Admission: The admission process at St Josephs College of Engineering was clearly structured. From counselling rounds to seat allotment, every step was communicated well. Document verification was thorough but smoothly managed with staff assistance. Final registration and fee payment were hassle-free, preparing us well for orientation.

Academic: From my experience here, teachers put in a lot of hard work. They make sure we learn new things and also help us out if we have any arrears in the Anna University examination. We also get industrial visits which is great, and they show us all the new facilities available in the market. They teach us how to actually handle all those situations too.

Placement: About placements, 50-60% of students from my department get jobs. For my course, the salary range is usually from 15,000 to 20,000 rupees. Big companies like TCS, which is an IT company, came to our campus for recruitment. They offered roles like Manager, Supervisor, and other positions. Our college has most students in Mechanical Engineering, and their salary packages are usually between 10,000 and 25,000 rupees.

Campus: Hostel food and facilities are quite good at our college. They make sure to deliver hostel food to students perfectly on time. Also, our college has Wi-Fi and AC labs available for everyone. Classrooms are always there for student use. And the library opens daily for 8 hours straight.

Admission: Admission at St Josephs College felt smooth and well-managed. The online registration process was simple, and on-campus document verification was quick and efficient. Staff guided us clearly through counselling, and timely updates about the merit list made the entire process stress-free.

Academic: The course curriculum here is good and up-to-date, making sure we are ready for jobs in the industry. Our teachers are super helpful, well-qualified, and know their stuff very well. Plus, a lot of them are foreigners. Coming to exams, the semester papers are not too difficult, like medium difficulty. Almost 80-90% of us students pass our exams without much trouble.

Placement: From my experience, the placements here for our course are good. About 80% of students usually get placed in well-known companies during the placement drive. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and most people get an average package of 4 LPA to 6 LPA. Big companies like Appz Global, ESAF Bank, and Decathlon often come here to recruit students from our course.

Campus: My college campus is good and looks very nice. You'll find a beautiful building designed in a Catholic style. Hostels are separate here; St. Mary is for boys, and St. Augustine is for girls. Plus, the college also holds many sports events like basketball, volleyball, and cricket.

Admission: Joining St Josephs College of Engineering and Technology was efficient and organised. The counselling stage was handled well, document verification went smoothly, and staff were supportive throughout. Communication regarding registration and orientation was prompt, making the overall admission journey streamlined.

Academic: At our college, the teachers are qualified and teach the Anna University syllabus well. The student to teacher ratio is also quite good here. But, the problem is we have too many exams throughout the year. The faculty also tends to spoon-feed us subjects a lot. There is no business exposure or any extra classes for personal growth, which is a drawback.

Placement: Our college provides good placement chances for students. The seniors had nice placements, and for our batch, they will kick off in September. Talking about salary, the highest package went up to 8 lakhs, the lowest was 2.5 lakhs, and the average salary offered was 4 lakhs. Most companies coming to our campus are mainly focused on marketing and finance. Plus, around 30% of our students manage to grab internships right after finishing college.

Campus: The college canteen is just the best, with delicious food. We also have super good labs where every student gets a separate system to work on. Plus, there's a big central library and a departmental one too, both with plenty of books. For MBA guys, the classrooms are air-conditioned, and the sports stuff is also quite good. Oh, and the hostel rooms are okay, not bad at all.
