Admission: The teachers are pretty helpful and know their stuff, but sometimes it feels like they make choices that only benefit them. They don't always think about how it affects us students. They make us do internal exams, and if you skip them, they might lower your marks. The course content doesn't really match what the industry needs, so it's hard to get a job after graduating. The semester exams are not too hard, and they're not too strict about it. You just need a 40% to pass.

Placement: The average package they claim to give is 4.5 LPA, but that's not really accurate. In the final year of the B.E. program, they struggled to place a student. They mostly focus on IT and computer branches, and it's hard to find companies for core branches. The highest package offered was said to be 28 LPA, but the reality is a bit different.

Campus: I like this college because it's not in the city, so you can choose to stay off-campus. But if you want convenience, you have to stay at the hostel and eat at the college mess. The facilities are good, like Wi-Fi and the lab staff for certain subjects.

Admission: The teachers know a lot and they help us a lot. They teach really well. We have courses like STS that are important for jobs. Semester exams are tough but not impossible. The college pass rate is around 63%.

Placement: I'm happy to say that around 60-70% of students in our college get placed. The job packages range from 4 LPA to 29 LPA, with companies like Infosys, TCS, Amazon, and Flipkart coming for placements. It's really cool that big names like LG, Samsung, and Apple also visit our college for placements.

Campus: Our college has a lot of great facilities like libraries, Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms. The hostel is really nice with good quality and the mess food is good too. The menu options are great. Sports in the college are top-notch. The hostel rooms have geysers, fans, study tables, and all the things you need.

Admission: The teachers really help us understand and make studying easier. The first two semesters can be tough since some subjects are challenging. You need at least 28 marks to pass the exams. There are a total of 10 engineering subjects.

Placement: To get into the computer engineering B.E. program, you need scores between 80-90%. The job offers after graduating are pretty average, ranging from 2-3 LPA to 6 LPA. Most of the companies that visit are looking to hire computer engineering students.

Campus: I really like the hostel facilities they have everything I need like tables, hot water in the morning, a library, and Wi-Fi. Plus, I enjoy playing cricket on the big grounds and the campus. The canteen is also a nice spot to grab a quick bite. The campus is huge with lots of trees, plants, and fresh air. It's a great place to be.

Admission: The teachers were alright, but they mostly stuck to the textbooks without teaching practical skills. We had to learn a lot on our own using online resources. The curriculum felt old-fashioned and didn't really get us ready for jobs, especially in AI or cybersecurity. The exams were easy and focused on theory. A lot of people passed with 80-90%, but it was more about memorizing than really learning. In the end, the course didn't do a great job of preparing us for the industry.

Placement: I graduated from Sinhgad Institute of Technology in 2024 with a degree in Computer Engineering. Out of all of us, about 30% got placed, which is just average. The highest salary offered was 10 LPA, while the lowest was only 0.2 LPA. The average salary was around 3-4 LPA, nothing too exciting but alright for beginners. Companies like Nvidia, TCS, and Tech Mahindra hired the most, mostly for software jobs. Some did get support and QA roles, but not many got high-tech jobs. Sadly, there were no internships offered through campus placements, which was disappointing. We had to find internships on our own. Overall, placements were decent for some, but others had to look off-campus for better opportunities. If more companies had come and there was a focus on internships, it would have been better.

Campus: The computer engineering facilities at Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavla were okay. We had Wi-Fi, but it was slow most of the time, so not very reliable. The labs had computers, but they weren't always the latest. The classrooms were fine, big enough but could have been cleaner. The library had good books for our course, which helped during exams. But most students used online resources because of the Wi-Fi problem. The hostel was average; the rooms were small and not always clean. The food in the mess was basic and repetitive, so not everyone liked it. Some students preferred eating in the canteen, which had better but limited options. Medical facilities on campus were basic; for serious issues, students had to go to a hospital outside. The sports facilities were okay; we had grounds for cricket and football, and indoor games like table tennis. But not many students used them because sports weren't a big focus. Overall, the infrastructure was decent but could be improved.

Admission: The teachers here are helpful, but some may lack experience in certain subjects. You might need to study on your own at times. The course curriculum is really good for computer science. It helps you understand everything well. If you focus on practical stuff, you'll be ready for the industry. Exams at SPPU are known for being easier in theory than in math. Math papers can be tough with tricky questions. But if you get the concepts, you can score a good 8 CGPA.

Placement: The placements for 2024 are not great with only 50% of students getting placed. The highest package offered was €šÂ¹7.20 LPA, the lowest was €šÂ¹2.20 LPA, and the average was €šÂ¹4.20 LPA. Capgemini and TCS are the top companies hiring this year. Unfortunately, there aren't many internship opportunities provided by the college, so students have to find internships on their own.

Campus: The college was built in 2008 and sits in the hills of Lonavla, which looks amazing during the monsoon. But since it's on a hill, students have to walk a fair bit from the hostel to get to the college. The whole campus has Wi-Fi, a big library, and a study hall for self-study. The labs aren't great, and sometimes you need to bring your own laptop for practicals. The hostels are okay, with options for 2, 3, or 4 sharing beds and mess facilities. The food at the mess is so-so. SIT is awesome for sports, with two big cricket grounds for practice and events.

