St. Francis College for Women has a recognized placement cell that works tirelessly to give students with job prospects. They establish positive relationships with major industries and invite them during placement drives. Before the placement begins, G. E, Deloitte, and Arcesium organise Campus Recruitment Training, providing them with in-depth information. First Foundation Pro offered a grooming session and gave the students vital suggestions on how to groom and behave in the workplace. 11 companies visited the campus to offer students internships. During the recruitment process, 17 students received internship offers from major firms such as Voice4Girls, Radio Mirchi, Shriram, HCRM, and Quest Alliance. During the 2018 2019 placement drive, 44 companies visited the college. Among 311 applications, organisations including Amazon, Deloitte, Wipro, and Cognizant offered job opportunities.
