Admission: The teachers were really good at what they taught. They knew their stuff well. There were 8 teachers for every 60 students. All the teachers were super qualified. The way they taught was top-notch. We had 3 exams during the semester, and they counted the best 2 for our final grade. If we showed up for all the classes, we could get good grades on the exams.
Placement: Our college had a lot of big companies come for hiring. They picked students through walk-in interviews. We also had a bunch of seminars from both national and international speakers.
Campus: The college had everything we needed. The facilities were great, especially in the girls' hostel. The food was good too. Unfortunately, the canteen was closed because of covid. We had to apply online for a spot in the girls' hostel. The boys' hostel also had all the necessary facilities. The monthly fee for the hostel was Rs 2,000.

Admission: I really like the M.Sc. course because I'm super interested in the subject. The teachers at our college are really nice and easy to understand. They're all highly qualified, some even have Ph.Ds. It's great how they make learning so simple for us.
Placement: The placement scene at our college is awesome! Last semester, there were lots of companies coming in for placements. Big names like HCL, Dell, and Microsoft were here. The average package is really good. The highest package was around INR 16 lakhs per year, and the lowest was around INR 6 lakhs per year.
Campus: Our college has awesome hostel facilities. Each student gets their own room, which is pretty average. But the room has great facilities. The food is also good, but they only serve vegetarian food. The quality of the food is really awesome.

Admission: The professors in our course are top-notch with over 10 years of experience. A lot of them are working on their Ph.D. which is pretty cool. The curriculum is great and tailored to what the industry needs. They even added some extra courses in the first year for a well-rounded education. Exams are not too hard if you pay attention in class, you can easily get above 80%. The passing rate is around 40%, so it's achievable with some effort.
Placement: The college has great companies like Pwc, Byju's, Axis Bank, Capgemini, HDFC, Urban Company, Kotak Bank, and Tred Vista coming for placements. They offer salary packages between 2 to 9 LPA.
Campus: The college has a good infrastructure with spacious classrooms that have air-conditioners. Wi-Fi is available all the time. The hostel has 9 floors with 12 rooms on each floor. There are 2 elevators, water coolers, and a TV on every other floor. It's pretty convenient and comfortable here.

Admission: The teachers at SXUK are really awesome! They know their stuff and have worked in the industry. They teach us well with a good mix of practical and theory. The curriculum follows NEP 2020 and covers journalism, advertising, PR, and communication skills. It's great for getting us ready for the real world. That's why most students pass with around 85-90%.
Placement: I'm in my third semester studying B.A. mass communication. I'd say around two-thirds of students found jobs after graduation. The salaries ranged from 2.5 to 6 LPA, with an average of about 4 LPA. Some of the top companies that hired students were ABP News, The Times Group, Zee Media, and PR firms. Many students also landed internships at places like NDTV, Ogilvy, and other companies.
Campus: The mass communication department has really cool classrooms with smartboards, fast Wi-Fi, and a MAC lab for making media and graphics. They've got a studio, editing room, and cameras too. The hostel has clean rooms, 24/7 water, Wi-Fi, and power. The food in the mess is okay but clean. They even have special meals for special events. You can play games, hit the gym, or use the sports courts. The only downside is that the rooms don't have AC, and you can't use coolers in the Kolkata heat.

Admission: The teachers here really care about us and are always ready to help whenever we need it. They are super motivating and teach really well, so we don't need extra classes. They make sure to check on our progress regularly, which is awesome. The faculty is top-notch too. Exams are not too hard, with a pass rate of around 80%. Some teachers are really dedicated, but others not so much. If we don't pass our exams, we can try again next year.
Placement: Around 65% of us got jobs from college. The highest salary is 8.6 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Big companies like Wipro and TCS come here for placements. They offer roles like data analyst, teacher, computer developer, etc. Some students got really good job offers. B.Com students have cool programs with guest speakers. They're usually startup owners or entrepreneurs who share their stories with us. It's pretty interesting and engaging.
Campus: The hostel schedule isn't great, and neither is the food. Seniors in the hostel act all bossy with the juniors. Third-year students can use the placement cell well, but second years only get guidance. Everything at the college is well-kept, including the classrooms and labs. There are two basketball courts, a volleyball court, and two cafeterias. The fisheries department has a big storage tank and a 200-seater auditorium.

Admission: The teachers at St. Xaviers University are super helpful. They're always there to help out when you need it. The BMS course is pretty cool because it's still new, which makes it really interesting to learn. Our exams are out of 100, and you just need 40 to pass.
Placement: I'm a first-year student at St. Xaviers University studying BMS Hons. There are about 150 students in the program, split into three sections with 50 students in each. The top companies that hire from our course are Deloitte and Wipro. Our seniors have mentioned that Deloitte is the top choice for our field.
Campus: St. Xaviers University has top-notch facilities that help with studying. The classrooms have Wi-Fi and smart boards, which make learning fun and convenient. Plus, there are lifts in all buildings to help students get to class on time.

Admission: The teachers are okay. There are some really good ones and some not so great ones who don't know much about law. The course is detailed and well-organized, getting us ready for our careers. Exams are tough but they make sure we really know our stuff.
Placement: The placement scene for our batch is not great. Only 10% of students got placed, and it's mostly for litigation roles. It's a bummer that there are no corporate options available. If you're hoping to kickstart a career in corporate law, it's pretty disappointing.
Campus: The school has great facilities. The classrooms are big and have everything we need. The dorms are nice too. The cafeteria has a lot of food choices. Plus, there's a cool game room and gym. And we have sports fields to play on too.

Admission: The teachers are good and the stuff we learn is up-to-date. I think the teaching is okay, not the best, because they don't really connect with us. It'd be better if they were more relaxed in class. But the subjects we study are really useful for real life and getting a job. We do a lot of practical work, which is great. Exams are not too hard, just right. We have 2 semesters a year, each with 2 exams. Most students pass, so the pass rate is really high, more than 95%.
Placement: I'm studying Mass Communication for my B.A., and I should graduate in 2027. Most students in my course got jobs, and the best offer was 30 LPA for MBA. Companies like ABP, Zee, and SVF hire a lot from our course. About 70% of us also got internships with these companies. After graduation, we can become news reporters, anchors, or mass communicators.
Campus: The college facilities are awesome! The rooms have Wi-Fi and CCTV. The library is huge with tons of books, like a knowledge palace. My hostel is new and has all the modern stuff. The canteen food is top-notch with both veg and non-veg options. There's a medical center on campus with great nurses. And we have a big sports team too. Love it here!
