Admission: The faculty here is awesome! They're always there to help, even during the busiest times like exam season. They really get us and don't make a fuss about giving us support.

Placement: I'm excited about the companies that come to campus for placements. The best ones usually show up. The college has lots of facilities that help us learn and get better at what we do. Can't wait to see where I end up!

Campus: The campus is big with lots of open space and a field. Wi-Fi works fine for studying. The canteen is huge and cheap, but it's not well-maintained. It's always crowded there.

Admission: The teachers at this college are amazing! They really care about us and are super helpful. Most of them have PhDs, and the rest are M.Tech graduates from top colleges like IITs and Jadavpur. They use projectors to teach and give us practical knowledge, which is great. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:30, so we get lots of attention. There's this computer science teacher, Biswajeet Patra, who has industry experience and shares real-world insights. The course curriculum is really practical and useful.

Placement: The placement team really cares about us students, which is awesome. But there's a bit of a problem with big companies not coming for placements. Instead, local companies step in and give us chances through tests and interviews. Luckily, we're good at cracking them, and some of us even snag 12 lakh per year jobs. ME and civil engineers find jobs in their field, while CSE students land IT-related gigs. The campus placement process is mainly pool-based. Lots of final and 3rd-year students end up with internships from the college, which is cool.

Campus: The college area has Wi-Fi, but sometimes there are network issues. Labs have a good amount of instruments, but no AC. Classrooms are nice with projectors. The library has lots of books for studying. There's no medical shop on campus, but one nearby. Sports are big here with competitions every year. The college bus is handy, and the canteen has okay food.

Admission: The faculty and management are always there to help, day or night. They're super qualified some have PhDs and some have M.Tech degrees. In our labs, we got to see what real industry work is like. I'm now working in Bangalore at an MNC, and my professors taught me most of what I do. The computer science course is spot-on for what companies want.

Placement: I was in the first B.Tech batch at college. We had seniors from the MCA program who mostly got jobs in TCS. The highest salary offered was around 2 LPA. In our batch, we had interviews with two companies, Xperteez and Systrom, for the role of software developer. Both offered packages around 2 LPA. The education quality is great here. Our college's placement cell is working hard to bring in more companies because there aren't many employers in Kolkata.

Campus: This college is the only one in West Bengal that focuses on technical stuff. The fees are a bit high, but the campus is well-maintained. They have everything you'd expect like a Digital Library, Wi-Fi, Sports room, and Auditorium. The labs are stocked with all the equipment you need. The only downside is power cuts, but running the generator for short outages isn't practical. I've never had any other issues with the facilities here.

Admission: The teachers here aren't great, and some of the good ones are leaving. None of the teachers seem knowledgeable. This college is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University (MAKAUT), so the courses are as tough as MAKAUT's. The passing rate here is around 50%.

Placement: I didn't see any placement opportunities here. Only a handful of students actually get placed, but the salary is really low, around 1.2 LPA or even less. They don't offer any internships here, but you can do an online one if you want. Honestly, don't expect much in terms of internships at this college. They don't provide any kind of facility for that.

Campus: The facilities here are not great. They don't have a lab for instruments, and sometimes it's not even open. The library is often closed, and there's no librarian there either. Plus, there are very few books for academic stuff. You might only find 1-3 books, and some subjects don't have any books at all.

Admission: The teachers here are really good. They all have PhDs and at least 5-6 years of teaching experience. There are about 15 students for every teacher. They use cool stuff like projectors to teach us. Overall, we're happy with our teachers!

Placement: In my branch last year, most students got placed about 67%. The best package was 7.20 lakhs per year, while the lowest was 3.60 lakhs. We also landed internships in different companies. The top stipend was Rs. 15,000 monthly. We got roles like web designing and software developing. It was pretty cool.

Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi everywhere, and all the classrooms have CCTV. The library is spacious with plenty of books for everyone. It's great for studying with lots of room. We have all the sports gear we need - cricket, football, volleyball, you name it. And they hold winter sports every year, which is awesome. Plus, they organize all sorts of games like kabaddi and races. It's a cool place to be!

Admission: The teachers are really helpful here. The semester exam is pretty tough, but you just need 50% to pass. They make sure everything is fair with CCTV during exams. The exam papers are made by MAKAUT. Teachers are easy to talk to and know a lot.

Placement: I don't know much about campus placements. The management hasn't given us any details about it. So, I'm not sure what to expect. A lot of students are looking for jobs off-campus or thinking about taking the GATE exam instead. The teachers don't really talk to us about placements or other career options.

Campus: The Wi-Fi for personal use isn't available for students. The labs have good tech and are well-kept. Classrooms are nice. The library is the best hangout on campus. We have sports events all year round. The girls' hostel is super clean and well-run. Guys' hostel is also in good shape and managed well.

Admission: I'm in the mechanical engineering program. The lecturers here are really friendly and helpful. But honestly, a lot of students struggle to understand what they're teaching. Some teachers even skip class with us. It seems like a lot of the lecturers are new and not very experienced.

Placement: There haven't been any activities for the past 3 years. They focus on self-employment. While other colleges aim for 5 IT companies, this one isn't too concerned about placements. If you want a job, you have to apply on your own through a consultancy or job portal. One thing to note is that if you ask about placements, they'll say the college doesn't pay extra to companies or consultancies. The main Hyderabad group hasn't allowed it. You pay around 40k per semester, but don't expect everything from it.

Campus: This college in Barasat is not the best. Other colleges have more equipment, but here we only have 2 lathes, 1 utm, and 1 milling machine. And guess what? Most of them don't even work! The classrooms don't have any fancy technology, just old green boards. And don't even get me started on the library it doesn't have a good variety of books.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff. They explain things well and help you get it. They work hard to get you ready for jobs. The classes are helpful.

Placement: The campus has good placement opportunities overall. They offer a salary of around 3-5 lakhs per year. Off-campus placements rely on what you know. I believe your placement success is based on your skills and how well you do in exams.

Campus: St. Mary's Technical Campus in Kolkata has some of the best facilities in the city. The campus has three main blocks with nicely designed corridors, washrooms, classrooms, and labs. If you want to see more, check out their Facebook pages and YouTube videos.

Admission: The teachers in all the branches are really helpful and knowledgeable. They give us good quality knowledge and assign homework regularly. We have tests every week. There are about 1500 students in total. We also get to learn from industry professionals, which is great.

Placement: Our seniors landed great jobs and they're super thrilled about it. About 60% of students get hired from our college. The highest salary was Rs. 21,000 per month and the lowest was Rs. 12,000. Some companies don't come for placements, but roles like supervisor and designer are offered. It's a pretty good college overall. SC, ST, and OBC students also got internships, but I'm not sure about the details. We do have a placement cell on campus.

Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi for us students, and all the labs have everything we need. The classrooms are clean and nice. Plus, there's a library and sports to enjoy. We've got two canteens here one is government-run, and the other is private. But both serve great food. The hostel rooms are clean and comfy too. I haven't had any problems here.

Admission: The teachers at our college are awesome! They're all really smart, with some having Ph.D. degrees. They teach in a way that's easy to understand and are pretty flexible. Exams happen on time, and we have regular assessments in class and labs too. All the courses here are top-notch!

Placement: I love how our college helps us with placements. In the 7th semester, companies visit our campus and offer great salarieslike 500000 Lacs per year! It's awesome that even 4th-year students can apply for these placements. Plus, there are internship chances too. It's a really cool opportunity for us students.

Campus: I picked this course because Computer Science & Engineering is super popular these days. Our classes are small, with about 30 students per professor. All our teachers know their stuff and are really nice. They make it easy to do well in exams. Plus, we have separate hostels for guys and girls. The hostels give us two meals a day, a room with two beds, and a desk to study on.
