.Tech, not getting hands-on industry skills.

Placement: The IT placements are way better than core jobs at this college. The Bhubaneswar branch is much nicer with great teachers and facilities. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Techmahindra, Capgemini, and TCS (off-campus) usually visit for recruitment. If you want an easy IT job, go for CS/IT branch.

Campus: The infrastructure here is pretty good. I'm studying Electrical Engineering, and I think the equipment matches what we're supposed to learn according to the BPUT syllabus. However, some of the lab assistants aren't the best at explaining things well. Wi-Fi is accessible, and there are sports teams that compete with other colleges.

Admission: Most of the faculty members are helpful, qualified, and even geniuses. They use whiteboards in classrooms and projectors for presentations. They also organize separate classes for industry lectures. Professionals from various industries visit for interactions with both students and faculty.

Placement: During our first year placement, we had a really good percentage of around 80-85%. But now, it has dropped to 50-55%. Companies like Infocys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Mindtree come to our college to hire students. The average salary they offer is about 15-20 thousand per month.

Campus: The campus and hostel have Wi-Fi. Classrooms, library, and labs are all good. They have air conditioning. There's a medical ambulance service too. Hostel rooms are clean. They have a gym and organize sports like volleyball, basketball, football, and cricket.

Admission: The best thing about Silicon College is the teaching. The teachers here are really good and know their stuff. We have around 5 classes and a lab every day, which keeps us busy. The teachers are strict, but if you're aiming for GATE or CAT, this is the place to be. The faculty members are helpful, but there could be more industry exposure. In the 2nd and 3rd year, we visit at least two industries, but I hope they increase this at Silicon. The course curriculum is helpful, but not perfect because it follows BPUT guidelines.

Placement: The placement scene at Silicon College is decent, but not top-notch. If you're good enough, you'll land a job right on campus. Most seniors, about 70% or more, end up getting placed, mostly in IT companies. However, no core companies show up for recruitment. The salary packages range from 25-35K per month, which is alright. Companies like Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra are regular visitors here.

Campus: Silicon has nice classrooms, library, labs, and medical facilities. The Wi-Fi is really bad though, it's slower than 2G! Only Airtel and Vodafone work for network here. Sports-wise, there are two basketball courts and a small ground for cricket and football. The hostel rooms could be improved - issues with water, internet, and the warden. The canteen food is decent, but it's better on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The college isn't huge but it's fine. The best part? No need to rush to class!

Admission: I study at Silicon West, where they offer 5 branches of engineering (mechanical, civil, computer science, electronics, electrical). The teachers in each branch are really good and know their stuff. They help us a lot. The labs are also great and we do a lot of hands-on work.

Placement: The college has good placements. However, they could do better in preparing students for real-life competition and providing more information about placement drives. Companies like Infosys and Wipro come every year to offer jobs, which is great.

Campus: The campus has good facilities and the hostels are nice. Wi-fi is available everywhere. The labs are well-equipped and the faculty guides us well during experiments. There are also good opportunities for sports and games.

Admission: The teachers here are really smart with Ph.Ds. They teach in a cool way that's different. The stuff we learn gets us ready for jobs. The exams every semester have good questions that make you think.

Placement: A lot of students from our college got jobs in good companies like Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, etc. The highest salary offered was 12 LPA and the lowest was 5 LPA. Most students also got internships in companies like Infosys and Deloitte. After studying here, we can become software developers, system engineers, system analysts, app developers, web developers, and more.

Campus: I really liked the campus here. There's a lot of green space which is nice. The classrooms have cool technology and good Wi-Fi. The food in the canteen is tasty. And it's great that medical help is available around the clock. Plus, there are sports areas for us students to use.
