Admission: My experience at SOIL was simple and stress free. Application and interview communication was prompt, document verification took very little time, and program registration was smooth. Orientation helped understand the next steps clearly.

Academic: The faculty here is super good, honestly one of the best parts of this college. We have teachers who are full-time and also visiting ones, and they come from different parts of the world. What they teach us, the curriculum, is planned so well. It is always new and updated with what the industry needs, so we learn useful stuff. Every student even gets a personal study plan, and someone important from the industry acts as their mentor.

Placement: Our average placement package here is usually around 8.5 to 10.5 lakhs, and the college does help us find specific roles. For IT students, they offered jobs like BA, pre-sales, and also some marketing roles. The internship was for one month, and good thing is, some students even got pre-placement offers.

Campus: Our college is at a good spot, that's a plus point. The campus isn't very big, but it has all the facilities a college needs. Right now, there's no hostel facility inside the campus. But don't worry, they have tie-ups with PGs and homestays nearby. Also, the canteen food is pure vegetarian and it tastes pretty good.

Admission: Admission to SOIL Institute of Management went without major issues. The application portal worked well, interview schedules were clear, and document verification was handled efficiently with good staff support.

Academic: One great thing about SoIL is its super unique curriculum. This course is special because it has mentorship and a social innovative program, which you don't find everywhere. Plus, the teachers here are really good. Many of them have studied at big colleges like IIT or IIM and have many years of experience. Some teachers are even from other countries. Overall, you get lots of chances to learn new things at SoIL.

Placement: Talking about placements, they are really good here. The college tries its best to make sure every student gets placed, even the last one. This year, we hit 100% for summer placements too, which is great. For the last batch, the median salary was about 9.3 lakh per year. More than 100 companies visited our campus for recruitment. Overall, I think the placement record of our college is quite strong.

Campus: The college has a nice campus setup, located in the main corporate area of Gurgaon. You get super fast Wi-Fi everywhere, which is very helpful. Our library is quite rich with many books and resources. Also, the college has made space for indoor games like pool and table tennis, which is cool. Yeah, the campus size is small right now, but they are bringing a new one soon in Manesar, Gurugram.

Admission: Joining SOIL after selection felt simple and comfortable. The online registration portal worked well, document verification was quick, and staff guided clearly through each formality. Orientation was informative and helped ease into the program.

Academic: My time here has been pretty good. The teachers are really experienced and always ready to help us out. The courses are also set up in a way that gives us a full picture of business, and they even help us build leadership skills. What's cool is how we get to learn many business ideas through case studies. This really helps to connect what we learn in class with real-world situations.

Placement: Placements for my PGPM batch are really strong. Almost every student gets placed, which is great. Many of us land jobs in big companies like Cognizant, Infosys, and Accenture. The top roles offered are usually business analyst and project manager. On average, the salary package is about 10-12 LPA. Our college makes sure we get good roles.

Campus: From my experience, the campus at our college is really nice. It's also in a good spot in the city, so getting here is super easy. The college provides hostel facilities, which is helpful for students. Inside, we have a game room and a good library. Plus, the canteen serves some decent food and coffee, which is a big plus.

Admission: Applying to SOIL went smoothly because every step was explained properly. Interview dates were shared on time, updates were regular, and staff answered queries without delay. Moving from shortlisting to receiving the offer letter felt seamless and well managed.

Academic: From my experience, the faculty at Soil are truly experts in what they teach. They come with lots of work experience from companies and also academic knowledge, which means we get to learn so many good things from them. Plus, they are always available whenever you need their help.

Placement: Our college placements have just started, and it's already looking good. Many students are getting shortlisted by top companies like Accenture, Genpact, and Newgen for different roles. More companies are scheduled to visit us in the next few weeks, so the numbers will definitely change. So far, the highest salary package offered for our batch is from Accenture, with 4 students getting 15.5 LPA. Soil brings many great companies to campus, including Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, Mahindra, Volvo Eicher, ICICI Bank, Newgen, and Genpact. Most students in the current batch have already secured internships, and a few companies are even discussing pre-placement offers (PPOs). We are seeing good management positions being offered in areas like marketing, finance, analytics, and HR.

Campus: After the pandemic, our studies are happening in a hybrid way. It's cool because even online classes feel like we are in a real classroom, all thanks to the college's setup. The Wi-Fi on campus is strong and works well, we never faced any big issues with it. Apart from this, there are other facilities like good food, a library, and sports areas for students to enjoy.

Admission: Applying to SOIL Institute of Management felt organised from the beginning. The interview process was systematic, the offer letter arrived on time, and staff explained registration and verification steps clearly.

Academic: Our college course is set up really well, and we learn from some truly excellent teachers. We have professors, smart people, and even folks who work in big companies teaching us. This course runs for three terms, and you can pick your main subject (major) and a smaller one (minor) as you like. When we start, there's an intro and orientation to get us settled. After that, we dive into understanding the basics of business, then really learn a lot about the courses we picked, and also see how all the major specialized subjects connect with each other.

Placement: For job placements, our college is really good. The career management department here works super close with students throughout the whole term. They make sure we get all the necessary skills so we can do well in interviews.

Campus: This campus is mainly for first-year MBA students. I really like how the building here is made, it's designed to be in balance with nature. All rooms, lecture halls, and the auditorium get natural light, which is nice. Plus, they have a rainwater harvesting system and use equipment that saves energy. The hostel here is also very good. It gives all facilities and the rooms are quite big and spacious.

Academic: At our college, the teachers are really helpful and you can talk to them easily, which is nice. Most of our faculty are actually external people who visit the campus for lectures. What makes their teaching great is they all have a lot of industry experience. Many of them studied at top places like IIT or IIM, so their educational background is super strong. They also have taught at big business schools in India and even abroad, giving them amazing teaching experience. Some teachers even travel from outside India just to give us classes. This setup is really good for learning.

