Admission: The teachers here are experts in their fields and have real-world experience. They use a curriculum based on real-life case studies, which helps us learn a lot and stay up-to-date with industry standards. Plus, they provide us with great study materials and resources.
Placement: The placement scene at this college is awesome! Big companies like Deloitte come for placements. They help students kickstart their careers. The college's CMS team is super helpful in getting students great job offers. Some students even land packages as high as 17 LPA!

Admission: The professors at Soil really know their stuff. They have a lot of experience in both the industry and academics, so we get to learn a lot from them. It's great that they're always there for us when we need help.
Placement: The placements at our college have started, and I've seen a lot of my friends getting selected by companies like Accenture, Genpact, Newgen, and more. There are still more companies coming in the next few weeks. The highest salary package offered till now is 15.5 LPA by Accenture to about 4 students. The numbers might change as the placement process goes on. Our college brings in some great companies like Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, Mahindra, Volvo Eicher, ICICI Bank, Newgen, Genpact, etc. Most of us got internship offers, and some companies are even talking about offering full-time jobs. There are also management roles available in fields like marketing, finance, analytics, and HR for our batch.
Campus: Since the pandemic, we've been doing a mix of online and in-person classes. The online setup makes you feel like you're in a real classroom. The Wi-Fi on campus is great, never had any problems with it. And there are cool spots like the library, sports area, and good food options to chill out between classes.

Admission: I really liked the way the courses were set up at this college. The teachers are top-notch and know their stuff. You get to choose a major and minor course that you're interested in. The whole learning experience starts with an intro and orientation, then dives into the basics of business. You also get to really dig deep into your major courses and see how everything connects. It's pretty cool how everything flows together.
Placement: I really like how our college helps us with finding jobs. The career services team is always there to help us get ready for interviews. They work with us all semester to make sure we're prepared.
Campus: I really like how the campus building is all about nature. It has lots of natural light everywhere even in the lecture halls and auditorium. Plus, they have a rainwater system and energy-saving stuff. The hostel is awesome too, with big rooms and all the facilities you need. It's mainly for first-year MBA students. Overall, it's a cool place to study!

Admission: The teachers are really good. They make sure the course prepares us well for the industry, and we had exams regularly. The faculty is super qualified and always ready to help. I want to give a shoutout to Dr. Neetika Batra for all the guidance and support during my time at SOIL.
Placement: Most students got jobs before graduation. The pay ranged from 6 LPA to 21 LPA. Accenture and Aditya Birla hired a lot for marketing and business analyst roles. I got offers for jobs like business analyst, HR executive, analyst, and consultant.
Campus: The school has nice facilities, and the cafeteria is pretty good. I didn't stay in the dorms, so I can't say anything about that. Some students make full use of the facilities, while others don't. It really just depends on how each student wants to use them.

Admission: SoIL has awesome teachers who know their stuff. They've got experience teaching and some are even from other countries. The courses are different with mentorship and cool social programs. You get lots of chances to learn here.
Placement: The college has great placements that go on until everyone is hired. This year, all students got summer placements. The average package for the last batch was Rs. 9.3 lpa. Over 100 companies came for recruitment. The college's placement record is really good.
Campus: The campus is cool, right in the middle of Gurgaon's business area. Wi-Fi is fast, and the library is awesome. They also have indoor games like pool and ping pong. The campus is a bit small now, but they're opening a new one in Manesar soon.

