Admission: Applying for TSM felt smooth from the start. The registration portal was user-friendly, interview and verification schedules were clear, and staff support during counselling ensured a seamless enrollment process.
Academic: For MBA students, we had 4 sections in total. There were around 200 students and 22 faculty members teaching us, making the faculty to student ratio roughly 22:200.
Placement: Many big companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Cognizant come for campus placements here. These placements begin after your second semester ends. To be eligible for these campus jobs, you need to keep your CGPA above 7.5 in your first year. Last year, students got offered 18 different types of roles, which is quite nice.
Campus: Our college had separate hostel blocks for both girls and boys. The food served was generally healthy and also quite delicious. Especially the rice dishes were always satisfying, though it might take a few days to get used to the food overall. If you wanted to stay outside the campus, rented rooms were easily available nearby the college in Madurai. For all official things, the registration process was done directly at the college office.

Admission: From counselling to final joining at TSM, the process felt efficient and student-friendly. Document submission was smooth, questions were answered patiently, and registration at the office was quick.
Academic: In my experience at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai, the teachers are very helpful with studies. They also make sure we know about all the latest things happening in the corporate world. Many of the teachers here have PhDs and studied at top places like IIMs, IITs, and NITs. All the academic work and other support from the institute make us ready for corporate jobs.
Placement: Our college, Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai, offers a lot of job opportunities for students. Many students who opted for placements got selected in top companies. The highest salary package here was 10 LPA, with the average being 5.83 LPA and the lowest at 4.5 LPA. Big companies like ITC, Hyundai, Coca Cola, Axis Bank, Colgate, and Asian Paints come for recruiting students. The institute also has summer internship programs which are helpful. This gives us a good idea of how the corporate world works even before we get a full-time job. For these internships, companies like ITC, The Hindu, Nissan, HDFC bank, and FACE academy take students, giving us that important pre-corporate exposure.
Campus: My college has a green campus, and it's full of Wi-Fi everywhere. The classrooms are designed well. We have so many books in the library, and it's easy to get e-books, e-journals, and articles from top B-schools. This helps us learn new stuff whenever and wherever. It's a fully residential college with separate hostels for boys and girls. They also take good care of the mess and canteen. For sports, there's a big, peaceful area. And for any medical advice, someone is always available 24/7.

Admission: Starting my admission journey at TSM felt organized from day one. The online application was easy, interview communication was timely, and after the merit list, document verification and fee payment were well-managed. The orientation program helped me understand academics and campus life clearly.
Academic: My dream is to be a businessman, so this course is just perfect for me and I love it. Our teachers are super friendly and they are all very qualified. The way they teach makes sure we get an excellent education.
Placement: Many big companies and MNCs, like Amazon, Cognizant, and Flipkart, visit our college for placements. The campus placement cell handles everything for the MBA program students during all four semesters. The offers are good, with placement packages going up to 20 LPA and the minimum being 12 LPA.
Campus: Our hostel here is good and affordable, especially if you register for it in the first semester. The rooms are quite large and perfect for two students, and they come with all the basic facilities we need. We also get good food in the mess and the medical facilities are the best on campus. Plus, there are always opportunities for sports and many different games happening throughout the year.

Admission: When I applied to TSM, the online portal made things simple. Interview calls came promptly, and after selection, document verification and registration were handled efficiently. The entire process, right up to orientation, felt transparent and well-coordinated.
Academic: In my experience here, we have a trimester system where we do three semesters every year. Our teachers are good, many of them are from top places like IIM and IIT. They have a lot of experience from both studying and working in big companies. They teach us using real-life examples and case studies from successful businesses. So, for exams, you need to know everything that was taught during that whole trimester.
Placement: Our placement cell always tries to reach out to many different companies from various fields all year long. This means placements can start for you right from the second year of your program. The college won't recommend you for any jobs because it's purely about your merit, but they definitely help you with guidance.
Campus: In our college, it's a residential program, which means everyone has to stay in the hostel, even if you're from Madurai. There's no other choice for living arrangements here. But all the classrooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi, which is super helpful. We can use these classrooms anytime we want to study. Also, a library facility is there for us.

Academic: The teachers here are good, all of them are from places like IIM or IIT. They know everything and we can easily ask them if we have any questions. Our curriculum is good because it helps us understand real-world things simply. We mostly learn by doing case studies, which is super helpful.
Placement: For placements, 89% of our batch already got jobs. Companies like TCS, Federal Bank, CUB, ICICI, Orange retail finance, Karo educations, and Bluestar came to hire students. The top roles they offered were Management Trainee and Business Development Executive. The highest salary package someone got was 8 LPA, the average was 5.54 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Sadly, there are no internships available here.
Campus: At our college, the classrooms are smart, they have Wi-Fi and even use ERP for attendance. You'll find a lot of books and journals in the library too. Our computer lab has around 72 computers. Talking about the hostel, the food quality and taste are good, which is a plus. Rooms are 2-sharing, and everyone gets their own cupboard. Just remember, there's no AC in the hostel rooms. For games, we have many choices like volleyball, throw ball, football, cricket, and basketball.

For food, the mess serves pure vegetarian meals, which are always clean, taste good, and the menu changes daily, with special dishes on important days. Admission: From the moment I filled the TSM application form, things moved smoothly. Interview dates were shared quickly, registration after selection was simple, and staff guided me well during document verification. The orientation program made the transition into college life easy.
Academic: I joined the Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or PGDM course, here. The main reason was the teachers; they are super experienced, with some even coming from IITs and IIMs. They train us well, sharing their corporate world experience. This helps us a lot in learning teamwork and how to engage with people. Each teacher has a unique way of teaching, and everyone appreciates them for that. Our college follows a trimester pattern. The class strength is 60 students, and the annual course fee is 4,80,000 rupees.
Placement: Coming to our placements, because we have a trimester system, students can apply for jobs from their fourth semester itself. But yeah, you need to clear all your subjects, no arrears allowed. Many companies, over 35, visit our campus for hiring. They give an average salary package of around 4.5 Lakhs every year. If you like marketing, there are lots of good chances for those roles too.
Campus: Since this is a residential college, everyone has to stay on campus. The girls' and boys' hostels are always kept clean and tidy for us. We even have a maid for laundry, so students don't need to worry about that part. Our mess is called Annapoorna, and it's a pure vegetarian campus. They treat us well with healthy breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. For the boys' hostel, there's a lift, and the bathrooms even have water heaters which is pretty convenient. The hostel fee is 50,000 per year.

We explore many different sides of business administration. In the first year, we learn about all the MBA domains, and then in the second year, we get to pick any domain we are interested in. We get trained to specialize in that one area, or students can also choose a general MBA.

Studying here feels peaceful, and we get many chances to explore new things. The food in the canteen is very hygienic and they cook it with a lot of care. Hostels have a good setup, and I'm happy with the housekeeping staff because they are always ready to help. Even the drinking water is very clean.