Placement: For my batch, placements were quite good. Around 85% of us got placed, and for our seniors, it was even better, almost 90% got jobs. The highest salary someone got was 21 LPA from Max Life, and the lowest was 6.25 LPA, offered by Volvo Eicher. On average, salaries were around 9 LPA. Students got different kinds of jobs, like Product Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, Pre Sales, IT Sales, Business Analyst, Management Trainee, and Sales Trainee. Everyone got internship chances too, because it's a graded course here, so the college helps a lot with finding those roles. About the money for internships, not all companies paid for the 6-week period. Only a few like Anand Group, Think Future Technologies, and Milk Basket gave a stipend. Yes, there is a Career Management Team that looks after all the placements. They make sure every student gets fair chances to get into good roles.

Campus: Talking about our college facilities, we have Wi-Fi on campus and they give you an ID and password to connect. We don't have any labs here. But, classrooms are there for specific courses, though in the first term since most subjects are common, we all sit in the Auditorium because of the big class size. Our classrooms have a cool setup with round tables, so we sit in teams; the college program office sorts this out for our studies. We do have a library, and it's nice that we can also use the MDI Library for more resources. The food they provide is just okay, but you can raise concerns if it's not good, and they might even change the caterers since lunch fees are already included in our payment. For medical stuff, basic facilities are available on campus, and every student gets medical insurance, which is part of our fees. We also have sports clubs that organize activities all year, but honestly, with it being a 1-year Executive program, we hardly get time for these things outside of studies. I haven't stayed in the hostel, but I've visited many times, and it looks decent for living. It's located inside a gated society, which is good. During my time here, I personally never faced any issues related to college infrastructure.

Admission: From counselling to joining, the admission journey at SOIL was handled professionally. Updates on deadlines and fee payments were shared clearly, and the support team explained everything patiently, making the transition smooth.

Academic: The curriculum here is designed really well, always keeping up with what the industry wants. Our faculty members are also very experienced, with some having over 20 years in their field. Many even come from top places like XLRI and FMS. This means the teaching quality you get here is excellent.

Placement: Our college placements at SOIL are quite good. Companies started visiting from October, and many more are still coming. It's only been two months, but a good number of students already got placed in big companies like Accenture, Genpact, NewGen, and Volvo Eicher. Also, the placement cell gives lots of internship chances. Almost 80% of students here have an internship.

Campus: Our college is in a really good place in Gurgaon, it's super close to Huda City Center. The buildings here are very modern and look nice, all the classrooms are also designed in a very new way. Plus, our library is very well-stocked with everything you might need. There is also a hostel facility available from the college, which is just about 2 kms away from the main campus.

Admission: My admission at SOIL felt easy right from the start. Filling the application was simple, the interview process was well planned, and the offer letter came quickly after shortlisting. The admission office kept communication clear at every stage, especially for document verification, and the journey up to orientation felt well organised.

Academic: What I liked most about SOIL is their teachers. They are really good and know a lot, always helping students whenever we need them. The college course felt very relevant, like it really fits what jobs in the industry look for. Exams were also held regularly. Big thanks to Dr. Neetika Batra for helping me so much and guiding me when I was a student at SOIL.

Placement: Almost 90% of students from our batch got placed even before our convocation. The salary packages were quite good; the highest was 21 LPA and the lowest was 6 LPA. Top companies like Accenture and Aditya Birla came to recruit for marketing and business analyst profiles. We mostly got roles like business analyst, HR executive, analyst, and consultant.

Campus: About the facilities, our college has some really good ones, and the canteen is also pretty decent. I haven't stayed in the hostel, so I can't really share my thoughts on that. Students can use all these facilities a lot, but you'll see many who actually don't use them much. So, it just depends on each student, how much they want to make use of what's available.

Admission: Filling the SOIL application form was quick and simple. Interview results and seat confirmation followed the shared timeline, and the admission team responded fast to questions. The overall process felt structured and transparent.

Academic: I think the curriculum here is really well-designed. It made me totally ready for the industry because it helped me crack interviews and also do well during my internships. Because of this, my placements are already done.

Placement: The placement scene here is pretty good. More than half of us, I mean over 50% of students, got internships, and many are hoping for a PPO from them. Our batch already has 30% placed, and a lot of companies are still left to come for hiring, so almost 100% placement is expected. The highest salary offered was 16.25 LPA, and on average, students get around 10 to 11 LPA.

Campus: Our college facilities are really good. They handle hybrid classes very well, which helps a lot since not all students can join the live sessions. There is a hostel available here. Also, some students prefer to stay in private PGs or rented flats.

Admission: My experience at SOIL Institute of Management was quite streamlined. Application and interview rounds were clearly communicated, document verification was efficient, and staff helped throughout registration. Pre orientation updates were also very useful.

Academic: At this college, the teaching methods are really good, kind of like what IIMS and ISB follow. Our teachers are the best part here, and the course curriculum is also great. They even bring in international faculty and big company CEOs to teach us, so we always know what the job market needs.

Placement: Our college helps a lot with internships; almost 90% of students got one with a nice stipend. When it comes to final placements, they are okay, kind of average. About 70% of students from our batch got placed. For BLP courses, the average salary package goes from 8-9 LPA, and for HRLP, it's around 6-7 LPA. Many companies come to recruit, but honestly, most of them are startups. If you're flexible and don't mind which company you join, then you can actually land a good job here.

Campus: Our college's buildings and facilities are pretty average, they just have the basic stuff. The food you get in our college canteen is good. Even though there are sports and games happening, our studies are so tough that we don't really get any time to play. I've never lived in the hostel, so I can't really tell you anything about it.