Admission: The teachers are super helpful and really easy to talk to. Most of them come from outside the college, but they know their stuff because they have a ton of experience in the industry. A lot of them graduated from top-notch schools like IIT/IIM. They've also taught at other famous schools in India and even overseas. Some teachers even fly in from other countries to teach here. So, you know you're in good hands with them.
Placement: Placements at our college are pretty good for my batch. About 85% of us have jobs lined up. In the batch above us, around 90% got placed too. The highest salary offered was 21lpa by Max Life, the lowest was 6.25 LPA by Volvo Eicher, and the average was around 9 LPA. We got roles like Product Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, and more. Everyone also got internship chances. Some companies paid for internships like Anand Group and Think Future Technologies. The Career Management Team helps students with placements and gives everyone a fair shot at good roles.
Campus: The Wi-Fi on campus is good and we all get an ID and password to connect. We don't have labs, but classes are held in the Auditorium in the first term. We have a library and also access to the MDI Library. Basic medical facilities are available, and every student is medically insured with the fees. There are Sports clubs for activities, but as it's a one-year program, we are mostly focused on studies. Our classrooms have round tables for team discussions, managed by the college. The food is alright, and if there are any issues, we can ask for a change in caterers. I haven't stayed in the hostel, but it looks decent in a gated community. I didn't face any problems with the infrastructure during my time here.

Admission: The best part about this college is definitely the teachers. They're top-notch! The faculty and curriculum are really good. They follow the IIMS and ISB standards. We even have international teachers and big CEOs coming in to teach us. It keeps us updated with what's happening in the market.
Placement: The placements here are decent. Around 70% of students in our batch got placed. For BLP, the average salary is between 8-9 LPA, and for HRLP, it's 6-7 LPA. Lots of companies come here, mostly startups. About 90% of students land internships from the college with a nice stipend. If you're open to any company, you have a good chance of landing a great job.
Campus: The college buildings are just okay, not too fancy. I haven't been in the hostel, so I can't speak on that. The food at the canteen is pretty good. They have sports and games, but the classes keep you super busy. No time for fun stuff!

Admission: I really liked how this course prepared me for the industry. The curriculum was super relevant and helped me ace my interviews and internships. Plus, placements were already sorted, so that was a huge relief.
Placement: Most of us already have 30% of our classmates placed, and there are still more companies to come. Almost everyone gets placed here. The highest salary is 16.25 LPA, and the average is around 10-11 LPA. Over half of us have internships, and many are hoping for a full-time offer.
Campus: The new building is great for classes, especially with the hybrid setup now. It's helpful for students who can't make it to live lectures. Besides the hostel, students can also find private PGs or rent flats nearby.

Admission: The teachers here are a mix of full-time and visiting staff. Our schedule is packed with classes from 9 AM to 8 PM. The courses are chosen based on what's happening in the job market, so we study different things compared to past years. Exams happen after each course, and we get graded on things like participating, group work, and quizzes. The teachers are always there to help us out when we need it.
Placement: I really liked my time at Soil Institute of Management. The placement scene was great this year, with 95% of students getting placed by February 2022. All kinds of companies came to campus, like IT, finance, consulting, and recruitment firms. The highest package was 18 LPA in marketing, and the average was 11 LPA. Some big names like Deloitte, Schneider, Accenture, and Cognizant were there offering roles from Associate to Senior Manager. We got lots of training before placements on things like aptitude, GD, and interviews. The institute only invites companies that offer 8 LPA and above, which is cool.
Campus: The campus is basically one big building with 4 floors. Each floor has a big classroom. The classrooms are big and have everything we need for online and in-person classes. The top floor has an auditorium for events. There's also a library in the building for studying and research. It's a cool place to learn!

Admission: Studying business here is cool. We looked at real-life examples in case studies which made it easier to understand the course material. The courses teach us about different aspects of business and how to be a leader. The teachers are nice and know their stuff. It's been a good experience overall.
Placement: I was part of the PGPM group. It was great to see almost everyone getting a job. Lots of students landed cool jobs at big companies like Cognizant, Infosys, and Accenture. They were getting roles like business analyst or project manager. The pay was around 10-12 LPA on average. The college really helped us find good jobs.
Campus: I really like the campus at this college. They have hostels for students to stay in, which is convenient. There's a game room and a library on campus, which is cool. The food and coffee at the canteen are tasty. Plus, the college is located in a good area of the city, so it's easy to get to.
