Admission: Throughout the course, you'll notice the same faces. The faculty members are mostly new, with only a few experienced ones. We don't have computer networks or big data labs. It can get frustrating when the same faculty members switch roles every semester, teaching subjects they're not experts in. Many teachers prefer to teach in Nepali, which some students find challenging.
Placement: Placement at Sikkim campus isn't great. Only a handful of companies came last year for placement, and only a few students landed jobs. I'm in the first BCA batch, about to finish my final semester, and so far, they've only brought in BPO companies. They mostly bring in local companies because many IT firms don't want to come all the way here.
Campus: The department only has one building. It's kinda like a coaching institute because there are no playgrounds or canteens. There are just 3 labs. And the hostel is far from the university you need to take a taxi to get there from college.

Admission: The teachers here are really great they know their stuff and always ready to help. The course they teach is spot on and prepares us well for the job market. Some exams are tough, but about a third of students manage to pass.
Placement: Most of the students in our course found jobs after graduation, around 78% to be exact. The pay ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month. Infotech and Wipro were the companies that hired the most students from our course.
Campus: The college has everything we need - Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a good library. The hostel rooms are nice, but the mess struggles to keep up with so many students. Sports and games facilities are good, but the medical services could be better.

Admission: The university is new and still needs to work on getting better teachers, especially in IT. The BCA course has great subjects with lots of useful topics for students. Overall, the course curriculum is spot on, just need better faculty.
Placement: The placement cell at SRM is doing a great job bringing in many companies to campus. I've heard about Indigo, Wipro, MET Technologies, and more coming for placements. In the previous batch of MCA students, around 2-3 got jobs at Google. SRM also offers Campus Exchange, which is cool.
Campus: The campus has one main building connected to another. The classrooms are big and have projectors and screens. There are 3 computer labs and a library. Plus, there's a sports room for activities. Overall, the facilities are pretty good.

Admission: The teachers were friendly, but they lacked practical knowledge in my course. They only had theoretical knowledge, so we didn't get to do practicals. The curriculum was good and the exams were fair.
Placement: The job opportunities weren't great. Only one company came, but they were just offering teaching jobs up to 12th grade. I was hoping for better options. When I joined, they said 100% placement was guaranteed, but that didn't happen. I didn't end up getting a job through the college.
Campus: The college's facilities were good, but there wasn't much of a campus life. It was more like a building than a campus. We used rented rooms as classrooms until they finished building it. They do have a hostel, but I didn't go for it due to the expensive fees.

Admission: The teachers here are really nice and they help us a lot with our studies. They also share real-life experiences which is cool. I want to become a teacher like them because they're so supportive not just in studies but in everything. We learn a lot from them.
Placement: I'm studying in the B.A. English department. About 30% of students got placed. The highest salary is 20 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA for my course. After graduating, I hope to become a professor at this college.
Campus: At our college, we have Wi-Fi everywhere, and they offer lots of courses like B.Sc., BBA, B.A., and more. There's a library and a gym for working out. Plus, there's a computer lab to get better at tech stuff and creative classes to spark new ideas. It's a cool place to learn and grow!

Admission: During exams, the teachers are strict, but they're really good at speaking and have over 3 years of experience. Also, the semester exams are held under CCTV cameras.
Placement: Most students in our course find jobs, which is great. The salary is over Rs.40,000 a year. Big companies like Maruti Suzuki and Tata come for placements. Lots of students also get internships in pharmaceutical companies. I think this college is a good choice for students.
Campus: I really like the vibe here. The hostel has comfy beds and Wi-Fi. We have an e-library, which is helpful. The classrooms are cool with projectors and speakers. Learning here is great. The food in the hostel is tasty. Medical help is good too they even have an ambulance on standby for emergencies.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. They all have either a Ph.D. or M.A. Their teaching is good and prepares us well for the industry. The semester exams are challenging, with only 40% of students passing. We have monthly tests with marks, which really helps us during exams.
Placement: I was in a batch of 36 students. The highest package was 52 Lacs per year, the lowest was 2-5 Lacs per year, and the average was 7.19 Lacs per year. Big companies like IBM, Wipro, Oracle, and TCS hire from here. Around 70% to 80% of us landed internships with Amazon for Data Analysis.
Campus: The university facilities are okay. We don't have a playground, but we have department games like football and running. There's a computer lab, library, and decent classrooms. Hostel food is really bad. No canteen, but we have a board game in college.

Admission: The teachers at SRM University are really good. If you don't study what they teach, the semester exams can be tough. They give great guidance. I have 6 semesters in my course, and we have cycle tests before the main exams.
Placement: I heard the college has good placement chances. A lot of companies come to hire students. I couldn't attend placements because of personal stuff. But my buddies did and got jobs. You gotta pay extra for placement but it's worth it.
Campus: The gym and mess were there. The food was good when I was there in 2017. The hostel warden was cool and fun. He knew how to handle things well. The Wi-Fi was okay, but we had specific times to use it. Living in the hostel with friends was fun, and the facilities were nice.

Admission: The teachers have good qualifications, but they're not great at teaching. I think they need more practical knowledge and focus too much on theory. I wasn't satisfied with how they didn't seem to get the basic concepts.
Placement: The job placements at SRM aren't great. We usually only see a few average companies offering jobs with low pay. Even though I graduated top of my class, I didn't get a job through the college. I had to search for 2 years before finding one on my own.
Campus: The infrastructure and facilities here are great. We have everything we need, like good labs with up-to-date systems. The library is a nice spot to study. The only downside is the lack of sports grounds. We don't have much for sports here.

Admission: The teachers here know their stuff, but the management could be better. They come from all over, which is cool. The semester test is okay, but the ones during the semester are tough. Seems like about half of us pass in the end.
Placement: Only around 30-40% of students get placed. The highest salary offered is around 5-6 lakhs, while the lowest is around 2-3 lakhs. Some students end up interning at HDFC Bank, Rupeek, and other companies. About 25% of students do internships at CA firms or government offices. Not everyone is into placements or internships, so some students skip the company placement program.
Campus: The university has great infrastructure. They give students everything they need like wi-fi, labs, and a library. There are hostels for both guys and girls with good food.