Admission: The IT faculty at our college has a mix of experienced and newer instructors. Some teachers are really good at teaching programming and networking, while others are not as great. Some professors are super helpful and go beyond the syllabus to talk about what's happening in the industry. But some just stick to the textbooks and don't give us enough hands-on experience. The course covers important stuff like programming, databases, web development, and networking, which is cool. But it could use more updated topics like AI, cybersecurity, and data science. Sometimes you gotta do extra stuff like online courses or hackathons to stay up-to-date with what's happening in the real world.

Campus: The IT department at our college has okay facilities. The Wi-Fi can be slow sometimes, which is a bummer. The labs have basic stuff, good for regular classes but not for fancy projects. Classrooms are big and okay, but not all have cool gadgets for teaching. The library is alright, with a decent number of books but could use more digital stuff. The hostel is fine, with basic stuff. Rooms are clean but sometimes need fixing. The food is average in the mess, with veg and non-veg options. The canteen has more choices, but quality can be up and down. Medical help is basic, with a small clinic on campus. For serious stuff, you gotta go to a hospital nearby. Sports facilities are okay, with fields for cricket and football, plus courts for badminton and volleyball. Equipment might need an upgrade, and more support for sports would be nice. Not many indoor games, but there's a gym for fitness enthusiasts. Overall, the facilities are okay, nothing special. The college is good for studying and activities, but they need to make things better. The environment is good for learning, but you might need outside help for advanced stuff. There's potential here, but they need to upgrade for industry standards and student needs. Just an average lab and classroom situation.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at teaching. They explain things well. But they need to work on communicating better. Sometimes they tell us important stuff too late. The exams in the first and second years are hard if you don't study. The first semester of the third year is tough too. We learn about DBMS, TOC, and computer networks. But after that, the rest of the semesters are easier. You can boost your CGPA easily. You just need to pass with a 35% minimum.

Placement: Around 20-30% of us got placed in college. The best package in our batch was 10.3 LPA, while the lowest was 2.5 LPA. On average, we're looking at 3-4 LPA. Companies like TCS and Accenture do a lot of hiring here, but BNY Mellon, PTC, Nielsen, and Worldline offer better packages. Only a few of us got internships, maybe 1-2%. Some lucky ones even got PPOs from places like BNY Mellon. The popular roles are Graduate Engineer Trainee, Associate Software Engineer, and Associate System Engineer. And don't worry, they also offer roles like developer and analyst which are in high demand.

Campus: The college has a gym, cafe, and sports stuff for us. The classrooms and hostels have Wi-Fi. The hostel rooms are nice. We get water all day, and electricity is always on. The food in the hostel mess is okay, but it varies by which one you pick. They switch messes every month.

Admission: The teachers here are really great.

Placement: I'm majoring in Computer Engineering. The placements here are pretty good. The highest salary offered is around 14 to 15 LPA, while the average is between 5 to 6 LPA. I'm currently in my first year. The highest placement package I've heard of is around 28 LPA, but that's in Germany, not in India. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA, but that's for other branches, not Computer Engineering or IT Engineering.

Campus: The campus has some old buildings, but they're pretty good. We have a sports complex and a canteen, which is cool. The sports complex has lots of football grounds and also cricket. The campus is big and nice. My branch has its own building and labs too, which is awesome.

Admission: The staff here is really helpful. The semester exams are not too hard  you can get good grades with just a bit of studying. They have this student trading program that starts in the first year. It helps us learn, gain confidence, and talk comfortably. It's actually pretty cool.

Placement: The placements here are great. I heard that students get job offers from companies like Microsoft, Google, Capgemini, and Cognizant. The salary package can go from 4.5 LPA to 7.5 LPA, which is pretty good. They even train us for interviews for a whole year to become software engineers or developers. I heard the highest salary someone got was 20 LPA, while the lowest was 4.5 LPA.

Campus: The college provides Wi-Fi and water electricity all the time. They clean the place every day. The classrooms are nice, and there's a big library. The food is decent, with lots of canteens, a cafe, and fruit stalls around. There's even a hospital on campus.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really nice and they know their stuff. They help us a lot and are super qualified. I'd give their teaching a perfect score. We have two main exams here - one in the middle of the semester and one at the end. Plus, there are some smaller tests too. The teachers usually give us notes before each exam which is a big help. The average grade here is usually around 7.5 to 8, which is pretty good.

Placement: I'm really happy to say that most of us in my group got jobs after college. Some people even got really good offers, like 28 Lacs per year! The starting salary was around 3 Lacs per year. Big companies like Microsoft, Tata, and IBM came to hire us. They offered jobs like software engineer, business analyst, and project management. It's great to see my friends getting such awesome opportunities!

Campus: The facilities for my course are really good. There's Wi-Fi in the hostel, reading halls, and 24/7 drinking water. The campus is great with a nice natural view all around.
